To choose between right and wrong is easy. But to choose between two rights deciding on which is most right, choosing between two wrongs, which is lesser wrong that is the choices of life, the grey of life and that is what defines you as a person. As a mature individual.

Adhiraj was with her parents. if she leaves Ladoo hand and goes to fire the boy is alone. At that point Anami's responsiblity, her biggest responsibility was ladoo. It is not about what she did is wrong, it is about did she do the best thing under the circumstances.

What an episode ! Where to begin.

I will begin by the Ganga Aarti. One of the things I love about RKC and what attracted me to it was the Benaras shoot. I never knew a Ganga Aarti existed. My idea of Indian geography is very nil. I have only seen fake Maha Aartis in serials. But I wondered what that big puja was. 😳. I read up on it and found out about Aarti. I have seen it only in You tube documentaries. It is on my bucket lists of things to see. I loved the long Ganga Aarti. I would have however loved to hear the chanting, the drums and especially the conch being blown. The BGM though appropriate spoiled a bit the whole Ganga Aarti experience for me.

But coming back to the serial, the conch is blown and the war has started. I love how the Mahabharata is brought to life again in RKC.

Who started the fire ? Who is LM Madam ? This is when the boy who cried wolf is paralleled. To Anami's mind, Sudha does not know about Pandit or Panditayen while Satrupa has a history of threatening to harm them. Put them in jail, threaten her with harming them to make her behave, say as long as you behave they will not harmed, if it snows in Himalayas floods will come in the Ganga. Bring Ladoo to control Anami, put Ladoo again in danger after rescuing him. Satrupa has killed before too. This is called circumstantial evidence. Could this stand up in a court of law ? In the hands of a good lawyer it could. Who knows ? In the court of life Anami and Adhiraj are judge, jury and executioner. So here Satrupa stands judged as guilty in trying to kill Pandit and Panditayen. Even I cannot absolve her. Going by history and how far she will go to get Anami, I cannot believe she is not capable of harming the Pandits. Satrupa does not care about how Anami feels, she only cares she is in LM. She is that ruthless. So I cannot give her the benefit of doubt for sure. The thing is if Satrupa had told someone she wanted Anami at "kisibhi keemat" this is what it looks like. She has outsourced searching for Anami to anyone who will bring her. She is blinded by "I want Anami". So LM people are not the only ones searching. Satrupa wants Anami alive, but will she sacrifice Ladoo for it ? She has proven she could before. Pandit and Panditayen ? Sure. If she could jail them on false charges why not kill them. History of behavior counts against her.

Is Sudha capable ? Absolutely yes. But she is handicapped by Purushottam dead and Narottam not on her side. Nobody knows how she got to Anami. So this is how she could escape.

Anami's impulsiveness let go of Ladoo today. Not a good decision. But this time I have to excuse her because she operates on instinct. She is not the most logical girl, highly impulsive, thinks she can do everything. Plunging into the fire when she could be a liability and completely useless is true to character.

I want a jump. Make Anami 18 please. This 17 to 18 year vanvaas seems longer than an elephant pregnancy. Very good episode.
