Episode 2:

Recap: Prem and Prerna see "Mukti", and Prerna runs after her. Meanwhile, Prem is so shocked that he faints on the bench (remember, he still has that illness where he doesn't respond). Prerna is unable to outrun "Mukti" and returns to Prem, who she finds is lying unconcious. She tries to get hep from ongoing cars until a driver comes and takes them to the hospital. The owner of the car watches secretly as the driver takes Prem and Prerna away...



Prerna screamed to the driver, "Hurry Please!!! My son's life is in danger!" The driver was silent, so Prerna assumed that he heard her. Prem was lying accross the back seats of the car, and his head was perched in Prerna's lap. His eyes were closed, and his overgrown hair was up in a mess. Prerna looked down at him, and stroked his hair. She thought, Was that Mukti I saw outside, or was that someone who looked similar? But why would she run away from us if she doesn't know who we are? But don't worry Prem, I will get to the bottom of this.

A long time passed, and Prerna looked up from Prem's face to look out of the window. It was getting darker now, and they were in a place that was unfamiliar to her.
"Where are we, driver?"
There was no reply.
"I said, where are we?"
Still no reply
"WHERE ARE YOU TAKING US!!!"
Silence.


Another minute passed and finally the car came to a screeching stop. The driver got out of the car, looked from left to right to make sure no one was around, pulled out a black object, and opened Prerna's door. He finally spoke.
"Get out of the car!" He pointed the black object at her. It was a gun.
Prerna looked at him in shock. This was not the hospital! It was an old rundown building in the middle of nowhere! What would she do? Prem is unconscious, so how will she get help for him and save both their lives?!

After several minutes of being dragged into the old building, Prem, still unconscious, and Prerna were tied tightly with ropes. Prerna was crying, and she was still worried for Prem. What if she didn't get him to the hospital? What if she was too late? And who is this person?!

The driver kept his gun pointed to them. "Don't try anything smart, okay?" He just assumed they wouldn't.
"Because if you do, I will be forced to shoot you."
"Now, now, Driver. There should be no need for that." A deep voice spoke from a dark corner of a building. He was dressed all in black. His hair was partly black, but mostly graying.
"I know this woman personally, and, oh yes, her son too. How can I forget her son?

Prerna couldn't see the man's face, but thought the voice was very familiar…

"Please, let us go!" she screamed. "What do you want from us? We never did anyone any harm!"

The man let out a small laugh. "Oh yes? Is that so? Well, I beg to differ. Perhaps you don't know who I am.

The man turned so that he was facing Prerna, and when she saw his face, she became shocked…

Episode 3:

Recap: In the previous episode, the driver who was supposedly going to take Prerna and Prem to the hospital takes them to an old building. After using a gun to force them inside the building, the driver ties the two up. A man is in the background watching everything, and his face is revealed. Prerna is shocked...

Back at the Basu/Bajaj house (remeber, everyone is living together at this point), Sneha becomes restless. Mom and Prem were supposed to be back hours ago. What happened?

She dialed Prerna's cell phone number from the Basu landline...

Back at the old building, Prerna's phone rings. It is on the table where the driver left it after snatching it for her.
The man walks over to the table to see who it is. Prerna is still in shock, ans stares at him as he walks over to the table. Could it be? She is too mesmerized to speak.
The man looks at the phone screen. It says "Basu House"... the man's eyes turn bloodshot and his eyebrows crease to their maximum. He sqeezes the phone very tightly and then throws it at the wall. It is shattered to bits.
Back at Basu House, Sneha wonders why the line cut...
"Now," says the man, "Driver, I told you to only bring the boy. I have no need for this lady."
The driver says, "But sir, I had no choice, she was holding on tight to the boy and I had to bring her too."

"Well, no matter, just untie her and let her be on her way." He came close to prerna and held her by the shoulders. "And don't think that you will be able to get the police her in time. By the time they come, I'll be..." And he made a long whistle, and his hand soared through the air. "In a plane to somewhere far from you."

The driver untied Prerna. Now that she wasn't strangled by ropes, she could think straight, and finally she spoke. "Why are you doing this? Your not the man I once knew... But either way, I won't let you get away with this, MR. BAJAJ!"

The lights came on all of a sudden, and we can see his face now: Those gleaming black spectacles, that almost graying hair, and that tall figure with broad shoulders. It was indeed Mr. Bajaj.
"Prerna, Prerna, Prerna... you see, I've changed in the passed five years, and I am doing this because.... well, why should I tell you?" He smirked. "You will just run home to Mr. Basu and he'll give you support, won't he?" He laughed out loud, and pushed her out the door...

Prerna thought,"I need to save my Prem! Who knows what Mr. Bajaj is going to do to him! I wonder why he changed so much..."

She didn't have much time, but she thought she had enough to get the police over to the building... it was late at night, but cars were still driving by. She tried to stop some people driving on the road so she could call the police, for her phone was broken. When no one helped her, she ran across the middle of the road, looking for an ICU... all of a sudden, a large pair of headlights blocked Prena's eyes, and she used her hand to shield them... she screamed...

Good episode, huh? Truly a Friday Episode! 😆 And sorry I wasn't able to update earlier... I've been a bit busy!
