I liked that Mann ignored Sasha! (wooooooooohooooooo). I wish Geet would stand up to Sasha not because she is Mann's fiance but for herself.
I enjoyed Geet's assertiveness and increased level of maturity today in the beginning and office scene episode, bravo!đ I did not like one of her actions in the office scene, will come to that later.
By the way Mr. Dialogue Writer, what is wrong with you? Couldn't you think of another line to have Geet say to Mann, instead that he is more concerned about his ring getting lost. That is a low blow, especially since he risked his life to save her's twice. You could have had her say that something like, the only reason you are asking me as your fiance is because I questioned you. I like the scene, but that sentence was just made Geet seemed ungrateful and rude.
CVs had Geet questioning herself about her feelings for Mann even after her "teeny bopper" investigation about his feelings for her, but why do you have Mann questioning his feelings for her. He already acknowledged that he loves her on many occasions, including the Club conversation and when he saved her in the HP track, just to mention two occasions.
Although I liked the office scene where Geet showed her assertiveness and the hint of a backbone resurfacing and Mann putting the ring on Geet's finger again⌠What I didn't like about this, is that this time Geet willingly gave her hand, which means she also wants it to be true and accepts the engagement. The problem is that she has not told him the truth, even though that night she realized that she needed to tell the truth before the office scene.
Any relationship that wishes to succeed needs to start on the basis of truth, the foundation must be solid. This is not the case as Geet has a past that needs to be told. Even if one argues that their love confession needs to be done prior to Geet's past confession, so that Mann can handle the truth, it is still tricky. Mann will be even more shattered to know that she did not tell him before the engagement. Tricky because she wants to know how he feels before she tells him, shows Geet's selfishness. They had a solid foundation of friendship where she could have confessed to him, I mean he only risk his life to save her's, I think the man deserved to know.
I understand that she loves him and he loves her and she doesn't want him to walk away from her; thus, this is all the more reason that she should tell her past before their "love confession" as he will respect her more and know that she does not want to cheat him. To do it the other way around is cheating and thus lowers Geet's integrity level.
I am up for a good romance or action flick like the next person but âŚ
Why is Geet's character being weakened day after day, why?
