@Patelben - I wouldn't have been surprised if you left it at eh theek tha. I understand some people only like to read hot stuff, but I'm glad you liked it. This man, his principles, his ideals, his love, his expressions, his desire, his passion....he just leaves me speechless.

@Nandu-bandu - I was upset too, but we have to respect each others opinions. Although I think a lot from Geet's side, I rip and strip Maan off his feelings pretty well. OMG !! why the hell do you make these thought provoking posts leaving it for me to respond to while i am at work.. this is soo bloody distracting it is not funny ...
but yes .. this is what makes us love him more and more ... you know there are a few things more that i would love to add here ... i had already mentioned this in my other post but, since ur post is just abt perfect i think, i will bring it up again...

the reason why i no longer think the whole sequence is a dream is mainly one of the reasons why i was totally affected by your post ..

he not only curbs his growing passion for her sake, even during this time, he tries his best to make her realise on her own, that, she should now give her emotions a shot... throughout the sequence, he is trying and expressing his feelings thro his gestures, hinting, this is what i feel for you, see them, read them ... and he notices her melting as well.. and that very fact gives him lead to go ahead and pursue her even more ...

when she falls on the bed, it is almost like surrender, but she perhaps aint totally ready, cos she is still scared, its more like, she is now helpless, she is cornered...she loves him and all, but the physical proximity is something she is perhaps not so comfy with .. thats the very reason why he moves away from her telling her, he would not do anything that would make her uncomfortable, it is only when she wants things to move forward will they ... and thats why when she opens her eyes and looks arnd he is no where...

and one moment of his disappearance is more than enough for her to miss him and yearn for his presence, her eyes search for him and look for him... and as she settles down at the fire place, and wonders why he had left, he appears again to tell her, he will not allow her the time to miss him, he right there, and he was waiting for her to express that .. and thats when, she cant stop herself anymore... and she holds his face finally (unlike the last few times when she almost gets there but doesnt do it) ... he kisses her hand ( i rewound that bit like 1000 times and saw it) .... and then, moves towards her and holds her face and embraces her.. she tries to fight the passion and emotions evoked inside her, but then she has to finally give up, cos she feels comforted in the embrace of the man she loves, the man she wants to be with and the man who cannot be replaced in her life .. thats why, she stops fighting the emotion and gets carried away ... and at that point, like you said, he could have taken advantage ( i wouldnt say adavantage, he could have just followed his heart and she would have relented anyway ...) but, he stops himself, cos, even at this point in time, he wants her to not get into all this only cos of passion, he wants her to know, whats between them is pure, true and straight outta the heart....
and like you said, it was a tough call to make ... and he did.. and thats why we love Maan Singh Khurana sooooo much ...!!!!

wow.........i agree and appreciate wht u have written for him........wht a character sketch......brilliantly done and explained by u......no other man can do wht he did dats for sure.........

i expected somethng else bt whn i came to knw abt his intentions my respect for him reached sky high.......wht a man of honor, dignity......

lovely description of The Maan Singh Khurana...!! you've described his persona, charisma so well... and i have to say, I fell in love with him all over again...!!! I salute him too...!!!

and u're right, it takes a lot of courage, self-control and strength to do what he did. but he still did it...!! and that's what makes him different and out of this world. and that's makes us love him so much..

gosh, i always wonder, why aren't there more men like him... but like u've said in ur title, there can be no one like him... or rather very very hard to find....!!!! letting your love walk away from your arms, when you know you've waited all this while for this one moment, is something t only highly self controlled and matured people can do. most of the others would stumble to the raw desires and passion and never speak a word...!!! but maan decided to speak, probably because he knew she had to come back into his arms, some day..!! that's where she belonged to. but when that happens, he did not want any regret from this lady love , later on...!!! awwwww, am i falling in love with him again???? well, may be...!!!!

All i can say is that I fall in love each n every time Maan Singh Khurana comes into screen, it is because he the kind of man every women desires, coz he knows how to repect his women...Also the fact that u have the Drop Dead Looks, a sexy body, d right attitude is an added advantage...
