detailed update for Geet HSP for 18th July 2011

July 18^th 2011

Good afternoon all..

We are starting brand new track from today... Let's see how exciting and how interesting this would be...

So here is the detailed update for today...

Khurana Mansion..

The exterior looks the same but we do know that they have changed the set of Khurana Mansion...

Maan is hugging Dadima.. Dev is looking at the reunion... Maan pulls back from Dadima's embrace. He has big cut on his forehead... He holds her hands in his saying lovingly... Dadima when ever I go away from you and home I truly miss you a lot. Dadima smiles at him and says yes my son I know that and I miss you a lot too. Maan then takes a deep breath and holds dadima's shoulder saying... Yes I know that and that is why I have decided that I will not go away from home too much. Dev smiles broadly at Maan and dadima. Dadima looks at Maan and smiles and says oh what could be better then that. She smiles looking at him and says but tell me one thing am I the only reason for your this decision or there is some one else. Maan says dadima no leg pulling.. Tell me who is there in my life other then you that I would do this. Dadima and Dev both smile at that. Then Maan looks at Dev and says yes Dev is there too.. Dev smiles at his brother..

While they were talking and smiling Geet walks in and looks at Maan and feels happy seeing him conscious and smiling with family. She sends silent prayer to Babaji in her heart saying thank you Babaji that you have answered my prayers and you have healed my Maan. She stands there and gazes lovingly at Maan with tearful eyes.

Dadima then sees Geet and turns back to Maan and says son think once again.. is there any one else beside Dev and I... otherwise you will have to pay big price for your answer. Geet is now standing at the door and smiling looking at Maan. But Maan says Dadima you are going to pull my legs till I am here so it is better that I go back to office.. Dev says bro are you going to office? You better rest for couple of days as you just returned home. Meanwhile Geet has entered the living room and is walking slowly toward them.

Maan says Dev do not worry I will be fine. Geet is standing there for Maan to look at her and greet but Maan just walks out of the room without even looking at her.. Geet gets upset and sad and keeps on looking at Maan's departing back with tearful glance. Dev and Dadima walks toward Geet and Dev says... look at bro... no sooner he came from hospital he started playing his pranks. When he is serious he is but when he is playing prank then he really does it all the way... See how did he leave without looking at Geet as if he does not know her at all... But Geet is not convince at that she keeps on looking at the door with deep sadness.. Dadima says son I do not know if this is some kind of mischief or some kind of signal.. Dev smiles and says what's up dadima.. Dadima looks at Geet and roles her eyes saying I feel that Maan wants to meet Geet alone in their room. A delicate blush covers Geet face and she lowers her eyes with a slight smile.. Dev smiles at her.. Dadima says but let me tell you something you two are just too wonderful.. If one gets in to mischievous mood the other does not stay far behind. Geet smiles delicately. Dadima then adds lovingly saying I always pray to God that you guys keep on being naughty all the time and may your love and adoration may be like this all the time. Geet smiles at this benediction and lifts her gaze as if to go after Maan. Dadima is adorable and tells Geet.. hey why are you standing here and smiling go ahead Maan is waiting for you and Geet quickly goes after Maan mumbling loudly saying hey Babaji is this my husband or some drama person. As soon as he got up he started his dramatic act.. then she says being little emotional that he did not even looked at me once. He just ignored me.. Then she says hmmm he was acting well in front of dadima and Dev but I am going to take my answers once I see him... She then walks to their bedroom and knocks calling him Maan? And seeing bedroom locked says now he has even locked the room from inside... She starts calling him and knocking saying Maan open the door.. Maan open the door. But Maan does not open the door. Geet is now little upset and bangs the door loudly then turns and says Maan I am telling you do not waste my time and open the door. You are taking this too far. If I become angry and get upset then I won't forgive you but there was no reaction from inside.. Geet was surprised and says are you listening to me? Watch now if you ask my forgiveness 1000 time then also I will not forgive you nor will I forgive you if you come after me all the time. But there was no response from inside... Geet says he is not listening at all.. Oh I am just going to leave him alone... oh let me go and prepare some breakfast otherwise he may get upset if he does not get his pasta in breakfast. Oh this man.. saying she leaves from there..

Part 2:

Maan is seated with dadima and Dev for breakfast and Geet is serving the food. She serves parathas to Dev and walks behind Maan and taking the pasta bowl she was about to serve Maan but he takes the container from her hand and serves himself without even looking at Geet. Dev and dadima look at that with little surprise and concern.

Maan serves himself and keeps the bowl on the table. Geet looks at that and now feels really hurt with his attitude. Dadima looks at that and calls him saying Maan why aren't you talking to Geet? Geet stands there with tearful eyes. Maan looks really confused and says Geet? Dadima says yes Geet. While Geet serves him more food but Maan rudely tells her thanks, I do not want it and without looking at her he takes the food from his plate and keeps it back. Geet is now totally shattered with this behavior and Dadima and Dev looks at him with astonishment. Dadima says Maan why are you behaving like this? Maan tiredly looks at dadima and says dadima, what did I do? Dev starts to look worried too. Dadima tells him Maan if you guys have some tiff or something else between you two but I am really feeling bad cause you are not talking to Geet. She as if coaxed him saying c'mon my son let it go and start talking with her.

It looks Maan is totally confused as what dadima is talking about... He as if try to get hold of his irritation. He says dadima why would I have any quarrel with her. He still does not even spare her a glance and Geet is standing there looking at him with her heart in her hand with his indifferent talk about her while she is standing right there in front of him..

Dev looks at Maan and says bro if you two did not have an argument then why are you behaving like that? Maan looks at Dev and frowns.. Dev says.. so much happened and Geet saved your life and you are behaving as if you even do not know her. Maan is totally bewildered and looks from Dev to Dadima.. Dadima says look Maan we even did not know where you were but it was Geet who found you and brought you in and you are behaving with her like this... while all these going on Geet is standing there looking at Maan as if force him to look at her and see the anguish on her face with this behavior but Maan does not look at her at all.. but he just gets more agitated and disturb with what dadima and Dev telling him.. He says Dadima look I am meeting this lady for the 1^st time.. Those words as if keep echoing in the room and all of them get the shock of their lives with those words.. Geet looks totally shattered and Dev looks at Dadima's shocked expression which mirrors his own bewildered expressions. Maan then looks at Geet whose tear filled eyes were looking at him.. He looks at her and keeps on looking at her without any recognition in his eyes and then he finally takes his eyes off her face and says haltingly.. Miss.. thanks Miss Geet for saving my life... Geet as if some one has put a knife through her heart.. she looks at him as if not believing her eyes... her eyes filling with tears and she just could not believe what she heard. Dadima and Dev looks confused and hurt.. Maan continues... anyway I do not even know when did I meet you and when did I know you but still thanks.. Tears stars rolling from Geet's eyes and Maan as if feels sad to cause those tears but he just cannot help it. He turns to dadima and says dadima when did she start working with us? Geet's heart as if broken in to thousand pieces.. Dadima and Dev looks totally stricken too.. Dadima then gets really upset and says little loudly that it is enough now. This is way beyond prank.. You cannot behave like this with Geet. Maan looks at Dadima's angry face and frowns then he pushes his chair and gets up and says.. Prank? I am not playing any prank here. You told me to say thanks to her and I did where as I do not remember where I met her and how did she saved my life.. All are looking at Maan with hurt and shock. Maan says but I do not understand one thing that why are you getting upset with me for her sake.. but he still does not look at her properly.. In real shock Dev looks at Maan and all are still confused at his behavior. Getting upset at all Maan turns and walks away from table.

Maan is on the bed and dadima is caressing his head. Doctor has been called and dadima asked him as if what happened to Maan. Dr says before I say anything let me ask you few question. He asks if Maan recognize every one in the house. Dadima says yes he does. Dev says oh he called me in front of you and coming home he was talking to all and telling dadima that when ever he goes out of the house he misses dadima very much.. Dr just nodes his head. But then Dev adds only when he sees Geet he does not seem to recognize her at all. All look at Geet's crestfallen face. Dr seems to understand the situation. He says oh let him rest and then he tells Dev to come outside with him. Dev walks out and dadima tells Geet to look after Maan and she also goes out to talk to doctor.

Outside in the hall Dev, lucky and Dadima are with doctor and dadima asks him what is the matter with Maan.. Dr tries to explain saying.. He remembers that he has gone somewhere but he does not remember where did he go.. Dev says but we actually did not talk about it. Dr. says I am afraid that is true that he does not know where he went. Dev says what do you mean by that? The Dr. says amnesia... selective amnesia.. Dev says what? Dr says in layman terms you can say selective memory loss.. All are shocked. Dadima says What are you saying Dr? selective memory loss? Dr says yes due to his head injury some part of his brain has stop reacting.. Dev, dadima and lucky as if get the shock of their lives and they are totally shocked.

Part 3:

Lucky says Dr what are you talking about. How this happened that a man can remember few things and forget few... Geet and Nando come in the living room and listen on.. Geet is getting devastated.. Dr says it happens and till date even medical science cannot fathom the reason behind it. But it does happen. In selective memory loss the patient forgets few parts of his life.. Geet, Dev Dadima are listening this with depressed heart. Dr adds he can forget few faces.. few relatives... few relations.. He can forget anything..

Geet eyes are flooded with tears and she is standing there with tears falling from her eyes. Dr. adds that by looking at Maan's case I think he has forgotten the part of his life when Mrs. Khurana I mean Geet came to his life... listening to this as if life drained from Geet and she feels like statue without life standing there listening to the voice of Dr. echoing in her ears. Dadima says you mean to say Maan would not remember anything about Geet and about the wedding and all those incidents? Dr. says yes that is right. You may say that he has forgotten everything what happened in last 1 and 1/12 years. Geet is totally stricken with grief and dadima looks devastated..

Dev says but Doctor there should be some solution. Dr says when medical science could not figure out how does this happen then how can they cure it. Geet is listening all these as if in haze.. The more she hears about this devastation the more it is killing her..

Dadima says does it mean that Maan would never remember anything. Nando try to comfort Geet while Geet looks at her totally shattered.. Dr says I cannot say that cause in few cases there is a total recovery of the memory and patient can remember all. And it could also happen with Maan that he may remember all about this past years or it could be possible that he may stay like this all his life. Geet is listening to all this and is more and more sad. Lucky says if we try to make his remind that he has married my sister then also he will not remember. Dr says here I would like to give you precautions that do not try to force him to remember all those old memories. If he remembers casually then it's ok but if you force that on him then he may have brain hemorrhage and it could be fatal for him. With these cautions all feel helpless and devastated.

Lucky is with Geet and Nando.. saying I just do not understand one thing.. those who are more faithful to babaji.. they are only the one who gets tested severely. Lucky walks over to Nando saying babaji had done this now what should we do? Nando says Lucky veerji what could we do in these type of circumstances. Both them look at Geet who is seated on the bed resting her chin in her palm with tears trickling down her cheek and looking lost.

Looking at Geet nando says we should go home and take didi with us as Dr. also says that we cannot force jijaji to remember anything. But I.. Meanwhile Dadima walks to Geet and looking at that Nando shuts up..

Dadima comes and sits near Geet. She holds Geet's hand but Geet just does not have strength to look at her. Dadima says Geet my child I do not know what fate has store for you. I do not know why fate is taking its toil on you. Geet's eyes are swimming with tears but she does not say anything. Dadima says when one problem is hardly solved the next one just is around the corner.. No one has ever thought that Maan and Geet would be separated... Geet is silently sobbing with tears rolling down her eyes. Dadima says Maan is near Geet but is not with Geet. Dadima painfully says Geet I want to say something to you but please do not misunderstand me.. Geet looks at Dadima with tear stained face. Dadima is almost breaks down saying Geet you know that you are not only the DIL of this house but my daughter too.. Geet nods her head crying silently. Dadima says and I just cannot bear the sight of you being in front of Maan and he does not recognize you. Geet is sobbing... Dadima says I won't be able to bear you suffering silently.. then dadima adds sobbing that in this circumstances if you make any decision then I will not question you at all... Quickly Geet lift his grief stricken eyes to dadima and the meaning of her words makes her rattled to her being...

Part 4:

Geet looks at dadima's face and sees tears pouring down her cheek.. She looks at Dadima and says decision? What decision? She tells dadima... that the decision of Geet's life was made the day she became the bride of Maan. That day only everything was decided the day Geet entered this house as Maan's wife and she will leave this house being the wife of Maan. Geet looks at Dadima... her eyes are now like a flooded river which does not think about stopping her eyes like the months of monsoon where it rains all the time.. geet says crying bitterly that the name of Geet and Maan is taken in one breath and will be taken in one breath. Dadima nods her head cryingly.. Geet continues with tears flooding her eyes saying Dadima he has forgotten me but I have not forgotten him. She continues with quivering lips that Dr. says you cannot force him to remember but you can do it with love.. dadima lovingly cups her face... both of them crying and crying.. Lucky and Nando looks at them with tears in their eyes...

Geet continues saying Dadima I have faith in my love. I will bring his memory back. Dadima smiles through her tears. Lucky and Nando feels happy too.

Precap...

Geet and Nando are standing in the living room... and dadima walks in asking but Geet how would you do this? Geet says calmly I have not thought about it right now but I have faith in my love. I will stay near him and he will remember me one day thinking the girl who is always hovering around me must be my Geet... and she smiles at dadima through tears dadima smiles back at her..

The foundation of the memory loss track is laid..

Gurmeet was awesome with his performance when he did not recognized Geet.. Not a flicker of recognition in his eyes..

Fantastic performance by Sameer, Anjuji and Ahwan with Nando..

Drashti was phenomenal with Anjuji in the last scene. Superb performance and beautiful dialogue delivery with perfect modulation of speech.. Drashti is the best in emotional scenes..

Now waiting for the office track to began and Geet's every day new trick to be closer to Maan and open the windows of his memory...
