Anika looked at Jannat's stunned face and voiced "main jaanti hoon aap mere sawaal se chauk gayi hoongi par mere liye jaanna zaroori hai ... main unhe samajhne ki koshish kar rahi hoon par samajh nahi paa rahi ...

yaha baat unpe yakeen karne ki nahi hai balki mujhe ek taajub hai ki yadi wo mujhse itna pyar karte hai to kabhi kaha kyu nahi ek ishara hi diya hota ... to shayad main ye sab pehle rook deti"

Jannat said with a smile "Bhabhi jaan hum samajh sakte hai ye sab aapko ajeeb lag raha hoga ... aur Bhai jaan ne mujhse ya Jaanawaaz se kuch nahi kaha tha kyuki hum unke dost hai isliye hume samjhne main waqt nahi laga ki aap unki pasand hai ...

aap unhe aur khud ko thoda waqt deejiye sab theek ho jaayega ... aur Mohaubat ibadat ki tarah hoti hai Bhabhi jaan ise samjha nahi jaata sirf kiya jaata hai ...aur Yog bhai jaan ko apni takleef apna gussa apni pasand kehne ki aadat nahi hai jab tak zaroori na hoo shayad isliye aapko aisa lag raha hai"

Anika smiled & said "Thanks a lot main Jannat shayad aapki is baat se mujhe mere sawaal ka jawaab mil gaya"

Jannat said finishing her cup "ab hum chalte hai deer ho gayi hai khuda hafiz"

Anika smiled & bid bye to Jannat. She was not hungry to have dinner & was lost in her own thoughts about her marriage. She caressed their wedding picture placed on the side table & smiled at it placing it back.

She moved to change into night wear as she was feeling sleepy but was stopped by the buzz sound of her cell. She looked at the caller & was bit surprised it was from Dutta & generally he didn't disturbed her during late hours.

She picked up the call & said "Haan Dutta! bolo kya baat hai kuch khaas pata chala hai kya?"

Dutta said "Haan Madam tabhi to aapko itna late call kiya hai ... mujhe us aadmi ka pata mil gaya hai jisne wo paise Ganpat ke ghar se gayab kiye the"

Anika exclaimed "Kya! kaun hai wo?"

Dutta replied "aap thodi deer main mujhe crime branch ke bahar miliye main sab batata hoon"

Anika changed into her uniform & drove to the crime branch in next 20 minutes & found Dutta standing there. She got down & asked "Haan bolo Dutta kya pata chala hai hai tumhe?"

Dutta said "Madam ek bahut ehem khabar haath lagi hai ... ye jo aadmi mara hai na iska naam Keshav tha ye yahi Naka ke paas waale slum area main rehta tha"

Anika said "Wahi jaha Ganpat rehta hai"

Dutta said "Ji madam wahi ... gareeb ghar ka tha Maa Baap ki halat ki vajah se jurm ki daldal main jaldi fas gaya par choti choti choriyaa kar ke apna pet bharta tha ye"

Anika said "accha par police record main kuch kyu nahi mila?"

Dutta said "Madam kyuki wo bas zaroorat ki rakam churata tha aur log taras kha ke koi action nahi lete the ... maine khud waha ke logo se baat kari hai wo loog bahut acche se jaante the iske maa baba bhale loog hai"

Anika said "to fir ye mere ghar mai kar kya raha tha?"

Dutta said "Madam isne abhi kuch 2 saal pehle ye gang join kiya tha ... iske maa baba ko jab pata chala ki wo choori ka kaam karta hai usko usi waqt ghar se bahar nikaal diya...

ye abhi alag kholi main rehta tha mujhe pata chala to maine iske ghar ki talashi li aur mujhe ye mila" he hands over the bag & cash to Anika.

Anika with surprised "Ye to wahi supari ke paise hai ... par ye iske ghar main kya kar rahe the?"

Dutta replied "ye Kahani thodi tedi hai Madam ... is gang ko moti supari di gayi thi Yog saab ko maarne ke liye kyu ye pata nahi ... jab tak wo kuch kar paate aap dono ki shadi ki rasme shuru ho gayi thi to security ki vajah se ye loog kuch nahi kar paaye ...

fir jab aap loog idhar aaye to ye loog fir se chaalu ho gaye ... bada raita na faile isliye is gang ne Ganpat jaise choti machli ko fasa ke aapke ghar bheja tha par unka bad luck ki aapne in dono ko dhar dabocha"

Anika was stunned a bit but said composing herself "Tumhe ye information kaise mili?"

Dutta said with a smile "apne bando ne un gang waalo main se ek ko daboch liya aur do chaar fatko main usne sab ugal daala"

Anika said in a stern voice "usne bataya ki uske gang ko paise kaha se mile the?"

Dutta said "Nahi Madam paise sedhe boss loog deal karte hai isliye ye nahi pata ki paise kisne diye the"

Anika said "wo kaha hai abhi?"

Dutta said pointing to the interrogation room "udhar hai madam bahut dara hua hai"

Anika opened the interrogation room & went near that person & said resting her back on the table facing him "dekh ek baat acchi tarah se samajh lee! Ander to tu jaayega aur wo bhi 10 - 12 saal ke liye ...

yadi sahi salamt jaana chahta hai to mere sawaal ka sahi sahi jawaab dena mumkin hai main tujhe chalne firne ki haalat main chood doon aur thodi bahut saza bhi kam karwaa doon ... warna teri kitni haddiyaa tootengi aur kitni bachengi ye main bhi nahi jaanti"

Man got hell terrified after listening to the deadly calm tone of Anika & said "aayi shapath madam ... mere ko bas itna pata hai ki Yog saab ko maarne ke liye boss ko moti supari mili thi isliye Ganpath ko bheja tha ... par aapne pakad liya doorse mauke ki talaash main keshav aap dono pe nazar rakh raha tha aapne usko bhi pakad liya aur wo mar gaya"

Anika gave him a tight slap & grabbed his neck saying "Dekh main tujhe acche se samjha rahi hoon ... mere saath hoshiyaari karne ki koshish mat karna ... aur yaha baat sirf jurm ki nahi ab baat mere pati ki jaan ki hai aur yadi tumne kuch aisa karne ki soochi to tera wo haal karungi ki agle kayi janmo ki traahi kar lega"

Man said crying "madam main sach bol raha hoon mere ko sirf yahi bata hai baaki mere boss loog ko pata hai ki ye supari kaun diya aur kahah se diya"

Anika said "Kitne ki supari mili thi tumhe?"

Man said "do khokhe mile the aur itne hi kaam poora hone ke baad"

Anika was actually shocked to know that 4 carore was offered to this gang for killing Yog. She turned to the man again & asked "tumhara boss kaun hai uska poora pata batao?"

Man said "madam boss abhi Goa main hai smuggling ki deal ke liye 4 din baad aayega wo kaha jaata hai kya karta hai mere ko iske baare main zayada kuch nahi pata"

Anika slapped him hard & turned to the constable saying "ise special cell main shift karo aur arrest mat dikhana ... isse milne ke liye koi nahi aayega aur na hi ye kisi se mil sakta hai ...zayada naatak kare to bas mujhe ek phone kar dena ise main sambhaal loongi" constable nodded & took the man away.

Anika came out of the interrogation room with a tense face the new things adding on to case was all giving her negative vibes, but one thing was sure that she will not leave that person once she come to know who is behind all this.

Seeing Anika like this Dutta said consoling her "Madam main samjhta hoon aapko kaisa lag raha hoga par jo sach hai wo yahi hai aur aap fikar na karo main iske boss ko dhoondne ki koshish karta hoon aur hum Yog saab ko kuch nahi hone denge"

Anika sighed & said "Haan! par dekh rahe hoo 4 carore ki supari ... yaani koi bahut bada maafiya, Mantri ya don in sab ke peeche hai par ab at least hum kahi se shuru kar sakte hai ... Pata lagao ye paise kaha se nikaale gaye aur kisne nikaale ... kyuki jurm karne waala nishaan choode ya na chhode paisa apna nishaan zaroor choodta hai ...

Bank account, naam, branch sab chahiye mujhe koi ek bhi detail miss nahi honi chahiye ... aur please mujhe ye information jald se jald chahiye already bahut deer ho chuki hai aur Yog ki jaan ko kitna bada khatra hai ye tum jaante hoo"

Dutta said nodding "ho jaayega Madam! main pata karta hoon ki ye khel kaun khel raha hai bas aap do din ka time doo main is currency ka aur is boss ka poora kaccha chitha nikaalta hoon"

Anika nodded & moved out of the Crime branch with several questions in her mind. She was totally disturbed about the findings it was clear that some very powerful person is involved in this entire scam & she could swear on anyone that she will not leave that person easily.

Anika reached home & changed into night wear & lay on the bed but sleep was away from her eyes as her inner fear & her gut feeling was turning out to be true & she had to alert & save Yog before it's too late. She mentally makes a note that she will speak to Yog about the recent findings with all the proofs.
