Recap: Kt milti hai Eklavya se, aur Prachi shaq karti hai Kt ke jazbaat. Sahil pohonchta hai ghar pareshaan Ganga ke baare mein, ab aage...

LOCATION: LAKSHYA'S HOME

Lakshya*worriedly*: Dad! kya hua mom ko?!

*Neev sits up with a concerned look on his face*

Sahil: beta, Ganga ko cancer hai

*Lakshya drops back into the couch, staring blankly towards the wall. Shocked, he felt numb. He loved no one more than his mom. Memories blurred, as 22 years gone in a flash, with only moments more to live. Tears did not hide behind his blue eyes, as they slowly dripped out. Never had Lakshya felt so empty in his life. Emptiness, the only word that could describe it all. Was this all really happeneing he thought?*

*Neev, shocked looked at Sahil to see a reaction, maybe a hint as if it was a joke...but who would play such a joke. Then he knew, it wasn't a joke, this was reality*

Lakshya*whispering to himself*: aisa nahin ho sakta...

Sahil: Lakshya...

*Lakshya gets up and goes paces back and forth in the living room then stops at a wall infront of him*

Sahil: meri baat sunoh Lakshya..

Lakshya*screams, and punches the wall making a slight hole*: GOD DAMMIT ASIA NAHIN HO SAKTA!! *now leaning against the wall and in full tears*..aisa nahin ho sakta dad...

*Sahil comes and touches his son's shoulder building up the courage of what to say*

Sahil: che(6) mahine(months) baaqi hain...

Neev: CHE MAHINE?! Doctors aise kaise keh sakte hain?! koi na koi treatments hongi, hum aunty ko doosare hospital mein lee jate hain, yeh loog ghalat honge!

Sahil: theen chaar test karvaye, aur chaar hospitals gaye bhi the...*starts to cry* pata nahin mein kya karoon

*Lakshya grabs his fathers arm and hugs him*

*Neevs eyes brim with tears thinking about how much Ganga Aunty was a mother for him...it wasn't only Lakshya loosing his mother...Neev was going to loose a mother..again*

Sahil: Baa, Sagar, aur Dhara ko sab kuch pata hai, lekin beta Rahul toh abhi chhota hai, usko ehsaas maat do ke yeh kitna...

Lakshya*still crying*: mujhe akhri mein bataya?! mujhe bata ne ki zaroorat ab mehsoos hui??!

Sahil: Hum sab jaante hain ke tu apni Maa se kitna pyar karta hai...samajh nahin aa raha tha ke tumhe kaise bataun..

*The tears washed away the blueness of Lakshya's eyes draining away the life in him...Flashbacks appear when Ganga had told him to come to the temple with him and said to him "aaj nahin samjhe ga par baad mein tujhe ehsaas hoga..."...now he knew, when it was too late. Lakshya once again stares off into space, he never felt so alone in his life, no one could take this void away from his heart, no one*

[scene ends with Lakshya staring at the wall]

LATER THAT NIGHT

LOCATION: PRACHI & KT'S APARTMENT

Prachi: mein aabhi bhi keh rahi hoon ke, you should apologize to Lakshya

Kt: aur woh kiss khushi mein?

Prachi: Kt! kitni batameezi se pesh aayi thi tum, aur woh kitna sweet se tumhe greet kar raha tha, aur tum?! sharam aani chahiye tumhe!

Kt: Neetu--

Prachi: Neetu-Veetu kuch nahin, tum maafi maango gi, aur woh bhi abhi!

*Kt relentedly agreed, thinking that maybe if she apologized Neetu would stop nagging her*

*Prachi dialed Neev's number*

*Neev looks at his phone to see Prachi calling, unwillingly he picks up*

Neev: hello?

Prachi: hi Neev!!

Neev*sadly*: ...hi

Prachi*worriedly*: ..kya hua Neev?..tum kuch theek nahin--

Neev: nahin

Prachi: kya hua

*Neev looks across the room where his friend sat on the floor just staring, lifeless*

Neev: *sighs*...kuch kaam tha Prachi?

Prachi:..haan, woh baat karna tha Lakshya se, woh aas paas kahin hai?

Neev: I don't think woh abhi baat karne ke mood mein hain

Prachi: please Neev, actually Kt ko baat karni thi

Neev: Prachi, abhi nahin...

*Lakshya gets up and snatches the phone from Neev. Anger was built up inside him*

Lakshya: Hello?

*Prachi handed Kt the phone signaling her that Lakshya was on the line*

Kt: Hi Lakshya, woh--

Lakshya: listen, my mom has cancer, aur mera mood nahin hai baat karne ka! aur especially kissi ka lecture sune ka! Aur aapko toh ladke pasand bhi nahin, toh phir--

Kt: nahin, woh, meri baat, Lakshya--

Lakshya: margaya tumhara Lakshya!

*Lakshya hangs up*

*Kt hears the dial tone but continues to have the phone on her ear, shocked at what she just heard...Cancer?*

Kt*tears brim in her eyes*: Im sorry Lakshya...

[scene ends]
