"Major Randhawa, KMA ke naye cadet's ke batch mein mera beta Rummy bhi shaamil hai…"
"Yes sir…"
"Main chahta hoon ki usse koi bhi special treatment na mile… woh baaki cadet's ke tarah hi treat kiya jaana chahiye… usse ek Major ke bet eke haisiyat se light punishments mat do, usse pata chalna chahiye ki ek army officer banana kitne khatin aur mushkil hai…" M.G Gaur told him.
"Yes sir, aap mujhpar yeh zimmedaari chodiye, I'll see to it ki aapke bete ko baaki cadet's ke tarah hi treat kiya jaayega."
"Good… lekin ek baat ka dhyaan rakho… Rummy ke punishments bahut hi hard aur frequent hone chahiye…"
"Lekin sir, bina kuch galat kiye, main kaise kuch kar sakta hoon… I'm sorry sir, par main aapke bete ko sirf tab punish karoonga, jab usse punish hone ke liye kuch galat kiya ho…" Gunny replied.
"Theek hai, but make sure ki in do-teen saalon mein, Rummy ek accha, taakatwar sipahi ban jaaye, he should be the best cadet…" M.G. Gaur told him.
"Yes sir…"
"Okay… thank you Major, main ab chalta hoon… KMA mein meeting ke liye der ho rahi hai…goodbye Major." M.G. Gaur told Gunny before getting into his car and leaving the chalet.
Gunny stood outside the house, on top of the hill, staring down at the city and lost in his thoughts. He stood there for about 5 minutes, with a sad and depressed look on his face. Before he turned around and went back inside to join his friends, the mask of a happy face was back up. He wasn't ready to tell anyone just yet.
When Gunny went back inside the house, he went to the den where everyone was sitting, he was told about the plans for the party and also that he didn't have a date for the party as all the girls had been taken. To his friends' surprise, Gunny didn't seem to mind it at all that he didn't have a date for the party.
