how did the saree rip like that???

hey, I'm a silent forum reader but on this I just had to comment so here I am...
As sad as I feel for geet and as angry as I am at sasha, I gotta ask, how did the pallu rip off like that???
I mean, firstly they stepped on the bottom of the pallu(btw, as shown in the beginning, geet's pallu wasn't even touching the floor so......), so how did it rip at her shoulder where there was even a thick gota border??? How? And Chalo maan bhi lete hain ki phat gaya upar se, then how can it rip off completely by stepping at the bottom??? I mean, I actually found that kinda funny...when I saw it happen I was like huh???

So back to my original question....pallu phata kaise????? :s
