The strength of the man – not any man....
He loved her to deaths. He has shown her the many shades of his love a number of times – passion, protection, dignity and respect, need, value, honor, desire and most importantly care and concern.
Even after having a small tiff with her, all he can think of, is her well being. Imagine how hard it is to keep your sanity when the object of your desires is in front of you. He had just seen her go behind the wooden separator to change into his shirt. How hard it must have been for him to look away when her eyes did the teasing and calling out to him. But he did, only because he kept her dignity above his desires.
As if this was not enough, he had the very opportunity to express his raw desire to his lady love when she was in his arms. For once, she had given in and was not running away from him. The moment he had only imagined up till now, the moment when he would get to hold her in his arms, the moment when he would get to express how much he loved her, the moment when he would want to forget all else – that moment had finally arrived. She was in his arms, willing to give herself away to him. Only he knows the joy he held at that moment. And yet, all he did was say something that he was sure to make her walk away. He could have stayed silent and let the desire and passion take over the moment, but he chose to speak. And when he did, she walked away as he had thought she would.
What would you do when your love was in your arms in such a romantic ambience. I'm sure the last thing on your mind would be to do what Maan did. Yes, it takes a lot of courage and strength for a man to do what he did. And no other man would have the guts to do what he did.
Maan Singh Khurana – I salute you!
