Abhi came to see Siya.Siya embraced him forgetting the surrounding.Both were very excited.

Raghavendra came there.

Siya looked at him.

Siya:This is Dr.Raghavendra who is our biggest well wisher.This is my Abhi.

Raghavendra was shocked.

Siya:Raghavendra…we are going to Abhi’s new house.

Raghavendra was shocked.

Siya:I have already packed my bag.Now itself we are leaving.

Raghavendra was shocked.

Raghavendra:Don’t go.Don’t do this blunder.

Siya was shocked.

Siya:Why?

Raghavendra:If you go to Abhi’s house now, definitely your Lady Don dadi will get information and catch you.She will harm Abhi.

Siya became upset.

Raghavendra:So let Abhi also stay with us in my house secretly.Abhi should not go out.Your dadi will see him.

Siya smiled:Thank you Raghavendra for showing so much of concern towards us.We both will stay with you.

Raghavendra went to Arjun and Mishri’s house.

Arjun:What’s up Dr.Raghavendra?

Raghav:What happened today was even more shocking.

Mishri,Arjun:Why?

Raghav:Siya told me that Abhi is coming to take her with him.

Arjun and Mishri became dull as they both secretly wished for Raghav Siya union.

Raghav:Her Abhi came.She introduced him to me.I got a shock.

Mishri:Why are you shocked to see Abhi?

Raghav:Because there was no Abhi.No one was standing near her.She was talking to imaginary Abhi.Means there is no one like Abhi.Abhi is an imaginary character.

Arjun-Mishri were shocked:What?

Raghav:Yes.I am a psychiatrist.Still I failed to realise Siya’s mental problem.I…I feel strange and upset.

Arjun and Mishri felt upset.

Arjun:Don’t worry.Just tell Siya that there is no one like Abhi and she is just imagining him near her.

Raghav:No.I can’t do that.If I tell her that Abhi does’nt exist,Siya will not believe me.Because she is living in an illusion.If she believes me,she might get a big shock and it can harm her health completely..her mental health will be worse than this.

Mishri:You are right.Still there is solution.You have found out Siya;s disease.Being a doctor,you can give her medicine and cure her.

Raghav:Yes,that’s what I am planning to do.

Siya was searching for something on the floor.Raghavendra observed it.

Raghav:What are you looking for Siya?

Siya:My ear stud fell down.I am searching for it.

Raghav:I will help you to find it.

He also stood on the floor near her.Suddenly Siya got it.

Siya:I got it.

Raghavendra:Good.

He thought:I will give her the tablet now.But how will I convince her to have it as she is not aware of her disease?If I give her the tablet,she won’t eat it as she does’nt even have fever.I will mix it in juice and give her.

Raghavendra went to the kitchen and mixed tablet in Siya’s favourite mango juice.

Later Siya came there and took the juice glass.She imagined Abhi coming near her.

Abhi:Are you going to drink the juice darling?

Siya:Yes.

Siya drank the juice smiling at Abhi romantically.

Raghavendra was relieved seeing Siya drinking the juice.

Every day through juice,Raghavendra made Siya have the tablet.

Raghavendra and Siya went to Arjun and Mishri’s house as they invited them for puja.

Siya:We should have brought Abhi also.

Raghavendra:I told Abhi to stay back at home for his safety.If he had come with us here,what if your dadi and goons had seen him with you?

Siya:Yes..you are right.

They attended the puja.

Siya prayed:Please remove all obstacles and unite me with my love.

Raghavendra smiled thinking:This puja gives me a hope that Abhi will go away from Siya’s mind and I take over Abhi’s place in Siya’s heart.

Mishri to Arjun:I arranged this puja for Dr.Raghavendra and Siya also.I hope that their problems will get over and they unite.

Arjun:Let’s hope for the best Mishri.

She smiled giving him a node.

Mishri slipped and before she fell down Arjun caught her.They shared a romantic eye lock.The chunri which was kept for puja blew in the air and fell over them.

Raghavendra thought:Here Dr.Arjun and Dr.Mishri are romancing.There Siya is romancing her imaginary lover.But I am alone.I love Siya so much…but she loves a person who does’nt even exist.What a fate!

Raghavendra switched on the tape recorder.

A song started playing.

He imagined dancing with Siya.

Raghavendra went to her room.There he saw Siya dancing with the imaginary Abhi.

Raghavendra could not tolerate anymore and he walked towards Siya.

He embraced her emotionally.

Raghavendra:Why are you doing this Siya?

Siya moved away from him and Raghavendra realised that he embraced Siya.

Siya asked him emotionally:You know that Abhi and I love each other.Then why did you hug me?

Raghavendra felt upset.

Raghavendra:I am sorry.I did’nt mean it.It was just a friendly hug.

Imaginary Abhi told Siya:Don’t over react Siya.It was only a friendly hug.After all Dr,Raghavendra is your best friend.

Siya was relieved.

Siya:I am sorry Raghavendra.For a moment,I got confused.

Raghavendra:It’s ok.

He walked to his room.

Raghav:Enough!I can’t take this anymore.I have to remove Abhi from Siya’s mind.For that I should know how Abhi entered Siya’s mind.I need to meet Geetanjali Deviji to find that.She must be knowing everything.

Raghavendra rushed out of home to meet Geetanjali.Being restless he became careless in walking on the road.So a vehicle hit Raghavendra and he fell down unconscious.Siya who came out of the house saw this and screamed:Raghavendra!

She went towards him and sat down near him caressing her face.

Siya:Raghavendra...get up.

Seeing no response from him,she placed his head on her lap and cried.

Siya:Nothing will happen to you.You can't leave me and go.

Siya:Somebody please help me to take him to the hospital.

The vehicle driver came out of the vehicle.

"Sorry for the accident.I should have been careful.I will take him to the hospital".

He carried Raghavendra to his car and Siya too went along with them to the hospital.

Siya informed Arjun and Mishri.So they also came there worried.

The doctor came:Don't worry.He is fine.It was a small accident.He had only a small wound and he fell unconscious due to the shock given by the unexpected accident.

All were relieved.

Siya went near Raghavendra who was sitting and kept her hand on his shoulder.

Siya:How are you feeling now?

Raghavendra:I am feeling better.

Siya:Thank God!I am relieved to see you conscious.When you were unconscious after the accident I got scared of losing you.You have become an important part of my life.Life without you can't be imagined by me.

Her words touched his heart.He felt happy and smiled as Siya values him.

Raghavendra got discharged from the hospital and reached home.

Siya sat near him.

Suddenly she remembered Abhi and ran away in guilt.Raghavendra felt upset.

Siya went to her room.There she saw the imaginary Abhi.

Abhi:I saw you hugging Raghavendra.

Siya was shocked.

Abhi:Now you don't love me.You love only Raghavendra.Right?

Siya's heart got pierced.

Siya wept:Abhi!

Abhi:I love you from the bottom of my heart,Then why did you betray me?

Siya cried folding her hands:Sorry Abhi.In a moment it just happened.I was not intentional.Please forgive me.

Abhi:I can bear anything,but not your betrayal.I don't want to live after this.I wish I could die.

Siya cried:Abhi...please don't say like this.

Suddenly Abhi started having chest pain and he collapsed.Abhi was unconscious.

Siya cried loudly:Abhiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

Raghavendra came there.

Raghav:What happened Siya?

Siya:Can't you see Abhi lying down unconscious?He had heart attack.Please take him to the hospital.It's urgent.

Raghav:Ok.

Raghavendra informed this to Arjun and Mishri.

They arranged a room in the hospital room to appear like an operation room to Siya.

Raghavendra and Siya went there.

Raghavendra pretended to place Abhi on the bed.

Raghav:Siya..you stand outside.I will do the necessary to save Abhi.

Siya:Ok.

Siya went out of the room.

Arjun:This is the right situation to remove Abhi from Siya's life.You lie to her that Abhi died due to cardiac arrest.She will accept that Abhi is no more.

Arjun smiled.

Raghav:Today I saw how shattered she was fearing that she will lose Abhi.So if I tell her that Abhi is no more,it will be too much for her to handle.She will even die.

Arjun and Mishri felt sad.

Raghavendra went out of the room and told Siya:Abhi is fine.You can go and see him.

Siya was relieved.

She ran to the room.She saw the imaginary Abhi sleeping there.She sat besides him.

Siya said emotionally:Abhi...you are alright.

Slowly Abhi opened his eyes.

Siya:I am with you.Please don't stress yourself and ruin your health.

Siya became sad.
