Part 3

Three days after Part 2

Ranbir advertizes a post for three assisstant managers for his hotel companies in the newspapers along with sveral posts for receptionists and young waiters/waitresses. He spends the whole day trying to get the finances organized for the last 3 months and is angry at the thought of how his brothers got them in this mess in the first place. The reputation of the business was at stake and his family name was also at risk. Ranbir knew he had to take drastic actions and had to make sure that all his staff were well trained and his brothers needed this training along with Ayaan. Heck he might as well get Sglok and Arth started. Ranbir is not happy with this and decided that his Mom could interview the apllicants while he went through all the aplication forms and check who had relevant qualification. ranbir did not trust his brothers with this and he was too busy making arrangements for Business advisors to come in and help him show the ropes. Akash made a call to his partners in America and asked for one of the guys to comeover and help as the deal in America has worked out.

Kanya checks the newspaper and sees there is a post for an assisstant managers job. She applies for the position and is on her way to her interview.

Ranbir checks the applications and is impressed with three in particular one of which Is Kanya Godbole. (Interesting. This girl has definately got great skills and passed with flying colours. Economis and Bsiness as a major excellent. A career minded woman just my kind of woman.

Malika enters the office at Nanda Hotels and goes to the cabins. Ranbir left a list of qeustions for her to ask the applicants and the correct answers with it too.
The first 9 aplicants were ok nothing special. Until the next 5 arrived. The latter being Kanya Godbole.

K-Good afternoon maam. I'm Kanya Godbole. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

Malika liked this girl. She reminded her of someone long ago she'd met at their house 10 years ago but who?

M-Ok. Why should i employ you? I won't bother asking about what is in this form. I want to hear what you have to say. Please show me your file so that i can get your certicates photocopied.

K-I want this job because i know that i can do this job with 100 percent dedicated to your company and all i need is one chance to prove that i am capable. I am young and full of energy and buzzing with ideas and new ways to perfect any problem.

M-What are your strengths? and Weaknesses?

K-I am not scared to stand up for myself even if its my boss. I have confidence in myself and guts to finish what i start even when the going gets tough and i guess i am a workaholic. My weakness is that i sometimes get attached to my work and lose myself init that i block everything around me ouy. Plus i guess i talk too much too.

M-Beti tum pass hogay. Every answer tumne sehi aur dilse di hain. Josh ki saath and that is what i want for my company. New blood and you fit my criteria.

K-Thank you maam so much.Kanya gives Malika a hug.
K-Sorry. I'm just so happy

M-It's ok Beti i am happy for you too. Now go and give your family the good news.

Malika is so happy to have met such an energetic girl and hopes that maybe she will rub off on her family members and show them that workers are people too.

Kanya runs out of the office. Bumps into Ranbir.

R-Dekh kar chal sakhte nahin Kya? Yeh office hain koi playground nahin! Kaise kaise log ajate hain. You're fired out now.

K-Sorry. Tum phir mere peeche. God Kaunsi manhous shakal dekh liya hain maine. Tumhari waje se meri naukri nahin lagi. Aur ab ise bhi jinx karne aagaye. Hato mere raste se.

R-Oy Chipkali. This is my office aur tum mujhe hi attitude dikharahi ho. If anything you get lost. na jaane kaise kaise Bhikari ajate hain. Na style hain na paise. Sirf apne bari bari baatein aur coti choti soch.

K-yek aur tumhara office please. Boss ki tara dikh te nahin. Lagta hain Jungle se Tarzan aya hain. Sirf tumhara jungli friends ki zaroorat hain. Waisa bhi mujhe jis kaam ke liye aa na tha main kar chuki hu. Now please hato mere raste se. meri din acha gayi hain aur tumse baath karke apni waqt barbad nahin karna chahati. Bye Mr Ranbir.

R-Chipkali tum mujhe insult dekhe nahin jaoge. My name is Ranbir Nanda and nobody dares to speak to me in such a manner. tumhari itni himmat ke tum mujhe bezat karo woh bhi mera office mein. Why are you here? Anyway.

K-Woh mein job ke liye aye thi. Aur maam ne dedi hain. Are you really yaha ki Boss?

R-The lady that took your interview is my Mom Malika Nanda. Mein unka beta Ranbir. Now i will get you fired. Tum ja sakhte ho Miss.....

K-Kanya Godbole. Please. I'm sorry. we got off on a wrong note.

Malika overheard everything as Ranbir was very loud. malika was adament on not letting ranbir win

R-Mom ap Chipkali ko naukri nahin denge and thats final. She's rude and has no respect.

M-Ranbir i will not fire her. She has great academic background and alot of guts if she is standing up for herself. She has respect its you that has no respect. Beta usse ek mauka de. Business mein sab chalti hain. You will have to change your ways with dealing with people. i will not fire her. kanya tum jao tum yeh Contract sign karo phir Ranbir tumhe fire nahin kar sakta on any grounds but based on your work. Ab jao ghar mein aur celebrate karo.

R-Mom ap bhi na. Kaise kaise logo ko. haan main maan tha hoon mein kabhi khabie thora dramatic ho jatha hoon but she started it.

M-Look Beta tumhe patience ki koi cheez hi nahin. Be professional. We need new blood and someone not scared of hard work. Is she good for the job then

R-Yes mom she's perfect. Ab muje mere parivaar ko train kara na hain. kaha pe shuru karu

M-Shabash Beta. Mujhe ahi ummed thi and don't forget Kanya ko bhi traning de. Usse bhi sikhana hain.

Malika had a smile on her face. Ranbir you have met your match she thought. Ab sirf in dono ko saath saath rakhna hain. Kya chemistry hain. Dhono ladte hain patti patni ki tarah. Aggar ranbir ko insaaniyat aur pyaar sika sakhti hain to Kanya. Ranbir really needs this after along time.

Kanya goes home with a cake and some laddoo's and feeds everyone. Everyone is happy. Pammi, Pooja D, Harry and pappa. Kanya feels so proud and promises to herself from now on she will always try to make her family this happy.
