Episode 111 - If you play with fire, you are going to get burnt

As Krissan had left for a while, Sid yet again started to look at Siyali and Parth. After quite a practice, Parth was surprised,

P (surprised) - Wow! You totally surprised me! Tum iskey pehley kahin training letey kya? Too much power.

Siyali gave a faint smile seeing which Parth looked suspicious.

P - You alright? Tum teek nahi lag rahe ho.
Si - No I'm fine.
P - Let's take a break.
Si - Nahi. Nahi. Maine kaha na main teek Hoon!
P (funny) - Break mere liye bhi hai.
Si (smiles) - Okay.

As Parth walks away, Sid smiles and is happy that he finally got his chance. She slowly and silently sneaks and holds Siyali from behind which startled Siyali. She turns her face to see Sid looking at her. She gives a tired expression and,

Si - Sid! Chodo mujhe!
S - Chudwaney ki koshish karo.
Si (angry) - What you think you're doing?
S - Training.

Sid said playfully as he continued to hold her such that even her hands were under his grip while Siyali was trying to get out of it. She didn't look happy.

G (annoyed) - Kya chal raha hai?

Gautam had come back and stood near them. Seeing Gautam, Siyali felt a sense of peace while Sid wasn't going to leave her,

S - I'm just trying to train her.
G (annoyed) - Dekhey aisa toh nahi lagta hai. As far as I remember you're not her partner.
S - Partner nahi tha toh kya hua?
G (angry) - Sid! Let her go! Can't you see she's uncomfortable. Let. Her. Go.

Gautam takes Sid's hand off Siyali and pulls her to his side.

G (angry) - Warning doesn't work on you. Does it? Main saaf saaf kehkey gaya, no misbehaving. Tumhe samaj nahi aata hai? Or do you try not to obey?
S - I was just trying to help?
G (angry) - By doing what?

Sid was giving careless and annoyed looks as Gautam was shouting at him,

G (angry) - That seems more like a back hug than actual training. Sid, you of all people should know what happens when you can't defend yourself. You don't remember? Or do you just not care for another person to die like Siyali. You couldn't protect her because of your incapability. At least let me teach the others to protect themselves.

The expression on Sid's face turned from jovial to serious. As Gautam left, Siyali calmed down and was about to leave taking few steps past Sid when Sid held her hand from behind. After holding her hand, he turns to her, while she doesn't turn to face him.

S - Why does Gautam keep talking down to me like this? Mainey aisa kya galat kardiya? Why does he act like I killed you? Tum wahan thi, tum jaantey ho ki uss din kya hua? How can you let him treat me like this? Pyaar karti ho na mujhe, how can you let someone insult the person you love. Woh bhi jab mera koi mistake bhi nahi hai. Agar sab jaantey ho, toh chup kyun ho? And the next thing Sid realized that happened was that Siyali had pushed him and he had

dashed over some students looked shocked. He looked at her shocked. Hearing the sound, Gautam and almost all the students look at the two and gather around,

Si (angry, shouts) - Just stay away from me! Main nahi jaanti hoon ki uss rath kya hua, Sid. You know why! (Emotional, angry) Because I'm not your Siyali. I never was. And never will be. Mujhe apney Siyali Siyali kehkey chuney ki koshish math karo. It's disgusting.

Krissan who was the most near of the gang,

K (to herself) - That's it.

She walked in front towards Sid and Siyali while the other friends also tried to walk nearer to see what was happening,

K (angry) - Seriously! Siyali or Shreya or whoever! This is just too much. You can't insult Sid like this okay. Disgusting? Really?
Si (angry, shout) - Krissan! Tum ismey math pado.

Gautam who has also come nearer approached Siyali and whispering,

G (whispering) - Okay! You're going a little over board.

But Siyali didn't seem to even hear Gautam and continued ranting,

Si (angry, emotional) - For the matter of fact, why are you all getting involved in this? Yeh mere aur Sid ke beech ke maala hai. Agar main Shreya hoon ya Siyali? Kisiko kya farak padta hai? Main aur Sid date kar rahe ha ya nahi? Kya farak padta hai? Kyun farak padna chahiye? Isn't this a school? Tum log padney ke liye aaye ho na? Gossip ya Match making karney ke liye nahi. Please mind your own business. Mere life mein interfere kyun kar rahe ho. Jab se aayi hoon, tab se mere peechey hi padey ho. Main kya lab rat hoon? Siyali had lost it in front of the entire class and no one knew the reason for such emotional break out. There was an awkward silence which Gautam felt the need to break.

G (awkward) - Okay guys! Class is over. You. You can leave.

The students slowly started leaving while the friends walked towards Sid who was just frozen and iced. As the students left, one side stood Siyali looking blunt while the entire gang along with a disappointed Utkarsh and Niti stood right opposite to her alongside Sid. Gautam walked to the gang,

G - Aren't you guys leaving?
S - Aren't you going to take me to the principal's office?

Gautam looked a little confused and ashamed,

G - Ah. Ahem. No. You can leave.
S - Thanks.

Sid just walked out of the room followed by the rest of his friends. Gautam walked to the door and watched them leave and remembered Keshav asking Gautam

if he was jealous of Sid.

"What make you think that I'm in love with Shreya?" He remembers his question.

[Flash back]
Gautam looks at Keshav as the smile on his face vanished. Gautam looks away looking hurt and trying to control his emotions, he turns to Keshav with pitiful eyes.

Ke - Well. You've reached a point where you refer to her as only Shreya! Happens! Jab humari koi pyaari si cheeze kho jaathi hai aur uski badley naya cheeze aatha hai, it's normal to love the new one to. In your case, fall in love with Siyali.
G (angry) - Are you out of your mind? Jaantey ho kya bakrahe ho!
Ke - Toh tum kehna chatey ho ki you have no feelings for this girl?
G - No! I have feelings for her. Strong feelings.

Keshav was a little taken aback by Gautam's what seemed to be a confession.

Keshav smiled thinking about the fact that Gautam liked Siyali but that didn't last more than a second,

G - But those are nothing romantic.
Ke - Come on!!!!

Keshav cried in annoyance.

G - You're right. Siyali bhi Shreya ki hi jaisi hai. Same situation. Par farak itna hai ki Shreya uski saath hue anyaay ko sehkey margayi aur Siyali zinda hai. Shreya ke liye kuch karnahi paaya. Shayad isliye Shreya ki jaisi ladki ke liye kuch karnahi chahta hoon.

May be that's the reason I have these strong protective feelings for her.

Keshav looked at Gautam as he spoke about the two girls,

Ke - Then how do you explain your hatredness for Sid?
G - I don't hate Sid. Siyali is a logical, mature and a girl with principles. Par baath jab Sid ki aata hai, she doesn't think straight. Mujhe nahi patha hai ki Sid uss incident main involved tha ya nahi. However, logically speaking, agar ladka ka mom involved hai, it's better to stay away from the boy too.
Ke - You're wierd.

Keshav gets up from the couch and walks away leaving Gautam wondering which part of what he said was wierd.
[Flash back]

Gautam remembering the conversation felt bad for Sid and wondered what was Siyali thinking blowing up like that. Inside his heart, he was also worried and guilty if he had anything to do with this incident. He walked into the room while Siyali was still standing looking straight without moving an inch,

G (tired) - Please Don't Tell me this was because of me.
Si (faintly) - Gautam!
G -

Mere baath ka yeh mathlab nahi tha.
Si (a little louder) - Gautam!
G - Ya?
Si (lost) - Can't I just be Shreya?
G - Huh?

Gautan was shocked to hear this. The girl who was all about her identity and wanting to reveal it the previous day was acting completely opposite today.

G - Okay Seriously? Tumharey saath ho kya raha hai? Kaal ro ro kay kehrahi thi ki mujhe Sid ko bathana hai. Sab ko bathana hai. And suddenly this? Kuch hua kya? Teek ho?
Si (lost) - Mujhe thodi deyr akeley rehna hai.

Gautam seeing Siyali who was still standing still not even flinching decided that may be giving her some time was the only thing to do as of now.

G (concerned) - Okay! Jab bhi bathana hai, I'm just a phone call away. Okay? Take care.

He pats of her shoulder and leaves. Thinking that no one was in the room, Siyali only heard the sound of switches as the lights went off. Once the room was dark, Siyali collapsed and fell on the floor.
