Ogay!! This is what I think!!
As per one of the spoilers I read... Annie wud clear off Arjun's misunderstanding that Maan is not responsible for spoiling NT's life (as though she had any)..
So now he realizes (If he's NT's bro.. he's bound to think like this).. that jab tak Geet - Maan saath hain.. NT cannot enter Khurana khandaan!!! So now he's taking his revenge against Geet!!

M so sure the broken frame would have been sent by non other but Arjun!

Mujhe Bhi yehi lag raha ki broken Photo Frame, is a prelude to the Promo.....indicating the entry of a third person in between MAANEET....

The crack was directly in between Maan and Geet and the Picture was that of their wedding....Jisne bhi yeh gift beja hai...His/her motive is to create a crack in their married life......But only the glass is broken, its superficial...The Picture beneath is intact....Usko kisi ne tear karke nahi beja hai n???.....So koi daraar nahi aayega......😉

Just like the Dolls in the Crystal Ball staying together...Only the glass around them shattered, the Dolls were Intact....

Somebody sends MAANEET a bouquet with a small card which says "Tumhari Doosri Shaadi Mubarak ho Geet"

With the Arjun article coming out on star one site and today promo...I feel it ARJUN who sends Geet this Bouquet

As far as i know, or rather believe Arjun knows nothing about this being Geet's second marriage...If Ani is going to confront him and tell him what all NT has done just to make him realize ki what the actual facts are.....its not necessary ki he believes her...it can also be shown that he is too blinded by revenge ki he decides to torture Geet.......Kyuki there is nothing more painful for Maan but to see GEET in pain...what say...Possibility hai na??
