Shaadi to defo hogi but there are slight chances for arnav to widthraw😉 becoz khushi seems to be more like a walking dead...

" Nothing, Mr. Raizada. You don't deserve to get anything from me. Not even punishment or hatred." Khushi disconnected the call as every insult, every pain given by him came in front of her eyes. She let tears down her eyes hoping that those images would be washed down, but how would they get erased when they were etched on the very soul of hers.

The icy cold tone of hers which was sans any emotion forget liveliness, had made Arnav's eyes burn with remorseful drops of brine.

" Only if he could erase every pain of hers."

Thoughts flooded the mind of theirs to drown it in darkness as finally their eyes drooped for the final time to take them to a dream world, where there would be happiness, light and hope of their love, which was lost in the painful reality.

Garima had asked Khushi to accompany Payal, who had come for her Pag Phere Rasam, to Shantivan as she had return some things of Raizadas left behind at Gupta Mansion.

"How much I wish that you accepted to be Chotte's wife, Khushi Ji? The Raizada Family has missed such an amazing bride and Chotte lost such an wonderful life-partner. Is it really your final decision Khushi Ji?" Anjali patted her cheeks affectionately as she spoke to Khushi, who looked straight at Anjali not caring about the intense gaze of Arnav, who had forgotten everything else around him except for her.

" I am ready to get married to Arnav, Anjali Ji." Arnav was not just shocked, but he was astounded and stupefied by her answer. She was ready for the marriage? But she hates him, doesn't he?

" Khushi..." Arnav's whisper trailed to Khushi's ears, while she chose to ignore it as she continued speaking.

" Anjali Ji, I don't want an elaborate ceremony. In fact, I am fine with a court marriage too. Ultimately, it isn't the way of getting married that defines the relationship but the couple's equation of trust, understanding and love." Anjali was too happy to realize the pain in Khushi's voice, but the remorseful Arnav had seen both her dark holes which used to be lit by happiness and hope in the past and her tone which was as cold as the death itself.

" Are you serious, Khushi Ji? You are not doing this out of any sort of compulsion right?" Anjali spoke with her eyes wide open with emotions while Khushi said with great difficulty,

"I am serious, Anjali Ji. Iam saying this out of my own free will."

" But you love rituals and elaborate ceremonies, Bitiya. I mean to ask why this sudden change. But the marriage will happen just as you want." Nani walked up to her and spoke affectionately to her but for the first time she noticed the lack of warmth in Khushi's eyes. They were cold, plain icy cold, nothing else.

Even the air around her seemed to have the sorrow which Khushi was carrying in her heart but Nani didn't want to put Khushi in a complicatedly embarrassing situation by posing the question in front of everyone and hence twisted the question.

" Sometimes what we think of someone or something is completely wrong, Nani Ji. Lately but I realized that a couple can be happy even if it is done in the most simple way possible if there is love and trust in your partner's heart. And even that simple ceremony would appear as the grandest wedding. Hence, I thought that I will have a simple wedding, so that no one would get stressed after all we just had the wedding of Jiji and Jijaji." Khushi faked a smile for Payal who shot a questioning look at her while Nani touched her head affectionately while thinking about Arnav and Khushi, as she had sensed something wrong in between them.

She knew about the attraction and spark in between them but it was never that Arnav was watching her so intently and publicly while Khushi didn't even glance at him and she had grown so lifeless.

" Wow, my sister grew so mature in just one night! Is it this philosophy or are you eager to get married as soon as possible, Pagli?" Payal came close to her and questioned her with a warm smile on her face while Khushi chose to remain silent as an answer for the question.

On the other hand, Arnav was clueless so as to what to say. He cannot even ask to them to call of the alliance as he had himself accepted it yesterday night and at the same time he couldn't give Khushi any more pain. It seemed as if a chain of regret was forming as every action of his was making him drown deeper into the ocean of redemption.

" Khushi Ji, we will come to speak to your parents, asking for your hand tomorrow. You don't how happy you made us by accepting this relationship." Anjali hugged her warmly while Khushi reciprocated the hug but her heart was somewhere else.

Somewhere in the dream world, where she waited for the same day with bated breath. But the same day now seemed like a curse to her. Tears refused to form in her eyes as pain refrained from leaving her heart.

She pulled out of the hug while she requested,

" I request your leave, Nani and Anjali Ji. I will convey about your visit tomorrow to Amma."

Her formal tone and straight face was making Arnav's heart twitch in agony. Pangs of agony and torment struck him as she moved towards the door of Shantivan to leave, without even speaking to him or glancing at him while Nani called him, bringing him out of his reverie.

" Chotte, drop Khushi Bitiya Home."

Arnav moved towards the door as his gaze was fixed on Khushi, who was constantly refusing to take Arnav's lift as she didn't want to be alone with him.

" Khushi Bitiya, Arnav will drop you and that is final. We cannot let you go out alone like this and also you are going to be a part of this family soon." Nani spoke in an authoritative tone as she wanted Arnav and Khushi to spend sometime together before they take any final decision to sort out their internal issues. After all, marriage was no small thing. It was a change which would change the life forever and that change is irreversible.

" Let me drop you, Khushi. Please." Arnav's pleading tone shocked others but didn't impress Khushi but she stopped refusing him and bade good bye to them as she walked towards Arnav's car, while in longer strides he reached there and opened the door for her.

She cast a serious glare at him and sat down in the car without uttering a word, shocking and hurting Arnav with her completely changed behavior.

Where will this journey take them?
