Haal-e-dil, please remind and stop me if I happen to go the unhealthy abusive route, even if it's borderline. I try to not to write men like ITV portrays them to be but I have to confess I have grown up consuming that content on a daily basis. Even as a child I watched serials and not cartoons.😅

I had to do a lot of unlearning and wouldn't be surprised if some of it still lingers in my writing. So if you ever think the hero is going the villain route. Please free to point that out. Readers can be the best moral compass, I think.

Lol same I grew up watching gul and her so called abusive dark mills and boon hero. But I have a strong dislike for men characters being verbally/emotionally abusive, badmouthing and pointing finger at character. In last chapter nishit had a line like u trying to seduce someone now that u r single (I think similar to that) it was a bit....ew. but I let it slide cause dude have 17yrs of grudge so.

Kirti's life has taken a turn and now things are falling into place. She is free from a marriage that was not (tick). Passed her exams (tick) and has landed a good job(tick), has her own place(tick). She wants Nishit now and she is going after him all guns blazing. Who cares how she goes about winning Nishit. Everything is fair in Love and War. She cannot sit coyly and wait for Nishit to make a move because he may not as in the past Nishit has been hurt by Kirti many times.

If he ponder over it a bit, he would be able to make sense of the mole, the flicking of hair, the singing, the missing picture and few other things. I am assuming he hasn't gotten a chance to visit his apartment yet. But I am anticipating a big light bulb moment soon.
