Why wedding dresses are white.....

Son asked his mother the following question:

'Mum, why are wedding dr esses white?' The mother looks at her son and replies,

'Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure.'

The son thanks his Mum and goes off to double-check this with his father.

'Dad why are wedding dr esses white?'

The father looks at his son in surprise and TAKES him on a walkabout,

he shows him the fridge and asks him what is the colour, to which the son replies : ' WHITE '.

he does the same for the dishwasher,

the washing machine,

the stove, etc etc.

Then he tells the son:

'Son, all household appliances come in white.'

I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Eric, the 11 year old next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control and asked him to come over. Eric clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong? He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.' I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

Eric grinned.... 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?'

'No,' I replied.

'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'

So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T

I used to like Eric.............

Paddy's pregnant sister was in a terrible car accident and went into a deep coma.

After being in the coma for nearly six months, she wakes up and sees that she is no longer pregnant.

Frantically, she asks the doctor about her baby.

The doctor replies, 'Ma'am, you had twins.... A boy and a girl. The babies are fine, however, they were poorly at birth and had to be christened immediately so your brother Paddy came in and named them.

The woman thinks to herself, ' Oh suffering Jesus, no, not me brother he's a clueless idiot!

... Expecting the worst, she asks the doctor,' well, what's my daughter's name?'

'Denise' says the doctor.

The new mother is somewhat relieved, 'Wow, that's a really beautiful name,' I guess I was wrong about my brother', she thought....'I really like Denise'.

Then she asks, ' What's the boy's name?'

The doctor replies ' Denephew '

Dispatcher: Was anything else taken?

Caller: No, but this has happened to me before and I'm sick and tired of it!
