So Satyen did have a hand in getting Naina home. Will he be able to get Inder to make a decision for his life? Don't know if Inder even wants to make a decision at this point.

Raanav and Viveka. What can we say? Too much hangs between them. Its more than Naina and Inder. Its the basic difference in attitude. Until Raanav is comfortable with middle class in general and lets go of his bias, the divide will remain between them. Are all rich people models of perfection? They chase money too, even though they have plenty.

Mathurs didn’t hear about it until the next day, Dec 7th

Kamal Shrivastav texted Akash and Inder texted Naina much later, Their “on again off again” relationship and intense soap opera like drama had at least one use, Inder being thoughtful enough to inform her

Inder had flown back to London via SA after dropping Naina.

Inder had arrived in London on Dec 6 after taking care of the mining business in South Africa

He was the older child of Viren and Nupur Dhamija, Viren was shrewd calculating and looked at every shiny object as a dime. He had two other kids a boy and a girl

The second child, a boy was his Man Friday, Siddharth was exactly like his Dad, or his aunt actually, Smrita Dhamija-Parashar

Inder stumbled through life generally, well spoken and kind, he was not a high achiever, a childhood dirt bike accident in London had left his left leg scarred and his mother Nupur ended up babying him from that point on

He had dropped out of college multiple times and didn’t have to graduate as Viren was bloated in wealth

Viren had received a leg up? Hand up? Early on when Smrita had marri ed Satyen

Satyen didn’t like to talk about it

Viren wished that as well

Smrita wished it the most

Satyen had handed Inder many checks many times for many business ventures to only have them all go kaput

Nupur desperately hoped Inder could be “tied” to a Lekha Tandon like girl

She received great training and mentoring from her nanad Smrita Parashar

As luck would have it Inder met Naina at Shrivastavs and the rest is history

Siddharth was an expert at mining, geology, exploration, you name it

He learned it all

Inder did his best to look good and not screw up, while squandering time and money on himself and his love interest

Hence Satyen’s low opinion of him

Viren had him working a low level Shift Supervisor of haulage at Tshipi Borwa mine, where their company pulled out phosphorous and manganese

That mining connection had created Kamal Shrivastav and Viren Dhamija’s friendship.

Satyen was admitted to Moolchand VIP ICU after wreck on near JLN stadium on way to Ring Road near Defence Colony after dropping Raanav off at Singapore embassy

Smrita paced the hallway ready to have a meltdown any minute

Raanav had canceled his meeting and rushed over

As they waited to know if Satyen was going to make it, family gathered outside

Viren and Nupur left from London, leaving a sleeping Inder at home

Their daughter Sarika studied in the US and so couldn’t go anyway

Satyen’s brother got himself a late afternoon flight and was headed to delhi with his wife

Kalyani had come by for Diwali for 3 days so she was unable to

On Dec 7th mid morning as Viveka was getting ready for work she felt a strange anxiety, she checked her email and texts to see if she was forgetting something

Nope

Everything was in order, she was teaching, one class today and then going off to Shahpur Jat to celebrate the “not being evicted” event with her craftspersons and Ishwar and Ratna

Anu was already at the office this morning, it was almost Noon

Dadi was nit picking Guddi the help

Almost making her cry

Naina was taking her beauty bath, Diya was gone already Karuna was helping Dadu as the physical therapist was helping Dadu walk in the hallway outside the front door

“I can drop you beta, I am going to Nehru Place today, I will pick you up at JNU and drop you off at Shahpur Jat and go to Green park Market and hang, phir pick up kar leta hoon?” “theek hai na?”

“You are going to be so tired of driving Papa”

“Koi baat nahi, maine aur aapne baat bhi nahi ki duniya ki”

Viveka smiled wearing her glasses

“Tell me everything is OK, is the Prime Minister OK? Is your Chairman OK?”

“hahaha… kyon?”

“I am just feeling really weird”

“Play the lottery” he laughed

“Inder laut gaya London?” Akash asked her cautiously, flipping through the newspaper as he sat on her bed

“I don’t know she gives me one word answers, when I asked she said “Why?”

“Hmm… whatever little generosity I had on the matter I am quickly losing it” Akash sighed

“She is home na?”

“Who to hai”

Guddi was yelling at Dadi”

“Oh no” Viveka stopped braiding her hair turned to the kitchen

“This must be your premonition, Guddi killing Amma”

“PAPAHHHHH” Viveka smacked him with the newspaper laying on the bed

“Kya hua?” Viveka questioned

“Baar baar mere ku keh rahin, is karahi mein chhonk de, who pateela chhota rahega, chakoo hamesa tirchhee rakhti hai” Guddi went off on Dadi

Dadi saw Viveka and made a face “Bata de isko” she mumbled

“Dadi please aap usko kaam karne do”

“Koi riwaj nahi kuch nahi, Ma ne na ISEY sikhaya na tumhe”

“Dadi who chhoti hai itni badi karahi kaise uthayegi?” Viveka yelled

“Who pyaaj waali karahi mein mera upwas ka nashta banayegi?”

“Kal raat ko aapne Chinese khaaya na?” Viveka questioned

Guddi giggled

“Biveka, sasural mein jaakar itni mooh phat bano” Dadi cursed

“JA nahi rahi main sasural, bas Kharagpur ja rahi hoon, padhne aapki icchha kabhi poori nahi hogi” she teased DadiViveka did a high five with Guddi as they laughed

“Haan bhool gayi… sagai jo toot gayi” Dadi walked out in a huff like TV bahus

“Didi Dadi aapki bahut buri hain”

“Yeh aaj pata laga tumhe” Viveka hugged her and walked out of the kitchen

“Veev beta” akash growled standing in the kitchen doorway

“Do u want ur brunch”

“baat sun beta”

He took her to the master bedroom

And told her a bus had struck the rear passenger side of the Rolls Royce near JawaharLal Nehru Stadium and Satyen was critical in Moolchand

Oh no, the most loved person in the story is fighting between life and death. I hope he makes it.

This is just a very big tragedy. 😭

Such occasion either bind you together or drift people apart forever.
Seems Viveka will be by Ranaav’s side when he would need someone on emotional level.

Such incidents also make you realise life is short / unpredictable and ego should not come in way of an otherwise good relationship.

Looking at the Dhamija family dynamics, them accepting Naina is very slim. And Inder is not even strong enough to stand up for himself or his love. Not sure what is in store for Naina.

Satyen is actually the only hope left for Naina.

Will Viveka be with Raanav during these difficult times? Will it rekindle their lost love?

I just hope Satyen makes it.

Someone repleied yesterday ki keep satyen alive...the only sane guy in the family and Nisha u decided to admit him in AIIMS today😂😂😂😂😂😂

. Did Naina even bother to assess if her material aspirations will get fulfilled if she marries Inder ? Satyen is owed big time by Inders parents but Inder doesn’t seem to have any footing. It does look like if Ranaav does do a Darcy he could take care of Inders finance or means for it .That would make Viveka drop her guard and prejudice and see a future with Ranaav inspite of smrita.

Satyen is the link positive link between the two families. Hope he makes it.
