The entire contigent gathered in front of the huge heater in the main tent..everyone was eager to know the reason if Dr Ritu's sudden appearance in the camp....alekh sat behind naina n stared at ritu 4 a minute..."bas daaroo ki kami hai...phir reunion party hogayela hai yeh.." n,as if on cue...raj enterd carryin 2 huge flasks of brandy...he offered glasses round pouring out d brandy...

"colonel..yeh ek military camp hai aur..." began Dr Shalini, but d soldiers protested..it was freezing outside and one glass was welucm by all..even tho naina,pooja n ritu politely declined...n shalini loudly declined...

"Now..." sed raj...lets begin by asking Dr Mishra the reason for this sudden visit of hers.." ritu smiled.."well cptn...uh...sry...colonel rajveer singh shekhawat...m not here on a jolly visit....m here on work..." "work, Dr Mishra..? But..this is a war front...wat work can u hav here..?" "thats exactly wat i want 2 no too colonel.." she sed... everyone stared at her..puzzled..

"uhhh...colonel...I was the one who called Dr Mishra to Camp 1313..." sed shalini "but..why?" asked raj..."because...this camp needs a psychiatrist...a counsellor..is war ke chakkar mein..humaare soldiers apna dimaag kho rahe hai..." n very pointedly,she luked at huda,ali n alekh.. the 3 of them jus stared down at deir brandies,not speaking a word..."so..." sed ritu.."u want me 2.." "to help these soldiers...n balance their minds.." sed shalini..ritu silently nodded her head..

after dinner..the group cleared returning to their respective tasks at hand...but naina sat still at her place...ritu noticed her gaze upon her n walked up sitting down next to her..."naina.." she began n naina luked up startled.."main jaanti hoon...jaanti hoon ki tum mujhe pasand nahin karti....n i dont blame u...agar main tumhaari jagah hoti..toh main bhi mujh jaise insaan ko pasand nahin karti...magar.." "magar kuch nahin ma'am" sed naina"yeh situation pasand-naapasand ki nahin hai..yeh humaara kaam hai..aur humein yeh karna hai...aur mujhe aapke saath kaam karne mein koi problem nahin hai.." n saying dis..naina got up n left ritu all alone,staring at d falling darkness...

jhanvi packed up her case for the ay n got ready for bed...she had spoken to ritu n it had been decided that she'd take a formal interview the next day....as she sat staring outside the window at the dark,starless sky...suddenly,she heard footsteps...n she turned round..to stare at Him...his face was now no longer holding the same shock as it was wen dey first saw each oder in dat camp..it held sadness...anger...guilt...but not shock..it was as if he'd gotten used to her presence dere...her mind flashed back to wat all had happened between dem..n in her heart-of-hearts,she knew that she'd never be able to forget all dat..she knew he'd cum to talk..yet,she didnt want to believe it...slowly..she raised her eyes,n locked her gaze wid him...she had finally managed to meet d eyes of..Cptn Amardeep Huda...
