Why am I crying?And that too for someone who doesn't care about me?Why?

Maan:Geet, I haven't betrayed u.I promise u that.Now come home and we can talk this through.

Geet:ok,I'll come.But only for you to tell me the truth.You'll have 30 mins and that's it.Then I'll decide about our future.

Maan:And wont I have a say in this?

Geet:You've lost that right.

(MAAN IS HURT)

Maan:Fine,Lets go.

Scene Change.Geet and maan walk into the room.Maan closes the door behind them.

Geet:Now tell me.

Maan:I agree that I was engaged to Sameera and that she was pregnant with my child.But did u ask her when this happened? No,right? This was when I was 23.Before I met you.

(THE TRUTH BEGINS TO DAWN ON GEET)

Maan: We got engaged,Sameera became pregnant and were going to get married.i was very happy.It felt like I was the luckiest man in the world.But then,one day before our wedding,she left me.Geet, KC was going through a bad time.I Decided to close it down.When I told Sameera,She got upset.She said she couldn't marry a man who didn't have money and a stable future.I pleaded with her but no.It turned out that she was never in love with me,just my money.

(GEET IS CRYING)

Maan:She left in a fit of rage.The next day,she came back and throwed some papers in my face.They were reports from the clinic saying that the baby had been aborted.Then,she packed up her stuff and left.I never saw her after that until the day u met her. And I really forgot to tell u,I had moved on a long time ago and u kno I don't like to think of the past,I like to only look ahead.

Geet: I'm so stupid.I kept on blaming u and I didn't even know the full truth.How could I even think that? And u? u could have corrected my mistake.But no,u just stood there and listened to my harsh words.You love me alt,don't u?

Maan:Now she realises!

Geet:I'm sorry Maan.Please forgive me.I cant live without u.

Maan:then why were u saying u were going to leave me? Didn't u think what would go through me?Geet,youre my life,and how can someone live without his life?

(MAAN AND GEET HUG)

Geet:Maan,I love u.

Maan: I know.And I love u too,Mishti.

(BOTH LAUGH)

I hope you liked This series of Os's.It just goes to show that in the end,true love always wins and what Maan and Geet have is the truest of True loves.
