Correctly said by arnav, he himself not worth for khushi to remember. But, here what I have pointed means, khushi regaining her part of life movements which is teared her heart.

May be her subconscious made her mind vanish the past, but not her heart . Her pains are vulnerable that didn't leave her throughly.
