Chapter-2

O'bros' talk

A normal morning in the Oberoi mansion, the two elder O'bros are in kitchen. The chote Oberoi is not there yet as he was getting ready for his grand morning, why? Come lets, see.

"Aaj toh saare papers mein mere photo hogi that too on front page with heading Rudra singh oberoi' the real hero, aur use dekh kar sab mere deewane banenge, ghar mein bhi, college mein bhi!' He laughed to himself and blushed a little thinking this.

He climbed down the stairs in a heroic way and hands spread like SRK. But he was surprised to see that there was no one in the hall to compliment and pamper him!!

He removed his glasses and looked here and there to find anyone. Just then Pinky came there and asked him "kisse dund rahe ho rudra?

"Kisiko nahi chichi bas aise hi! He said sheepishly. "Waise aap ko mujhse kuch kehna hai kya? He asked expecting something from her.

"Mere ko? Kuch bhi toh nahi?! Kyun kuch kehna hai kya?! She asked in confusion.

"Kuch nahi, mein kitchen mein jaa tha hu! He said dejectedly.

They both went in their directions.

In the way to kitchen, he asked a helper that they got today's newspaper or not, when he got positive reply, he asked for the newspaper to be got in the kitchen in hopes to show that to his brothers.

He reached kitchen and saw his brothers already immersed in cooking. By reaching near them he told, "aaj tum logon mein kuch dikhane jaaraha hu jisse dekh kar tum logon ko jatka lagne wala hai aur shayad jealous bhi feel karne wale ho!

The other two O'bros looked at him and rolled their eyes, just then the helper came and handed over the newspaper to rudy. He took it and turned it towards his brothers.

They looked at the paper and turned to him with questioning looks. He got confused and looked at the paper himself and shocked to see that there was no news about his stunt. He got shocked and started to scan through the paper desperately.

Omkara got confused seeing this and looked questioningly at shivaay, who said to rudra "rehne de, jo tu doond raha hai who tujhe nahi milne wala! nonchalantly

While rudra and omkara continued to look at him with confusion he continued, "Tumhare action scene ko publish hone se mein ne hi rokha

"Kya, but why bhai! Said rudra with shock, while Omkara still looked confusedly at them.

"Ek second, yaha kya ho raha hai mujhe koi batayega bhi ya nahi! Said Omkara as he got irritated.

"Kal iss janaab ne ek human trafficking gang ko pakadvaaya hain! Said Shivaay pointing to rudra while he was raising his collar in pride.

"Kya, kaise?! Asked Omkara with shock.

"Who hi toh mein bhi jaanna chahtha hu. Sach sach batao, rudra kaise hua yeh sab?! Asked shivaay turning to Rudra.

"sirf Sach!! He said implying he is not going to tolerate any drama or fake heroic story.

"Woh, who... He hesitated to tell real truth to them.

"Abh who who karta rehega ya kuch bolega bhi! Asked Omkara. Then rudra said the whole thing except the slapping thing.

"Such an idiot you are rudra! "Who ladki bahut chaalak thi, apna kaam bhi karvaliya aur safe bhi reh gayi! Said shivaay

"Kya matlab? Asked Rudra.

"Matlab ye ki, uss ladki ne gangsters se apne aap ko bachane keliye media se dur bhagi aur tumhe phasa diya! "Isilye jab mujhe yeh khabar pata chala toh mein ne turant iss news ko wipeout kardiya for your safety, warna pata nahi, aaj tum kounsi gang ki target ban jaate!'' Said shivaay, explaining the mistake his brother did.

"OMG!!! Thank you, bhai. "Mein ne toh aisa socha hi nahi tha. Said rudra realizing.

"Mujhe toh laga ki woh ladki kitni achi hai, bilkul angel jaisi jo mujhe itni fame de gayi. He said dreamingly and continued "Par who toh dhokhe baaz nikli!!''

Omkara rolled his eyes and said to rudra, "So selfish , rudy. Uss ladki ne apne jaan ki parwah kiye bagair unn ladkiyon ko bachaya aur credit bhi tumhe lene ke liye chodgayi, aur tum use dhokhebaaz kehrehe ho!'

While rudra looked confused, shivaay replied "Oh! Please, Om. Agar who itni hi achi hoti toh ussne rudra ko danger mein kyun dala?!

"Yeh toh iski choice thin a uss ladki ko bike mein bitake lejaane ka! Said Omkara pointing to rudra.

"Oh! Yes! "That reminds me, how can you be so careless rudra, kisi ladki ne help mangi toh chaldi uske peeche peeche!'' "Tumhe jaana hi nahi chahiye tha uss ladki ke saath! He said warning rudra.

"Jaata toh mein bhi nahi agar who mujhe slap nahi karti! He said lost in thoughts without realizing.

"WHAT!! Shouted the older O'bros

"What the wuck!! "Rudra, uss ladki ne tumhe slap kiya? Asked shivaay not believing him

"Ha said rudra looking down.

"Unbelievable Rudra! You are an Oberoi, SSO's brother. How can you let a random girl slap you!!! Shouted, shivaay.

While rudra looked sheepishly at shivaay Omkara laughed lightly and said, "acha sab baate chodo, chalo dinning area mein chalte hai. Dadi aur sab log aate hi honge. And asked the helpers to place the dishes on dining table, while he left. An angry looking shivaay and confuse looking rudra followed him.

NOTE:- I know this is kind of filler update. But I am confused about posting the story on forum. I am not sure if I should continue posting or not because I have only 6 readers. I am sorry I am not demeaning any one. I am just letting my thoughts out. I am posting the story here only for the fans to read. And if I am not getting any readers what's the point in posting here. And Frankly, I am disappointed with the one word comments. Just let me know about what you felt good and what you didn't. I am not asking u guys to praise me. Just let me know about ur choices which will help me in providing you a good read for which you are here and worth your time too. Again, I am sorry if I did hurt any one.

CHAPTER-3

Her mark

Everyone in Oberoi house is in dining room for breakfast. Tej Singh Oberoi is busy in attending phone calls. After finishing the call he sat down for the breakfast.

"Shivaay, woh nayi fashion house ki baarein mein kya info hai?! Asked Mr. Oberoi

"It's a good house bade papa, infact it has a very impressive record. The main designer/owner of the company is brilliant from what I have heard. Replied, Shivaay.

"Really shivaay, tumhare muh se kisi aur business person ki itni tareef nikal rahi hai matlab the person must be really brilliant. Said Shakthi Singh Oberoi, his father.

"Aur who bhi ek aurat ki! Implied Tej

"Well, her achievements are like that ki aap log bhi uski taareef karogi. Said Shivaay.

"Par phir bhi hume koi jaldbaazi nahi karna chahiye. Unka launch abhi hua nahi hai Mumbai mein. Pehle dekhte hai ki unka brand value yaha kaisa hai, phir decide karenge. Said Tej in his business tone.

"Right, bade papa. Akhir hum Oberoi's hain. Kisi ke bhi saath tie-up nahi kar sakthe. Mera Manish Malhotra ke saath ka deal bhi on tab hai. Sab kuch analyse kar ke hi koi decision lenge. Said Shivaay.

"Ha, we oberoi's have a brand name. Aur jab hum fashion Industry mein start up kar rahe toh hamare level dikhna chahiye. Said Shakti.

While these Businessmen are discussing their work. The Oberoi ladies are having their own tit-bits.

Only the younger O'Bros' are not participating in anything. Omkara usually is the calmer one but rudra who always participates in the discussions is also quiet today.

Unknown to each other they both are lost in the thoughts of the same girl. Rudra is thinking about the girl's genuineness in giving him the lime light, while Omkara is thinking about his nano moment with the girl.

From the moment he had seen her. He has been enchanted by her. "Uski aankhe, uski chudiyon ki kanak mein bhul hi nahi paa raha hu. Uski aankhon mein bahut kuch hai jo bayaan na karsake, aur uss ki chudiyon ki kanak toh jaise mere kaanon ko chod hi nahi rahi hai. Mujhe uss kuch second mein kitna sukoon mila hai mein bayaan hi nahi karsaktha. Kuch hai, uss ladki mein, jo mujhe ek pal ka sukoon de ke chali gayi! Shayad isiliye mujhe baar baar uski yaad aarahi hai. Thought Omkara.

His thoughts were broken by shivaay, as he asked "Arey, Om kaha khoye hue ho?!

"Nahi, kahi nahi. Replied Omkara.

"Toh jaldi naashtha karo na, art gallery jaane keliye der nahi horahi?! Asked shivaay.

"Ha, bas abhi nikal raha hu. Said Omkara.

Everyone has been left for their own works except rudra. He is still confused about the girl's intentions and that is not letting him be normal.

He wanted to come to an opinion about her asap. He don't know why, but he felt it so important than going to college.

He doesn't know whom to talk with and this is frustrating him a lot. With the same mood he went to his gym room as it is the only place where he can release all his stress and frustrations.

Omkara entered the crowded local train and stood there holding the handle as the seats are already full. After a couple of stations, the train halted and the passengers got down and new passenger climbed up.

With new passengers the crowd has to push each other to settle themselves and omkara too got pushed and he swung a little holding the handle. In his swinging, his eyes saw a familiar figure few steps away.

When the hustle bustle ended, he realized the familiar figure is same girl who had occupied his thoughts since yesterday. He went near her with very difficulty pushing the passengers.

He just stared at her as she was staring outside, "may be lost in some thoughts" Omkara thought as he felt her eyes blank.

He continued to stare at her without realizing he started to observe her every movement. Her left hand which is full of accessories is fidgeting with the sling of her bang while the right one clutched it.

Her black eyes looked dark as they were blank and lost completely, contrast to what he saw yesterday. Her nose had a pink nose-pin which shined in sunlight.

Her long luscious brown hair is flowing freely in the wind. He completely got lost in her.

Omkara came to reality when she moved as the train came to halt. She got pushed by fellow passengers when she tried to climb down the train due to which her bracelet got struck in the handle.

Omkara frowned and tried to move towards her as she struggled to free her hand. After a second of struggle she managed to get out as her bracelet got teared up from her hand and struck there in the handle.

When omkara managed to come to the place she stood to help her she already went. He noticed the bracelet struck in handle and took it and looked at her retreating back.

In Oberoi mansion, rudra just came out of his gym sweating and lost in his thoughts. "For the first time in my life I got genuinely happy. I got a sense of achievement when I thought I helped those girls. I thought I am something I too can be something without the Oberoi surname just like "O. But the thought that it can be a trap for being an Oberoi is disturbing me. Was that really a trap? thought rudra and got more depressed.

His thoughts were interrupted by a house help, who informed that the ACP is waiting for him in the central hall with dadiji.

He got surprised hearing this and went down and saw many bouquets are on the table and his daadi smiling proudly at him.

Seeing him coming, the ACP stood up and shake handed with him when he came to him. "Please, sit. He said to the ACP. They both sat with dadiji.

"Thank you so much Mr. Rudra singh oberoi. "It is only because of you we got to bust a huge human trafficking gang and protect the girls of our state. The ACP said proudly.

"Means, that was all real and not a trap?! He asked the ACP in surprise.

"Yes, sir. It wasn't. Mr. SSO called us to investigate about it, that time we too were unsure. But it is confirmed now as the gang's men confessed and gave us complete information about their gang, we are in search of his leader now. Replied the ACP.

"Oh! That's really good. Said rudra being relieved

"These are from the girls you saved yesterday. Said, the ACP pointing to the bouquets with cards.

"Though, we kept your identity in secrecy, the girls insisted to convey their gratitude to you by all these and requested us to make all these reach you. Said, the ACP when rudra looked confusedly at them.

"Oh! I am so touched Said rudra.

"Ok, I'll take your leave now. Said the ACP and stood up to leave.

"Arey, have some tea or coffee and then go , na!! Said daadi.

"No, madam. I have urgent work. I need to leave He said with folded hands infront of daadi.

After he left daadi went to rudra and cupped his face. "Puttar, I am so proud of you. She said with teary eyes and went from there before she gets over emotional infront of him.

Rudra took each boquet in his hand and read the cards,Thank you, the real hero,"Thanks for being our protector , "Thank you our guardian angel.

He smiled and thought that the true deserver of all these is that girl, whom he was suspecting till now.

He wished to meet her again and hand over this gratitude to her one day.
