I am reminded of how in earlier episodes of bygone golden days they have contrasted the strengthening pure relationship of Maan and Geet with the breaking relationship of Dev & NT that lacked trust. If only Geet can understand Pammi's plight, she would understand how lucky she is in having a husband for Maan. But, perhaps if she is so understanding of Pammi, it wouldn't have been necessary for Maan to face such humiliations as these in the first place, because then she would have understood Maan as well. I miss the unspoken understanding they used to share in the pre-engagement days.

Aditi, I enjoyed reading your thoughts after a long time. Very good juxtaposition of Geet & Dev of today.

This show is always was staunch contrast in different character....even if they are related by blood.....
Like contrast between Dev and Maan despite same blood if they are same blood one always follow righteous path and other just like follow easy way to success whether it just way through sins like rape. Despite being married he went trhough fake marriage with young 18 year old girl who wanted to study and he filler her eyes with happy life dreams and than left same girl to die at hand of her own relative.

Whereas MY MAAN most righteous character in history of television who met same girl and who despite spiteful give right advice to unknown girl ''don't go back to your family'.go complain against them, otherwise that innocent girl who never had any courage to stood against family, how she got courage to fight for right'.,,,,,,,, I will fight with you this man never had any sympathy for criminal. The most righteous person who accepted. a pregnant women with some else child and made her feel epitome of purity and give her respect she deserved but never had in her l life gave her all respect she deserved expected from her family and first fake husband Dev. MY Hero, who at instant came to know about Dev as culprit called police and Never thought about forgiveness or manipulate Geet for his or his family reputation or izzat' Who never forgave his own brother for raping her love and running life nor Geets brother for trying to kill his love and malign her in front of whole world. Sorry I can go over my always righteous Hero. That's the staunch difference between these 2 character. One used abused a simple girl ruined his life for worst and left her for dying given no MSK in life this girl was dead by now and other saved her give her life back.

Now there are 2 more charcters Brij and Geet both siblings such a staunch difference. One can kill for honor and other who stood for right even if it can kill honor. One more righteous charcter of this show rather this show was hers a girl who changed from petrified teenage girl to strong women in her fight for right. The girl who dint forgave his own brother for what he did to her easily forgive her own rapist and if she did than I couldn't relate to fight like hers. Why you left your own family and lateron Maan for this justice you could do earlier life would be easier for all.

The irony here is the person who ruined her life was easily forgiven and who did everything for her was not so easily forgotten just for one line on self respect. But love of My hero for you was more than his self respect he put that on stake and took job of driver from 30000 employess boss he came to 3000 salaried driver for you. But sorry same is not for you from my side atleast for you your ego is bigger than his self respect and your love and your future life(for which u claim to forgive dev.) Self respect is Mutual and not one sided term. Atleast you owe that much to MY hero Maan, your life savior that you forgive him for his self respect . But when you can easily forgot what all he did for you , you can easily forgot how for one insulting line against you from rasika for your self respect he declined that deal and faced a court case.

Strange thing is till now everyone use to claim she never got chance to stand for Maan therefore she never did. But you got same chance today as he got one during rasika time but for him you were above all but for you your ego is above his self respect. So you failed again today. You left him for that self respect for which he fought more than you, ..but nice theory you follow with Maan only forgot his good deeds never forgot nor forgive mistakes...probaly forgiving sinner only garner you claps now tiny mistake .

Seriously Maan treated you like princess did what you wanted whether it was icecream or gol gappa in mid night....Your wish was his command what he got in last. You left him alone isolated for one line atleast you owe him that much for saving your life 100 times, saving your reputation 100 times, loving you unconditionally. The question raised on your blood is now serious question from my side if you self respect is so big..,a person should preach what he follows.. If you preach that change your family first who treat their Daugther in law like shit and you watches all this with mute expression. Are you same Geet who stood for right who used to fight for right. Or fighting spirit is left to torture and beliitle Maan or to see other do it......humilite him........Hopefully his insult must be doing boost to our self respect.........and now you can forgive him........
