hey first of all its a drama, dont take it so seriously....anything couldnt happen in drama...whether its bad or good..so chill mate...

but if you are still upset with it...listen that dev is a criminal..but NT is the biggest one..she was the one who put that in dev's mind..and a wife like her...nobody can do anything...and second...dev have realised his mistake...but NT not at all...and dev is trying to do " some" stuff foatr it..he trying to bring our maneet back to their happy days..and trying to keep them happy...and is seriously praying to god for forgiveness..and if you see in reality...even GOD forgives people if they really seek for forgiveness...so why not geet...

and second dev is not in jail..and staying in their house is because of dadi ma...and dadi ma did that because than " khuranna" izzat wont be dowin...she had to do it...

but again i am gonna tell you its a only a drama....dont take it seriously....enjoy whatever is happening....they are making for you to enjoy it...not just sitting sadly and thinking why the hell that happen...ENJOY IT. that what dramas are for.

Jhan one thing I agree....Daily soaps somewhere r giving a wrong message..its like the person who molests u or cheat u or rapes u will either b forgiven in the end if he becomes a saint or the same guy becomes your saviour....Dev was forgiven and Arjun becomes Annie ka saviour but we all know what Dev and Arjun both did./...I know its fiction but such things sort of give the upper hand to the real life criminals to commit more crimes because justice is only a mere word in reel and real world right now

But hving said that I doubt Geet has actually forgiven Dev in the real sense...Just saying that I forgive u and actually reflecting the same in action has a vast difference..she just said it bec she wanted to get rid of all this..but did she really forgive Dev in real sense is the question now which might b answered in the coming future because show is still on and as long as its on air hope is always there that justice will b done in the end ?🤔

Ha ! Indian Drama and justice ! I highly doubt, that ! Thanks to GF, i will come to know, some, no, one fine day that the geet got justice or not?

coz m not watching geet, coz star one telecast stopped in my area due to cable war !

You are so right. This is disgusting. Without a second thought for the real victim or real sentiments the CVs are turning the story around to mock a woman who has been abused and discarded. Her husband who promises to love and cherish her and stand between her and her past is suddenly unsure. Show some real substance on how real women deal with such tragedies. It was so convenient to kill the baby because showing them coping with the baby's birth would have been more challenging and real. Instead they take the cowards way out and kill the baby and forgive Dev.

They are rich enough for Maan to insist on Dev to live somewhere else. He can be given a money settlement and go do his own business in another city. How can Maan behave the way he does with Geet. That Dadi is also so unfeeling for Geet and Maan's awkwardness in insisting to let Dev live there.

So many things are wrong. It is best to not watch rather than try to show sense to people who dont want to see the light.

In my POV.....I feel Geet decided to forgive only to give herself a fresh start...by ridding herself of any unwanted past baggage...

If one puts herself in Geet's place..... She is a small town girl.....who is brought up in an oppressed, almost archaic society .. where one obey elders and follow traditions..I agree she went against such norms by deciding to have a baby, cutting ties and leaving home......I view all the things she did was to just break free from the pressure the ladies at her home were subjected to....with the proper inspiration from MSK.

Now she is married to a person who gives her all the love , care and respect she should have gotten from her kith and kin.....She is living the dream she always would have had....a supporting and loving husband. Unfortunately Dadi and Dev come along as her in-laws......Imagine What a girl would do in such a situation...

Geet had only 2 things she cherished the most......Her baby and her husband.......She has lost one of her prized possession.......She cannot afford to lose another one.....So she has decided to just postpone other activities(like justice for a fraud marriage and stealing jewelery) , put her grievances on back burner and focus on making her husband happy for now.....as she has realized he is also living in pain of MC aftermath.

In Annie's case...NE was just gullible.....She consented to sleeping with him in a haze of lust....NE was stupid enough to fall to Arjun's bait...May be she sees something good in him and is willing to give him a chance to prove himself...AA track itself is so boring I don't want to analyse them further.....

If forgiveness is the way to get rid of him from their lives, then she is prepared even for that. When she has forgiven her Darji, who despite being her own blood, decided to kill her, then why not Dev who was a total stranger?

Jhan: Brilliant Post 🤗🤗🤗

Just some points:

The show became more of a Mill & Boons tale rather than one containing a social message. And that got it the fan following and the TRPs. So depending upon the convenience, the fortune and words of the female protagonist have fluctuated.

I forgive you scene came in to take a jump to begin another circle of passionate love story. To create a gap so that a bridge of relationship could be built on that.

Forgiving someone and detaching oneself from the past do not mean that the crime of a person has been forgotten.

Dev has the right to feel guilty, seek forgiveness, repent and become a better person. Every criminal has that right but every criminal should be sentenced even if it's reduced later depending on the conduct.

What has Dev done to get that forgiveness?
One has to assume that and fill in the blanks as always we have done.
