Geet and Maan still unmarried. However Maan's feelings are getting stronger for Geet.

It's some gala dinner for young businessmen, and Maan has no choice but to attend it.

Dadi asks Geet to accompany her. Geet refuses, but Dadi is adamant so Geet has no choice but to agree.

Maan is waiting downstairs in a black suit, white shirt with a red tie. He is getting impatient, and murmurs to himself-"Yeh auratein bhi. Kabhi waqt par taiyaar nahin ho sakti hain"😆

As he looks up he sees Dadi coming down dressed in a golden colored saree wearing her beautiful pearls. However the image that captivated Maan was that of Geet, who was walking behind Dadi. Dressed in a red Jashn lace saree with a slight loose bun, and wearing a simple yet elegant diamond necklace with matching earrings, Geet looked every bit a combined epitome of beauty, innocence and grace. 😍

Dadi as she approached Maan, breaking him from his trance-"Chal Maan. Arrey haan dekh na kitni pyaari lag rahi hai Geet. Hai na ?" 😊

Maan didn't know what to say. He couldn't say the truth, and he didn't want to lie either 😆. So avoiding the whole question itself seemed to be the best answer.
Maan trying to suppress his emotions, speaking with a bit of attitude-"Kaafi dair ho chuki hai, chaliye"

At the gala dinner, Geet was seated between Maan and Dadi. The fourth chair was reserved for another businessman by the name of Mr. Sanjay Sanghvi. Now Sanghvi had the reputation being of a player, and Maan was not pleased having him for company at his table.

Mr. Sanghvi as he came instantly caught eye of Geet. He addressed everyone, and took the empty chair which made him sit right in front of Geet. When Sanghvi asked about Geet, Dadi answered-"She's my friend's granddaughter. As you know I have no granddaughter, and I always wanted one. So Geet fills that void"
Saying this Dadi lightly patted Geet's head.

Sanghvi chuckling-"Well for an instant I thought she was your granddaughter -in-law! Well it's all good then for me. Chaliye Geet, mere liye chance abhi bhi hai!'

Maan got slightly alarmed by Sanghvi's ending words, while Geet was embarrassed and slightly blushing at being linked with Maan. When Maan looked at her, he noticed her embarresement, and he dismissed Sanghvi's words ''Maybe I'm just over-reacting". Maan feels pleased seeing Geet's shyness, but of course he doesn't display his emotions.

However Maan's fears were not baseless. During the course of the meal, he suddenly felt something on his leg. He looked at Sanghvi who was smiling at Geet. And Geet was eating with her head low, ignorant of Sanghvi looking at her. Maan glared at Sanghvi who was preoccupied at staring at Geet while talking to Dadi. Sanghvi all this time was under the impression that he was playing footsie with Geet, when in reality he had gotten Maan instead! Maan had the urge to just punch him blue & black right there, right then, but he knew better "Haath chalaane se zyada dimaag ka chalna achha hota hai" . He was in a gala dinner afterall, and he couldn't create a scene.

Geet had noticed Sanghvi looking at her, and she felt uncomfortable. Due to her uneasiness, she pretended not to notice Sanghvi, and had quietly ate her dinner. Additionally Geet knew as long as Maan was around, she didn't have to worry. She had this unexplainable implicit trust in Maan, and she knew that he would never break it.

Sensing Maan's glare, Sanghvi looked at Maan who still carried the same serious look. Sanghvi looked slightly down, and realized his mistake. Immediately he retracted his feet. He didn't have the audacity to look at Maan whose eyes demonstrated a fury which was difficultly being suppressed.

Soon Sanghvi realized that continuing his game with Geet could end up costing him dearly. He decided it was best to take leave thinking 'Aur bhi kitni ladkiyaain hain. Baad mei dekhoonga iss Geet ko' . Sanghvi took his leave by shaking hands with Maan, folding his hands in a namaste to Dadi, and finally he came towards Geet and bent towards her. Geet was caught of guard and Sanghvi took advantage of the opportunity, taking her hand for a kiss. Maan sensing Sanghvi's intentions at the very instant purposefully spilled his glass of water on Geet. Instantly Geet retracted her hand and looked at Maan whose eyes held a multitude of emotions all at once.

Maan being the kharoos couldn't apologize, but Dadi rebuked him-"Arrey Maan, yeh kya kiya tune. Geet ki saree kharaab kar di"

Geet trying to damage control-"Ji, koi baat nahin Dadi. Bas paani hi hai. Main abhi aayi issay saaf karke" Saying this, Geet excused herself. Sanghvi being no novice understood Maan's purpose perfectly. He just grinned his teeth, and took his leave.

Maan had a expression of relief as Sanghvi left. As Geet came back, Maan escorted Dadi and her to the car. Also, Maan adjusted his rear view mirror in order to have a glimpse of Geet as he drove back home.

At home, Geet dressed in a simple white salwar-kurti went to give Dadi back the jewellery and the saree that Dadi had insisted she wear. As she entered, she saw Maan with Dadi.

Maan once again was momentarily lost looking at Geet.

Geet speaking softly with a tone of thanks in her voice-"Dadimaa, yeh aapke gehne aur saree. Saree ko kal dry clean karwa doongi."

Dadi-"Arrey Geet, itni jaldi kya thi lautane ki? Khair jaa tu bhi so jaa ab. Raat kaafi chuki hai. Aur Maan tu bhi jaa, kal office bhi toh tujhe jaana hai."

Maan's study:

Maan is unable to sleep, as he keeps thinking of Geet, and then he gets flashbacks of the evening when Sanghvi was trying to flirt with Geet. Maan in a rage bangs his fist. Then he begins to qyestion himself "Why do I get so irritated with someone complimenting Geet. Why do I find myself speechless in front of her at times. Kyun maine jaan-bujkar woh paani ka glass Geet par gira diya tha? Kyun? Kya ho raha mere saath?"

Another scene which would fit in perfectly after today's episode! I know he's the boss and all but try to imagine this! 😉

Geet is in her shocking pink attire that she had on today's episode and Maan has his waistcoat look! 😍

Geet is in Delhi looking for a job, she goes to "Something" Industries (business partners of Khuranas) to give a job interview. Incidentally Maan also had decided to visit the same place for a meeting.

This is going to be one heck of a long lift/elevator ride! 😆

Geet is going up to the highest floor, the lift has only a couple of people in it. Two of them are eyeing Geet *probably with not very good intentions* Geet is feeling conscious since she is new and doesn't know how to deal with such things. Her eyes are low and her palms are sweating and she's literally very scared. As she is leaning on the wall of the lift, she wishes she could just disappear into it so that no one would look at her!

Meanwhile Maan is waiting for the lift to come *with other half a dozen workers*

Geet gives another very frightened look to the two men. PING! The doors open at that very exact moment. Maan looks up as the door opens and instantly his eyes find Geet as if a force was pulling him towards her. He sees Geet looking behind her but faces forwards as lift doors open and is surprised to see Maan. Both have a quick very eye lock. Everyone starts filling the lift and the lift is full. Maan had to go stand near Geet as there were too many people who wanted to get into the lift, *isn't that a surprise 😆* also the reason why the lift is tightly packed. His body is slightly turned towards Geet though he isn't looking at her.

Geet again is very conscious as the two men are giving her even more bad looks, they have moved a little closer however due to Maan being in the way, they could not move fully next to Geet. *Thank God Geet thought* But Geet's discomfort doesn't go unnoticed. As Geet tries to move away from the two men*, she slightly bumps into Maan. Geet hasn't noticed this but Maan has. He is about to get angry at Geet when he sees her frightened face, her eyes first travel from the two men onto the floor. After seeing this, Maan slightly turns again to see the two men eyeing Geet and staring at her in a perverted way.

Maan feeling a little protective, gives a cold, hard stare to the two men. They look at Maan once scared but then go back to their antics! Maan is very annoyed by this point, so he decides to do something unexpected, something even he didn't think he would ever do. *Maneet music starts* He puts both his hands on either side of Geet's head & leans on the side of the lift towards Geet. And with this he also had to look at Geet, as soon as he sets his eyes on her, he gets lost in her beauty.

Geet looks up to meets Maan's gaze and is surprised as Maan's both hands are beside her head but quite far apart. She is relieved and thinks that whenever Maan is near her, don't know why but she feels protected. As if no negative force in the world could ever hurt her. 😳

Both Maan and Geet are lost into each others eyes.

Meanwhile the two pervy men have turned away as they understand that Geet is with Maan *or at least they think she is.* Maneet's close encounter is also noticed by the other workers in the lift. Everyone is staring at Maneet with smiles on their faces but are gossiping about the situation in the lift. Geet who had been staring at Maan with the same loving gaze as Maan, manages to break away first.

Feeling shy and embarrassed Geet lowers her eyes but is compelled to look up again as she hears people whispering, she looks around and sees that everyone is talking about her and Maan.

Geet feeling even more shy, quietly says Maanji...

PING! The lift doors open again and everyone evacuates the lift.

*Maneet music ends*

*Maan BG music plays*

Geet is still hesitant and says Maanji a little louder this time & manages to get Maan to stop looking at her in that way. 😳 Maan is a little startled as he looks around and sees that everyone has left. He is also embarrassed like Geet and is hesitating.

Finally he manages to clear his throat and quietly says, Mein chalta hoon *without any saru attitude* 😆

*Maan BG music ends*

Short version of Maneet music plays*

Geet who feels confused by the whole encounter, also follows Maan behind but as soon as both are outside the lift, they walk in different directions.

Later on at night, both think about the day's events and Maneet think about the lift scene again.

Okay another office scene: Meeting with the Boss!

It's Geet's second day in the office. Everyone is amused by Geet's clothes *idiots,🤢 at least she is modest and not running around half naked 😆* Geet's first day at the office had been hectic and a bit confusing, she couldn't meet her boss "MK" due to his meeting and it took her half a day to get the hang of things. But finally towards the end of the day she did and she was proud of herself.

Geet's second day started off a bit weird, she felt warm and protected, the same feeling she gets when Maan is around. *flashback of Maan saving her, from drowning, from getting run over in amritsar and from Brij* She snapped herself out of thoughts and got back to work. She had more than a couple of files that she had to sort out and check.

Maan decides to come to the office today and as soon as he's outside the building the alarm goes off. Everyone starts running, Geet who after hearing the alarm is confused, starts panicking, she thinks something big has happened and starts to walk into the direction where Maan is coming from. Maan is on the phone busy talking whilst they both are nearing each other...

Maan looks up to see a girl coming towards him, he thinks he may have seen her somewhere before but cant remember where?

Geet has loads of files and is in a hurry, she thinks that the alarm is too loud therefore keeps her head down and her eyes slightly shut! Suddenly Geet trips sending all her file papers flying around and, before she could fall to the ground, Maan quickly runs in and catches her. She falls in his arms and their eyes meet. Both Maan and Geet are shocked to see each other again *flashback of Maan catching Geet when she tripped previously*

Maan & Geet were so absorbed into each other's eyes, that they failed to notice the crowd that was gathering near them. Everyone was surprised to see MK like this, staring deep into a girl's eyes, and without anger, there was nothing but plain adoration in his eyes and on his face. Geet too had a similar look on her face but a little confused.

Sasha was burning with jealousy, her face went dark with envy. She decided she couldn't take it anymore, watching Maan hold someone else so she cleared her throat loudly and called out MK.

Maneet didn't respond..."MK SIR"

Maneet broke out of their trance, both embrassed at this incident, as Geet got out of Maan's strong arms, Maan and Geet both said "TUM" & AAP" at the same time, everyone in the office was surprised more to see that Maneet knew each other.

Adi decides to intervene, stammering he tells Sir that Geet is his new PA. Maan is even more shocked. Maan gives Geet another look but this time Geet cant figure out what that look was for? In his attiude wala way, Maan tells Adi to follow him, which means Sasha and Geet also need to follow him. Everyone decides to scatter and Pinky runs up to Geet and tells her that Maan is MK Sir and that she needs to go now. But before Geet leaves Pinky says oh haan, I also want to know how you and Maan sir know each other from before? Geet seems upset, and is a little reluctant, she makes an excuse and leaves.

In Maan's cabin, Maan is sitting in his chair, flapping the papers in the file, then he slams them file on his desk in anger, Adi gets scared even Sasha is a little shocked. Maan stand up, looks at Geet and tells the others to leave, he needs to talk to Geet about something important. Sasha feeling a bit suspicious, says but MK we're all your trusted employees, you can say whatever you want in front of us. Maan feeling a little annoyed gives Sasha one look and she shuts up. She says alright and in anger and jealously, storms out. Adi follows behind her and only Geet and Maan are left. Geet is feeling concious whereas Maan is looking right at Geet angrily!

*to be continued* Actaully I'm too tired to write anything! 🥱 I can hardly keep my eyes open!
