I don't think either of them labelled what Arnav has for her as love.. its too soon for that.

As for calling each other by another name that's personal to the other alone - well! its why she says, she wants to get to know him differently than how she has done it with arnav and how she sees arnav.

Very interesting indeed. I like how you unravel their story, it is intriguing and exciting. Arnav has feelings for her and she accepts it. But she wants time and space for them. I think Arnav is giving her that and so she is more comfortable and trusting towards him. Soon she will open up with him and his feelings. But Arnav is not about grand gestures, he is a simple man with simple ways..I was really intrigued by Nina and Arnav story as well as Nina and Harsha..Hope you tell their story too..
