well I think she feels that life would not be so kind to her that she could easily gain such a big connection to Dev. Life doesn't make everything so simple for her.

she does not want to jump into big conclusions that could effect her job which she wants desperately

she doesn't think that such a great guy like Maan would have such a low-life for a brother
