So wedding, huh? It has to be of someone who is close to them both, and close enough that they go all the way to Goa for the wedding. My first guess is Manisha, since she is close to Kirti and seems to be in touch with Nishit. Second guess is Tejas and/or Sana. They always wanted a destination wedding. Sana must have finally compromised with Goa. Maybe Kirti has decided to forgive Tejas and decided to attend, and Nishit has to attend, coz he's family.

Loved these two chapters. Like the light at the end of a tunnel. The madness and obsession has been transferred. But apart from that, is it also a way for her to cope with not having her family around? Focusing on the one assumed to be not in town also helping with the absence of those in town.

Right. If you remember in her interview, she was eager to be reunited with her family.

I love her growing self awareness; the hurt from Rimjhim’s words which had festered, she feels now the sting could’ve been from her self esteem issues too. Comparing her current feelings about the betrayal from Tejas, to what Nishit might be feeling about her. Seeing her there in that capacity must’ve felt like a slap to Rimjhim. I wonder if the son knows or will ever know about the words his mother had spoken. This is for the midnight boy and his girl!

Kirti's journey from Meera to Menaka was...staggering to say the least! Nishit beta, all the best in your tapasya! By the time the chapter ended, I was wondering whether she is the same girl who was training herself to face the man in her dreams after this long excruciating gap. He probably has fought a long battle, professional & personal, in the last few months. It must not be easy trying to get over 17 years of obsession in 17 months, give or take. So seeing this Menaka manifest in front of him must have taken a toll on his senses. Who knows maybe he is also having dreams? I am sure he isn't as unaffected as he seemed to be.

So Vaibhav hasn't mentioned Kirti to anyone in the house. That's interesting! I wonder why?

Nishit is not someone who shares, so if Prasanna has figured out that sending Kirti Nishit's way had a chance to brighten his cave in more ways than one, she must have observed her Bhai very closely. Was "Mist and a weeping rain" inspired from true events? Either her own or her Bhai's?

I had heart-in-my-mouth situation while reading about Kirti walking towards the cave. Understood the true meaning of dhak-dhak when I read "Her heart gathered speed so much that it felt it would leap out of it's confines, leaving the person behind" Wonderfully written. Kirti & Nishit's break ke baad first meet couldn't be written any better! Take a bow, GN!

Menaka's avatar was long time coming. She's her mother's daughter after all. Passionate, wild, ambitious and obviously proud to a fault. It is her upbringing that helps her keep all that simmering desire at bay.
