Kripa lowered her eyes apologetically holding still his hand near her cheek. Angad tapped on her cheek "you are right. Tum par pyar mujhey andha banadiya. I lost how to behave with you. I should have kidnapped you before I left the country. I did a big mistake."
Kripa opened her mouth at his sarcastic statement. His eyes were laughing with mischief. She blushed for his inner meaning and hid her face in his palm. He pinched her nose and bent to kiss her but stopped as the duty doctor entered the room. Angad got up to give way to the doctor to check Kripa.
"She can be taken home in the evening. But you have to bring her for daily dressing till complete healing." Doctor told Angad after check-up.
"No problem, doctor!" Angad felt happy to take Kripa home. Angad sat beside Kripa hugging with one hand and kissed her forehead with excitement. Kripa leaned on his shoulder and closed her eyes with relief.
Anittah settled her throat at the door to bring Angad and Kripa into this world. Kripa shyly moved away her head from his shoulder and Angad got up from bed.
"Mama!" Sur ran into Kripa's lap as Kripa stretched her hands for her. Both showered kisses on each other. Sur caressed her hand "Is it paining?"
Kripa shook her head with tearful eyes. Sur wiped her tears "Papa will punish Dad, don't worry, Mama! I love papa and you." Kripa smiled through tears and hugged her looking longingly at Angad. Angad stroked Sur's hair and kissed both mother and daughter circling his hands around them.
Anittah clapped "Perfect family". Angad blushed and moved away.
"Haa haa haan, bhai! Ek minute phir sey wahi pose dena. I want to save you in my mobile" she got ready with her pink Razr.
Angad smiled "Pose toh nahin doonga. Tell me if you need real one." He winked at Kripa and bent to kiss her. Kripa blushed but held her cheek out for him.
"Anittah! Batao if you need one on lips too" Angad asked mischievously looking passionately at Kripa. "No problem, bhai!!" Anittah got ready to click. Kripa slapped Angad's hand playfully and screamed softly "ouch!!" as her right hand pained. Both Sur and Angad held her hand to sooth her pain. Kripa shed tears at their affection. She hugged both and kissed their cheeks. Angad caressed her back to sooth her emotions.
"Now you realize what you were missing?" Anittah reached Kripa and asked affectionately. Kripa nodded her head and longingly stared into Angad's eyes.
"Anittah! Kripa will be discharged this evening. Can you make arrangements at home?"
"Sure Bhai! I'll be very happy to welcome my bhabhi. Kyon Kripa! Bhahi pukaraoon tujhey?"
Kripa shook her head lowering her eyes with shy. She hesitated to speak out for a moment "But Angad! I want to go to Mama's house. It won't be correct to come to your place now. Please, try to understand."
"Haan, Angad! It won't be good for Kripa to stay in your house. After all she is somebody's wife. Yeh rista abhi tak raha."Gayatri expressed her opinion while just entering the room along with Suryaban. Naina and Dilip also came at the same time and exchanged looks at their conversation.
Angad interfered, "Gayatri Aunty! After all this torment I don't want to send Kripa to your house. I know she still holds Prithvi's name with her, but I don't allow her to go back to Prithvi even though she really loves him. I cannot see her dying every day like this."
Gayatri and Suryaban exchanged looks and hesitated to say anything against Angad.
Naina smiled to ease the situation and patted Gayatri's shoulder as assuring her. "You can come to my place!!" cleared her doubts, "I also take a share of blame in this matter. Angad told about his love before his trip to US. But we couldn't convey the message to you nor talked with Kripa. We thought when Kripa agreed for early marriage that the interest was only from Angad's side. Now I realized how things kept in secret would lead to a big blunder in one's life."
Everyone felt heavy at heart and kept silence for a while. Anittah took responsibility to ease the situation now. She took Sur "Chalo, hum mama ke liye ghar ready karengey." Sur moved her head protesting and tightly hugged Kripa's neck.
"Kya, huva? Ghar nahin chalogi?" Anittah asked again. Sur moved her head "When Mama comes!"
Naina smiled and pinched her cheeks "Mama bhi ayegi aur yeh gudiya bhi. Haina? You are my lil princess, right?" Sur blushed and hid her face in Kripa's neck. Kripa patted her back and kissed her cheeks.
Anittah and Sur left after an hour to see arrangements for Kripa at home.
Angad signed all necessary papers before discharging Kripa. Kripa got into wheel chair to leave the hospital. Gayatri and Suryaban are still hesitating but Angad ignored them. He walked along with Kripa's wheel chair till the car. Suryaban mumbled in Gayatri's ear "Agar Prithvi ko yeh pata chala toh hum kya kahengey? Damini ji ko kya muh dikhayengey? Abhi tak Kripa uss khaandaan ki bahu rahi hai na. Gayatri patted his hand secretly to keep him quiet.
Dadi and Anittah formally welcomed Kripa with aarati and coloured water. Kripa was surprised for the arrangements but Dadi removed bad omens by clicking her hands around Kripa. "Tumhari buri din chutlakey nayin jindagi par kadam rakho."
Kripa got tears and stepped into the house holding Angad's hand.
Kripa had light dinner and gone early to bed in Dadi's room.
Angad discussed the matters with Nishant to pursue further steps to punish Prithvi.
After dinner Gayatri and Suryaban retired into the guest room. Naina and Suryaban advised them to pursue the separation between Prithvi and Kripa since Kripa will not be allowed to go back with Prithvi as per Angad's decision. Gayatri and Suryaban didn't protest their advices. But Damini called Suryaban on his cell at bed time and requested in authoritative tone to withdraw the case threatening to expose Kripa having an alleged relationship with Angad. Suryaban scared for embarrassment of his social prestige at office and home. Gayatri assured him to talk with Naina and Kripa before taking any further decisions.
Angad hugged Sur and slept dreaming about his future with Kripa and Sur. Dadi consoled Kripa while sleeping her in her room.
