Ashu HR experts would probably have "classes" on this topic

I did it the most simple way possible

Its basically a break down of Strengths, Weakness (they dont like for you to call it this though its CLEARLY this)

Here is a mock up of what it should read like:

Strengths:

Ability to work with large volumes of data

Responsiveness: Always "online", answer work email in minutes, happy to give out cell phone contact information

Willing to admit things I dont know

Ability to learn a new tool quick

Always looking for "workarounds" when I use a tool or a system

Ability to communicate technical information to a non technical audience, for ex: Engg specs to Human Resources etc

Weakness:

Dont understand Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes

Inability to travel because of kids

Dont understand Engineering lingo or programming

Real time examples

Where you improved a process to save time

A cool new approach to doing something

Cutting through red tape to go speak with some one directly

Have an example, date, month for each, so if ur hiring manager wants to cross check he/she knows u are not bull shitting
