"Roliii!!!!!!" shouts a panicked Sid as she is thrown away by the impact created by the truck. Roli falls to the tarred road holding her tummy as pain writhes everywhere in her body. Sid runs to Roli ignoring all the vehicles which come in his way. The traffic gets in to a sudden halt seeing the commotion. People surround around Roli without knowing what to do whilst Sid breaks in through them. "Roli..." he cries and sits on the road taking her to his lap. The truck driver takes this as an opportunity to escape from people and drives way. Few people try to stop him but to no avail. Roli cries in pain holding her belly whilst Sid tries to compose her. "Roli...nothing...Roli...you're alright..." he mumbles. Roli cries in unbearable pain and tries touching his cheek with her blood coated palms. "Our baby..."she cries. "Nothing will happen to our baby..Nothing..." he shouts. "Si..." Roli begins but her eyes closes before she completes it. "Roli..." cries Sid alarmed by the way she just passed out. Without waiting a second, he scoops her in his arms and walks towards his car. The people stood blocking his path in the interest to know what the matter is, which really infuriates him. "Just move..." he roars in anger. "I'll help Bhai..." a guy comes forward. Sid nods in positive urgently. Pranav, the guy gets the keys from Sid and opens the door for Sid. Sid plops in with Roli in his arms whilst the guy takes the driving seat. Soon the car moves toward the nearest hospital in full speed.
"Roli...nothing will happen to you and our baby...I'll not let anything happen to you both..." Sid says as he kisses her forehead with tears in his eyes. He couldn't see his Roli lying so; broken and injured. He could take her anger and hatred very well, but not this state of hers. Not only that, she's not alone, a part of his life, it's still inside her. "Just go fast.." he shouts. Pranav nods and does what he said. Sid holds Roli in his lap like his very life depended on her and silently prays for her well being.
At city hospital. Rithik and Aarav is the sight that welcomes Sid at the hospital entrance when he gets out with an unconscious Roli in his arms. When they had called a while ago, he asked the Pranav to attend it as he wasn't in a state to speak. He informed them about Roli's state shocking the wits out of them. They had thought it as a minor accident but now seeing her, they can say that it's really fatal. "What happened Siddhant???" asks Rithik as he gets tears in his eyes seeing her broken state. "Just don't ask me Rithik...I need to save her...I need to save her..." he cries. "Ahaana is in...Just take her quick..." says Aarav. Sid and Rithik rushes with Roli inside the hospital whilst Aarav thanks pranav for his help and humanity.
Sid holds Roli's tender hands as she's taken in to the OT in the structure. "Roli...nothing will happen to you..Nothing..See we're here...we're here..." says him to the unconscious girl. Rithik cannot hold back his tears, he cannot see all these. Ahaana has already gone inside the OT taking it as her responsibility to save Roli. "Please stay out..." the nurse asks Sid and Rithik. Sid nods in negative refusing to leave Roli's hand but Rithik holds his shoulders and pulls him back. His hands is about to separate from hers. Their pinky fingers get entwined, but at the end, they separate as well. "Roli..." Sid shouts as the door closes before him, taking Roli in. "Siddhant..." calls Rithik trying to pacify him. "Rithik..." cries Sid as he hugs him tightly. "I can't afford to lose her yaar..i need her...I need my Roli and baby badly..." cries him. "Nothing will happen Siddhant...nothing...Please..." consoles Rithik as he's equally in pain.
Meanwhile inside the OT. Ahaana gets tears as she finds Roli in a dangerous state yet holds back the emotions and gets prepared to do her work. Whatever happens, she got to save the two lives which are quite dear to her. The nurses clean the blood on Roli's wounds with cotton and forceps. The doctors give Ahaana a determinant nod to start the surgery and she nods to them back in positive.
Siddhant stays just outside the door of the OT crossing his fingers. "Just save them god...Just save them..." he cries as he prays silently. He has got to know from Rithik about Roli knowing the truth. He feels so much sad on knowing that she came to see him. If she had just rang him up, he would have flew to her, but now, her urgency to see him has ended up in a big accident. "hey uparwaale..You know how much I love her..Still you made the mishap happen to her just in front of my eyes...just in front of my eyes...If something happens to my Roli, just hear this well..i don't know what I'll do...I'll destroy everything..." he cries as he bangs his head on the door of the OT. "Siddhant..." Aarav holds him back trying to control him. "Aarav...Aarav she came to meet me Aarav..Just before my eyes...A hand away from me..i couldn't save her..i couldn't save her yaar..." cries Sid masking his eyes. "Siddhant...calm down...calm down..She'll be fine...your baby will fine...Please..." requests Aarav. He looks at Rithik who has settled on one of the seats covering his face and weeping. Siddhant pulls out his wallet from his pocket and opens it. He looks at Roli's and his smiling pic kept inside it. "See Aarav...how she's smiling...how pretty her smile is..Will I ever get to see this smile again?" He questions. "Hey...What are you...Don't think so...Nothing will happen..." says Aarav as he tries his best to control Siddhant. It is then when a nurse and couple of attenders rush out of the OT in hurry. "Excuse me..How's Roli?" Questions Aarav as Sid looks them in hope. "Sir ...please...we can't say anything now...We're in a hurry...but the patient seems to be in danger..." the nurse says and walks away. Siddhant strands as if he's frozen and Rithik breaks in to tears. The nurse and attenders soon rushes back with an oxygen cylinder and few equipments. "I'll die if something happens to my Roli...I don't want to survive if any mishap happens..."says Sid indistinctly as Aarav holds him and makes him sit on one of the chairs
A while later. Sid and Rithik spots the red light of the OT turning in to green. Sid rises up expectantly and reaches the door quickly. Rithik and Aarav also follows him. It's then when the door of the OT opens revealing Ahaana to them. She looks at Siddhant with tears in her eyes; definitely she's broken. Sid looks at her expectantly. "They're okay na?"" he questions with lots of hopes. Ahaana breaks in to tears and rushes to hug Rithik who hugs her back in surprise. Their tension and agony increase every second. "Ahaana...What happened???" asks Rithik in a quaked voice as he strokes her back to console her. "Roli is fine Rithik..but baby...I couldn't...I couldn't save the baby Rithik..i couldn't...We lost it.." she says vaguely as she breaks down in to loud sobs shocking the living life out of Siddhant.
