Next morning, Ananya didn't turn up to the breakfast table. Tanya went up to check her room but she wasn't there. She even called-up on the sets but no one had a clue about her there also. Tanya got damn worried. Just then her mother commented……

Mrs. Sethi: Acha he hua ki vo chali gayi!!

Tanya: Ma please!!! Aap uski haalat ke baare me jaanti he kya ho???

Mrs. Sethi: Mujhe kuch jaan na bhi nahi hai. Bas mai khush hun ki uska bura saaya…..

Tanya: Ma for god's sake stop it!!!

Saying this Tanya left the house. She was tensed even while driving. As she reached the sets, she called for Rehan in her cabin.

Tanya: Did you call Anu after last night??

Rehan: Kya???

Tanya: (Literally shouting) Anu!!!!! Ananya!!! Use call kiya tha ya nahi dobara??

Rehan: Nahi kiya. I'm confused why she didn't turn up??

Tanya: Ok, fine, go.

Rehan: Kuch problem hai kya?? May I help??

Tanya: Haan!! Dhoondho use………she has gone missing!!!

Rehan: What?? Missing???

Tanya: Yes!!! Kal raat tumhare call ke baad we went off to sleep. Uske baad maine use nahi dekha.

Rehan: Tanya trust me, maine to bas…….

Tanya: ………Rehan please!!! Mai tumse koi explanation nahi maang rahi hun because I know ki tumhare aur Anu ke beech kya baat hui. I just need your help.

Rehan didn't know what to say as he was clueless about Ananya's whereabouts!!!! Just then, something struck Tanya.

Tanya: Damn it!!! Kahiin vo…….

Rehan: What???

Tanya: Kuch nahi!!! I think mujhe abhi jaana hoga. I'll inform you agar kuch pata chala.

Rehan was amazed at what just happened before him. He resorted back to shooting but was worried about Ananya. All these days, she had become special for him. Special as a friend, a delicate friend who he thought needed protection. He didn't know much about her, but sensed positive vibes when they were together.

It has been 1 hour, Tanya has been checking out the maternity wards of various hospitals around to check if Ananya had gone for an abortion. She was not even picking up her phone and this added to Tanya's tension.

On the sets, Rehan too was having a tough tie concentrating on his work. He had to perform a romantic scene with Sandhya but the chemistry was not turning-up. Seeing him tensed, Sandhya came up to him……

Sandhya: Kya hua?

Rehan: Nothing!! I'm sorry aapka time…..

Sandhya: ……Leave it!! Seems like, you're not in the mood to shoot, right?

Rehan: Aisa nahi hai!! Aap chaliye, mai aata hun.

Sandhya: Since I've no reason to force you, I think I should leave.

As she turned to leave, Rehan just closed his eyes in hope of finding some peace.

Rehan: (To himself) I just hope Ananya comes back soon……..safe and sound!!

Tanya comes back after hours of futile running. Rehan sees her sad and dejected but thinks that she was better left alone at that time. Even after his pack-up, he just saw Tanya from outside and went off. He did know what will relieve her tension but didn't know how to reach to that? He was so engrossed in thinking that didn't even bother to take a taxi. He was just strolling down the road. He decided to have a cup of coffee at a nearby Barista but as he entered, his senses froze to see Ananya fit and fine, sitting there. Without wasting even a second, he went up to her.

Rehan: Ananya!! Aap yahan??

Ananya was shocked to see Rehan there.

Ananya: Rehan tum……….tum yahan kya kar rahe ho??

Rehan: Mai yahan aaya to coffee pene tha, magar ab aapko yahan se lejane aaya hun.

Ananya: What nonsense!! Mai yahan se kahiin nahi jaunga you get that???

Rehan: Theek hai, mat jaiye, mai Tanya ko inform kar deta hun, vo khud he aapko le jayegi.

Ananya took the cell from Rehan as he was about to call.

Ananya: Rehan please, I beg of you!!! Tanya ko waqt aane par mai khud bata dungi.

Rehan: Do you have any idea tabtak uska kya hoga?? Vo kitni tensed hai ye jaanti hain aap??

Ananya: Rehan trust me; mai jo kar rahi hun uski tension kam karne ke liye he kar rahi hun.

Rehan: Mujhe aisa bilkul nahi lagta!!

Ananya: Rehan please mai sach………

Just then she saw Varun coming inside. She had come there to meet him only.

Ananya: Rehan tum jaao yahan se.

Rehan: Ananya mai aapko lekar he jaunga yahan se and that's it.

He held her by hand and at this action of his, Ananya slapped him. Rehan was stunned, the crowd went quite. Varun too saw Ananya slapping him. He had no clue about who he was but seeing him, he hid himself. Rehan just left Ananya's hand and went out. Ananya regretted her action, had tears in her eyes, but seeing Varun, she controlled herself.

Varun: (Commandingly) Kaun tha vo??

Ananya: Koi nahi, maine tumhe yahan uske baare me baat karne ko nahi bulaya hai!!

Varun: Bol……

Ananya: Varun mai……….

Rehan reached Tanya's house to tell her about Ananya.

Tanya: Kya?? Ananya restaurant me baithi hai??? Has she lost it???

Rehan: (Angrily) Haan shaayad!!

Tanya: Usne kuch bataya tumhe??? Kabtak ayegi vo???

Rehan: Nahi.

Tanya: Damn it!!! Ye ho kya gaya hai is ladki ko?? (Just then her phone rang) Hello!! Mr. Bakshi mai abhi aapke show ke set par nahi aa sakti……..Cheque bounce kaise ho sakta hai???............I'll look it up but not now…….Unse kahiye shaam ko direct mujhse baat kar lein. Fine!!

Rehan: Maine unhe laane ki koshish ki thi but……..

Tanya just sat down with her head resting on her hands. Yess…..she was crying….

Rehan: Tanya please!! Tum ro kyun rahi ho, Ananya jee theek hain!!!

Tanya: Rehan tum nahi samajh paaoge!! Ananya ek bahut bure daur se guzar rahi hai. Aur shaayad mai jaanti hun ki vo restaurant kya karne gayi hai.

Rehan: Tanya kya ye sab Ananya ki shaadi se related hai???

Tanya: Tumhe kaise pata ki Anu married hai??? Usne bataya??

Rehan told Tanya about his and Ananya's first meeting. Tanya was stunned hearing this.

Tanya: Strange!!! Anu didn't care to tell e all this!!!

Rehan just kept quiet.

Tanya: Ab tum itna jaantey he ho to Rehan ek sach aur sunn lo. Ananya ki shaadi mere he bhai Varun Sethi se hui hai, badkismati se.

Tanya went on and told Rehan everything about their past. Rehan had no words and Tanya too had nothing but tears in her eyes.

Tanya: Ab bhi agar Anu Varun se milne gayi hai, aur unke beech sulah ho bhi jaati hai, tab bhi mai nahi chahti ki ye rishta bane. I don't want her life to be spoilt all over again!!

Seeing her crying hard, Rehan just hugged her, providing some solace to her disturbed mind.
