Rehan reached home but was apprehensive to ring the bell. He still didn't had the money and was sure that Mr. D'Souza would be waiting to hear an explanation from him. But Mrs. D'Souza opened the door.
Mrs. D'Souza: Arrey!! Aaj tu late kaise ho gaya??
Rehan: Aunty vo mai bas…….uncle kahan hain??
Mrs. D'Souza: Vo so gaye hain!!! Kya hua?? Ab kyun pareshaan hai??
Rehan: Ab kyun ka kya matlab aunty!!! Kal uncle paise maangenge to kya kahunga unse?? Unse kahiye na aap ki…..
Mrs. D'Souza: Arrey aur kitne paise dega??? Saare debt ke saath-saath advance bhi to de diya tune….
Rehan: Maine??? Kab diya???? Kyun mazak kar rahe ho aunty???
Mrs. D'Souza: Lo, khud to bheja tha tune apni secretary ko!!!
Rehan: Maine kisi ko nahi bheja aunty!!! Mujhe to pata bhi nahi ki aap kiski baat kar rahe ho??
Mrs. D'Souza: Aaj subah ek ladki aayi thi jo khud ko teri secretary bata rahi thi. Us he ne hume 40,000 ka cheque sign karke diya.
Rehan: (Damn confused) Anyways, good night aunty.

Rehan was damn confused about this secretary thing. He didn't have any idea who gave 40,000 for him just like that. As he entered his apartment, he found a slip pushed inside from the bottom of the door. It read…….

Rehan: (To himself) Who could it be?
Rehan could not sleep that night. Next day he wasn't even able to concentrate on his work properly. As the shoot was called-off, Ananya went up to him……..
Ananya: Kya hua??
Rehan: Kuch nahi, hona kya hai???
Ananya: Kuch nahi hua to aaj shoot pe itni gadbad kyun ki??
Rehan: Naya hun na, nervous tha!!
Ananya: Come-on Rehan!!! You were not nervous!!
Rehan: Kaha na, kuch nahi hua hai.
Saying this Rehan went foreward. As he reached the exit, a small child came up to him and handed over a note.

At home, Tanya was sitting quietly, reading a novel when Ananya came…….
Ananya: Tumhari coffee….

Ananya: Tanya, mujhe tumse kuch baat karni thi!!

Tanya: Varun ke baare me baat hai?
Ananya's eyes filled with tears hearing that name.
Tanya: Anu please!! Tumne vada kiya tha ki tum rovogi nahi, hadd hai yaar!! Ab to vo tumhare aas-paas bhi nahi hai phir bhi tum……
Ananya: Aas-paas na sahi, mujhme to hai na…..
Tanya: I hope tum vo nahi kehne wali ho jo mai soch rahi hun Anu!!!
Ananya just closed her eyes and tears tricked down her cheeks.
Tanya: Damn it!!!
Ananya: (Wiping her tears) Kya hum us se ek baar baat nahi kar sakte??
Tanya: You really want me to do that??
At home, Rehan was pondering over incidents that happened the whole day. Tried to figure out who could be so concerned, who could be there with him the whole day to notice his tension. All answers zeroed over Ananya. He was quite sure that Ananya could be the Well Wisher of his. He considered talking to her once would be the best option so called-up at that time.
Ananya: Mere paas aur koi option nahi hai!!

Ananya: It's not that easy.
Tanya: Apni-apni soch pe depend karta hai. But I'm surely not in favour of involving Varun into all this. Do you think he even deserves to be looked back at??

Just then the phone rang and both of them looked at it.
Tanya: Take the call Anu.
Ananya was shivering, crying, still her hand reached out to the receiver.
Ananya: (In a shaky voice) Hello
Rehan: Ananya!! Can we meet??
Ananya: Abhi???
Rehan: Haan abhi. Kuch baat karni hai, urgent.
Ananya: Hum kal mil rahe hain na shoot par, baat vahiin ho jayegi. Mai is waqt nahi aa sakti.
Just then Tanya switched on the speaker phone.
Rehan: Aap ro rahi ho??
Tanya sensed concern in his voice for Ananya.
Ananya: Hum kal baat karenge Rehan. Good Night.
Saying this she disconnected the call.
Tanya: Call disconnect kyun ki??? Baat kyun nahi suni uski??
Ananya: Kal baat kar lungi na.
Tanya: Do you like him??
Ananya: Aisa soch bhi kaise sakti ho tum??
Tanya: (Closing her eyes in hope of controlling her tears) Abhi tumse baat karke koi fayada nahi!! Raat bhar socho but tomorrow, I need a frank answer.
Saying this Tanya went out of the room to sleep, though we all know that she won't be able to.
