Khushi's Bua ran into one of her old friends. Bua introduced Garima to her friend Padmini.
Bua: But Padmini, how come you are here in this party?

Padmini: My son Rahul works with Ruffel industries. You must have come with Shashiji, right?
Bua: Ha, our entire family is here.
Padmini: Accha, is Khushi here too? The last time I saw her was a long time back.. She is such a sweet girl. I really liked her.
Bua (smiling): She is. In fact now she is married. Her husband is also here.
Padmini: That's nice, congratulations.
Bua: Thank you, he works in our company too.
Padmini: I would like to talk to them sometime.
Garima: Let me call Khushi.
She looked around for Khushi, but found Arnav first. She pointed him out to Padmini.
Garima: That is Khushi's husband...
Padmini looked terrified.
Padmini: Is that the guy with the blue shirt and black pants? The one sitting at the bar? Are you serious?

Bua: What do you mean Padmini?
Padmini: He.. he has a girl friend. In fact, look there... she is sitting right next to him.. Sheetal..
Bua and Garima (shocked): What???
Padmini: Ha, I saw him drop her at our apartment complex on his bike once. That too it was late at night. Sheetal is our neighbor. When I asked her who it was, she told me that it is her boyfriend.

Garima was too petrified to reply... Sheetal is Arnav's girlfriend?... So, that's why Sheetal was at his room in Bombay?... Is that why they travelled together?... He is cheating on Khushi... He is cheating on my daughter...
Garima was mortified. She couldn't stay there an extra second. She told Bua that she wanted to leave right away. Bua was worried to see Garima in such a condition. She didn't want her to go alone. Preetham came in just then to talk to them. Bua told Preetham to go with Garima. Bua wanted to speak about this with Shashi in the car.
Preetham had no clue why Garima was so distressed, but she went home with her.
Once they reached home, Preetham kept asking Garima what had happened. Garima burst into tears.

She told Preetham about Arnav's initial refusal of Khushi's alliance, how they had forced Arnav for the wedding, Sheetal in his room at night in Bombay, Khushi getting disturbed about it, finally finding out today that Sheetal is Arnav's girlfriend.
Preetham was beyond stunned, she was knocked out. Everything started falling in place. "So that's why, Arnav does not sleep with Khushi", she assumed. "He was actually pushed into this marriage, He doesn't love her".
For the first time in life, she sniggered at Khushi. "Khushi, you are not as lucky as I thought you are. The very guy that you are crazy about, is actually being forced to live with you. You are building castles in air".
Preetham was beyond stunned, she was knocked out. Everything started falling in place. "So that's why, Arnav does not sleep with Khushi", she assumed. "He was actually pushed into this marriage, He doesn't love her".

"Huh Arnav, I am obsessed with you and I will have you. Knowledge is power", she smiled maliciously.
