Mihika got out. She was really worried now. The thought that she would now experience a lot again. A lot would now trouble her actions than what it had it been in London. She had always hated the way society interrupted in matters of family concern or that of ones personal wishes.
She greatly struggled to attain a steady velocity to get through the explosive population. She now was getting irritated. So much, to solve, in so a much less of time, and she was stuck in this crowd.
Her phone rang - "Yes Akka. I reached."
"Okay Mihika, we'll be there in a minute of two. Sorry for the delay!" replied Ishita with a fairly loud expression of joy to see her cousin after such a long time.
"Kya Akka! Now you are being formal! Main London se aayi hoon, dusre planet se nahi".
Ishita replied back with a humble laugh and a sorry and then hanged the call, leaving Mihika all to herself to think about her actions in the matters to be resolved.
She definitely had a lot to handle. It was not only about her now, things were very complex here, and that did trouble her a bit because she was not the best when it came to handling complex situations. Earlier, an absurd step has chained her into a relationship which gave her nothing but sorrows. Now, she was afraid to handle matters all by herself.
Little did Mihika know that Abhishek was also on the airport. Well, not exactly for her, even he did not know about her coming to Delhi but he had to carry out some mission here. Well, quite known are the engagements of a man involved in the security field, he was just there to assure coordination among his fellow mates.
When he was done with his work, he proceeded to leave but was met by Raman and Ishita. From the two he was enlightened about their purpose of coming to the place. Ruhi too, was with them and her spirits assured that she had missed her chitti a lot, for the girl had nothing to do but inquire about how long will it take to see Mihika.
Abhishek, amazed as he was, took this opportunity to join them to receive Mihika. Much was said between the three before they finally caught sight of Mihika who stood with her luggage beside her.
Ishita, like an extremely civil woman, acknowledged her presence with a warm welcome hug while Raman smiled and wished his happiness on seeing her back in town. But little passed between the unacknowledged lovers who has not acknowledged their love to each other as well. Ruhi, excited as she was, hugged Mihika with great affection to which Mihika replied with equally well spirits.
"Well, now to deprive our family from the pleasure of seeing you would be a sin. Right? Let us leave now." Ishita worded her thoughts with great sense.
Mihika, who now felt a bit taken aback due to Abhishek's surprise presence was worried that Abhishek might have told all to Ishita and Raman for she knew nothing about him being present here.
After the first rush of takes was over, and they had reached the exit, Ishita, Raman and Mihika thanked Abhishek. As lame as it appeared to Abhishek, he still replied with a civil smile which covered his thoughts of irritation on losing a handsome moment that he could have spent with Mihika.
All parted to leave but Raman had a call before they could. It was regarding some engagements he had which would forbid him from reaching home soon. Ishita, also remembered, on that account her appointment with a patient.
Quick to seize the opportunity, Abhishek spoke up - "I can drop Mihika if you don't mind."
Mihika looked at him. He had one of those smirks of which she caught a glimpse when he had left London a few days ago.
Mihika, determined to stop is plans before they succeeded, instantly spoke, "Or.. I can take a cab!"
Abhishek looked at her with a reproachful eye. Ishita and Raman advised her to take the ACP's help into consideration and leave. This could not do less, than pleasing Abhishek to the fullest.
With a opportunity in hand, he quickly opened the door and welcomed her in, well, beside him. But little Ruhi went and sat in the seat with the sweetest of expressions possible.
Mihika could hardly control laughing while Abhishek tried to fake a smile, well he had to! It was not like he hated kids, but they just at times, interrupted. And interruption was something he had hated from the very start.
At the very end, all split, Raman and Ishita left in their car while Abhishek, Ruhi and Mihika were all in Abhishek's car, with Mihika sitting at the back.
