i remember a case previously preleap where niru was fighting against MLA srivastav brother in law who had killed someone and a jaournalist had recorded d murder and put the CD in gangaa's bag and CD had got mistakenly mixed with sagar's CD's... later while they were watching something the CD was played and gangaa identified d murderers as same who shot her father and many in gangaa ghat... but sadly the CD being the only proof was stolen and they had nothing left to prove the murder ... but gangaa said she will act as witness of ganga ghat shoot out against MLA as she has seen the guys who were shooting there... and she came to court and no proceedings were shown but MLA was jailed for many years on mere witness of gangaa who could identify his 2 men.. it was all logic lost cos they never showed us what happened to MLA's brother in law who was actually convicted.. all was a mix mash and provided ni logic as to how niru could prove anything by gangaa witness...
anyways i had low hopes with this case too.. i still dont know how can they prove yash guilty.. unless janvi comes to court and gives witness against yash herself... cos yash made dat video in a comp and not in d camcorder. 😕.. dey could have easily found out the IP adress of the MMS loader.. as police themselves would do this mere investigation and also track yash phone calls.. 😕... also there was a shop keeper who saw yash manhandling ganga in d bus stop.
m not a lawyer but i m just trying to see some common sense here.. may be i m wrong too.. cos yet to see monday epi...pls share ur views.. i do think that the show can logically show court proceedings as its an imp part of the show too..😊
