Riddima laid her head on armaan's chest and said softly,"Armaan ,can't we stay like this forever....far away from everyone....with no tensions and fights...just u,me and nikhil...??"
Armaan stroked her hair and replied gently,"Riddhima even tht's the only desire in my life now....i want ntn else and noone else apart from u and my son...i had never dreamt in my entire life....but now b'coz of ur love and support,i see myself dreaming every moment even with my eyes open...of a life,away from everyone....a life which will have a new beginning for u ,me n nikhil...But.."and armaan stopped....and broke aprt from ridz....
He went inside and sat on the sofa,where nikhil was sleeping peacefully....
Armaan caressed his forehead and bent down to kiss him...
"But ....wt armaan??" asked Riddhima from the doorway....she had followed armaan as soon as he left but wen she saw him going towards nikhil,she didn't interrupt him....knowing that if she interrupted then,she wud come in between the love of a father for his son.....
Armaan looked towards Riddhima on hearing her voice...But he cudn't speak anything...he just bowed his head and held his face in his hands....
Riddhima walked towards him and sat down on the floor in front of him...Gently she took armaan's hands in hers and kissed them softly...."Armaan,plzz tell me if there is sum prob...but plzzzz don't keep quiet...ur silence kills me every moment..."
Armaan looked into her eyes and said in a low voice...."Riddhima,i want to leave all this forever....but still im helpless...i can't do anything according to my wish....it's not in my hands anymore....."Armaan stopped,not knowing how to continue further...
But Riddhima kept quiet,knowing that armaan wud in his own time say everything...She stood up and sat beside him on the sofa,to give him the love and comfort ,which he had been deprived of since childhood......armaan placed his head on riddima's lap while Riddhima went on carressing his hair lovingly.....
For the moment Armaan felt that he had all the happiness any person ud ever desire for...he closed his eyes...but the next moment....memories of his past deeds flashed across his mind....and he opened his eyes immediately....Riddhima realised that sumthing was pestering armaan continuously but she didn't want to force him for anything.....she trusted him more than herself,and that was more than enuf for her.....
Armaan took riddhima's hand and kissed it..Taking a deep breath,he said..."Riddima,i'll have to go back once more".....
Riddhima's heart skipped a beat as she heard these words escape armaan's mouth...."Armaan...plzz don't say that ever again....u dounno wt i'll do if u ever leave us...and go back to tht dreaded atmosphere...."
Armaan knew he had to be strong and firm from inside....It was going to be difficult to explain Riddhima his actions but more than that it was going to be difficult to explain himself to stay away from his love and life.....
"Riddima,plzzz listen to me....i have no choice but to go back once and settle all scores...."But seeing riddhima's expression changing from worried to distressed....made him realize what he had just said....
With tears in her eyes,Riddhima said,"Armaan...settle sum scores....n wht abt us if sumthing happens to u....wht will we do armaan....nikhil will lose his father again....and I....I will lose everything i have"...
"Riddhima,plzz don't ever say that"...Armaan said sitting up...
Turning riddhima towards him he said,"The moments i spent wid u n nikhil today have been the best part of my life till now..infact i felt i was living a day from sumone else's life....sumone who doesn't have the tag of being a gangster on him.....sumone who doesn't have the interpol and police authorities of 7 continents after him.....and sumone who just has a simple heart,that can love sumone more than his own life.....but riddhima,i just can't leave everything like this....I'll HAVE TO GO BACK FOR ONE LAST TIME TO RETURN TO U FOREVER..."
Riddhima hugged him,close to her body and the warmth of armaan's body comforted her agitated mind and soul...As she felt his heartbeats pounding across his chest,she realized the same heartbeats pulsating within her....
Armaan held her tightly in her arms....he had never experienced restlessness in his life...but loving riddhima and the thought of being away from her even for a single moment.....drowned him n the vast sea of restlessness.....
"Armaan,...is it relly necessary for u to go.....plzzz dun go armaan...."Riddhima sais not releasing herself from his arms...
"Riddhima,i need to sort out everything wid abbu....i know it will be next to impossible impossible to make him understand...but i have ur love wid me always....it gives me all the courage in the world...more than those deadly weapons i ever carried wid me....but u see,i'll have to talk to him n hand over evrything i had....he has treated me like his son for more than 10yrs....n i can do only this for him...."....Armaan said....
"ohhk Armaan,i trust u more than myself....and i won't question u ever again...but plzz tell,wen will u be leaving armaan...?"Riddhima's voice almost cracked as she said this.....
armaan's eyes were filled wid tears on hearing the pain in riddhima's voice and a lone tear escaped his eyes...."Im giving her pain once again....why does it always happen ....can't i even give her a single day filled with happiness,joy and love??"armaan thought....
"I dunno riddhima,i haven't decided on any details yet...but we r going to leave dubai very soon...abbu will definitely arrive at dubai...in some time...and so i want u all to leave before that....i won't be able to do anything if abbu goes against us.....and ur and nikhil's life is the most important thing for me..."Armaan said.....
Riddhima looked straight into armaan's eyes and said,"and armaan what about ur life..."
"Tht's already urs....i have lost it for ever to u...n now noone can touch my life without touching u...and tht is one thing which i won't let it happen in this lifetime or any other!!!"Armaan said,kissing her forehead....
