Part 3

Naina with a new sense of hope and determination walks towards the portion where Rajeev is kept.. She knows she cant fall weak today..She has to be strong, for him..Everytime he has supported her, been her strength but today she has to be his strength..Make him understand that he doesn't need to do what he is doing..

Reaching the entry gate of the prision, she hands over the permission letter from BC to the guard who then lets her in towards Capt Rajveer's cell.

Rajveer was sitting on the floor with his eyes closed..He was thinking about Naina..He had never thought that life will bring him to such a point.. Today he had lost his everything..He hadn't asked much for in his life but now what he had was also taken away from him.. He couldn't even proove his best friend innocent which was the main aim of his life and now, Naina who was his life would also be hating him he thought after whatever had happened in the court today.
Why was life so unfair and cruel to him he thought.. True, he always believed that naina can never be his and he had accepted his, but still somewhere deep down he had that one hope that may be life will show some pitty on him. But he had lost that hope also today and he had silently accepted to give away all he had for his love..

He was lost in his thoughts when he heard the gate of his cell open..
He opened his eyes and what he saw took his breath away..There standing in front of him was Naina..His Naina..
About whom he was just dreaming 2 mins ago was standing in front of him..
Do dreams really come true? He wondered..
Slowly continuously looking in her eyes, he stood up..
Both were just looking at each other..lost in each other..Rajveer was seeing her with sooo much need in her eyes..As a drowning person would look towards the shore..Rajeev was looking at her as if trying to memorise her each detail..
Naina was the first one to move..Her condition was the same..she had died a million deaths in these days away from him and now she can't even bear to stand away from him for even 2 mins.. she needs him..wants him..she wants to feel him and wants to make sure that yess he is actually there with her..
She just runs towards him and throws herself in his arms..
Rajveer, who was not prepared for this type of a reaction from Naina was surprised to see her this way.. He hadn't expected this type of a reaction specially after what had happened in the court today.. He was thinking that may he now Naina would never even want to see his face again..
Due to the sudden force, his hand one held the wall and the other automatically held Naina's waist to prevent her from falling..

Rajveer didn't know what to do.. how to react.. the person whom he loves the most, who is the reason behind his existence is here, crying her heart out in his arms..He couldn't bear to see naina like this..so vunerable..He can see anything but not her tears..it is not his pain which breaks him, but Naina's tears which tears his soul..
Not being able to see her like this, he tightened his hold on Naina's waist and caressed her hair, her back with his other hand trying to calm her down muttering sweet nothings in her ear..
They stayed like that for some time..in each others arms where they belong..

After some time when Naina had stopped crying and was calm, Rajveer slowly broke the hug. He looks towards Naina..
Rajveer: tume yaha nahi aana chahiye tha Naina..tum kyu aayi yaha?
Naina was hurt listening to this.. How can he say that she shouldn't have come here when she knew that he needs her.. then how could she have not come..
Naina: main yaha permission le kar aayi hoon
Rajveer: Kisne di tumhe permission
Naina: BC ne
Rajveer was getting angry now..
Rajveer: tum permission lene ke liye BC ke pass gayi thi? kya zaroorat thi yeh sab karne ki naina? naina do you realise iss sab se tum apne aap ko kitni badi problem mein daal sakti thi.. kya zaroorat thi itna risk leni ki

Naina: aur agar main aapse puchu ki kya zaroorat thi aaj court mein sab ke saamne chup hone ki..kya zaroorat thi aise behavior ki toh?
kya jawab denge aap ?
Rajveer doesnt look towards her and walks in the opposite direction and just says :
Rajveer: Just go from here naina...jao yaha se (closing his eyes, signing)
Naina was getting angry now..She wouldn't take Rajveer's this behaviour..not today..
naina angrily walks towards him and says : main yaha se kahin nahi jaane waali jab tak mujhe mere sawalo ke jawaab nahi mil jaate..
So bataye capt rajveer, kyu kiya aapne aisa...kyuu
yeh baat jaante hue bhi ki agar aap chup rahenge toh aapko saza ho sakti hai, aapne kucch nahi kaha.. aapne aisa hi give up diya..kyu?
aap jaante hai agar kal aapko saza hui toh woh saza sirf aapko nahi aapke saath mujhe bhi hogi.. Main jaanti hoon maine aapke saath bhaut burra kiya hai, bhaut hurt kiya hai aapko parr aap isski mujhe inti badi saza mat do.. pleasee
By now Naina was in tears..crying..
Please aap mujhe maaf kar dijiye, i'm sorry.. parr meri galti ki itni badi saza mat digiye mujhe..mujhse nafrat mat kijiye..khud ko mat door kariye mujhse..main nahi reh paungi aapke bina..marr jaungi..
And saying this Naina sat on the floor crying..she was just crying and crying and crying..as if all her pain and guilt was coming out today in form of tears..
Rajveer was shocked to hear what Naina had said right now..May be even she doesn't know the hidden meaning behind those words, but Rajveer had understood.. He understands naina, knows her more that she knows herself..
he doesn't need words to read her..she is a mirror in herself..
Rajveer slowly sat in front of her.. and cupped her face with his hands..and what he saw in her eyes was just pure love..he removed her tears from his thumb and moved his head in negative gesturing her not to cry.. Naina immediately just hugs him and hides herself in his arms..
Rajveer while tightening his arms around her says: main tumse kabhi nafrat nahi kar sakta Naina..kabhi nahi..
aur main tumhe bhaut pehle hi maaf kar chuka hoon naina..
Hearing this, Naina looks up at him and asks him so innocently, aapne mujhe maaf kar diya?
Rajveer smiling at her nods his head in a yes.. main kabhi tumse naaraz nahi tha naina..and tumne kucch galat nahi kiya tha..agar tumhari jagah koi aur bhi hota toh woh bhi aise hi react karta jaise tumne kiya..
Aur issliye mujhe tumse koi shikayat nahi hai naina..Apne aap ko inti takleef dena band karo..tum aisa kar ke sirf khud ko nahi mujhe bhi hurt kar rahi ho..
Hearing this naina hugs rajveer again..
Naina while hugging him says: main aapke bina nahi reh sakti..aap please aisa mat kijiye..please
Rajveer caressing her back, her hair.. wispers is Naina's ear: Shhh..Tum jaisa chahogi main waisa karunga naina..
hearing this naina brings her face in front of him: promise.?
rajveer while keeping a strand of hair behind her ear and smiling and in the process caressing her cheeks with his thumb says Promise..
Naina's eyes automatically closes feeling his hand on her cheecks..
Rajveer smiles seeing his effect on her..Not even in his wildest of dreams had he ever thought that one day he will see love in naina's eyes.. for him..that she will be soo close to him,.and now when he has hope, he doesn't want to leave her ever.. he is willing to do anything just for her..
Rajveer slowly wispers : naina..
naina hearing her name opens her eyes and looks at him..
rajveer slowly removes his hand from naina's cheek and just to lighten the mood says
Rajveer: hmmm ab mujhe samajh aaya ki navin billul sahi kehta tha apni behen ke baare mein..
naina looking at him confusingly asks kya kehte the..
Rajveer: arre yahi ki uski behen ka gussa toh baap re baap..humesha naak pe rehta hai and aaj toh maine bhi dekh liya..
waise mujhe nahi pata tha ki mujhe itni daant padne waali hai aaj aur woh bhi apni hi protege se..
Naina: toh aap aise kaam bhi mat kiya kijiye jisski wajah se aapko daant sunni pade..aapko pata hai kitna darr gayi thi main..
Rajveer pulling her closer in his arms says softly: itna darr gayi thi..naina blushing nods her head in a yes..
Rajveer places a soft kiss on her forehead and says : Meri cadet naina ah singh sirf darate hue acchi lagti hai, darrte hue nahi!!
and i promise naina, jaisa tum chahti ho waisa hi hoga..
hearing this naina had a smile on her face and both hugged each other again..
While crying naina doesn't even realise when she has crawled on rajveer and now is sitting on rajveer's lap.

After sometime breaking the hug, rajveer and naina look at each other..lost in each others eyes..in each others love..

Both don't know what tomorrow will bring for them..Both are scared but at the same time are feeling complete..They just want to be with each other in this moment..

( please imagine this song playing in the background with Rajveer Naina sitting in each other's arms, lost in each other)
Both are looking in each other's eyes..

( Seeing the love in Rajveer's eyes, tears flow from Naina's eyes. Rajveer's cups her face and removes the tears with his thumb and pulls her to him engulfing her in his arms, kissing her on her forehead, cheeks )

(By now Rajveer too is crying..he doesn't know what tomorrow might bring for them..Feeling his tears, Naina looks up at him and cups his cheeks, moving her head in negative telling him not to cry)

Sirf labon se nahi ab toh
Poore badan se hasti hoon

Sab hai tere hi hone se

( Rajveer intertwined his hand with her hand which was cupping his cheeks and brought her hand near her lips and placed a kiss on her palms)

Lekin jab yaad karoge tum
Main ban ke hawa aa jaunga oh..
Main phir bhi tumko chahunga
Main phir bhi tumko chahunga
Iss chahat mein mar jaunga
Main phir bhi tumko chahunga

Rajveer and Naina are both sitting in each other's arms hugging each other when then here footsteps of someone coming towards them..
Hearing the footsteps they immediately get apart and stand..

Guard: Aapka milne ka time khatam ho gaya hai..ab aapko chalna hoga..
Naina hearing this nods her head in a yes..
Naina looks towards Rajveer trying not to cry again and finds him looking at her only..He was holding her hand..His eyes speaks volumes at that moment..they are full of love and an unsaid promise..
Naina had became his strength today, and through they hadn't confessed there love to each other, but today Rajveer had a new sense of hope..that may be life isn't so unfair and it is giving him a second chance.. He saw a different Naina today, which he hadn't seen ever. He saw love in her eyes today. Her eyes which were asking him to fight, for himself and for her and most importantly for them. And Rajveer can't refuse those eyes.

Rajveer gives her an assuring smile and presses her hand a little as if ensuring her everything will be fine..
Naina gives him a small smile and with a last look and a heavy heart she leaves his hand and goes from there.
