Omg the teaser is interesting.

I think the teaser convo is between

Payash. May be snake called or appeared in presence of akash.

Since khushi is in control I doubt she would indulge in a verbal war with snake.

Secondly if she is still on the trip with Arnav then there isn't a 3rd person and knowing Arnav he wouldn't get intimidated by anyone to tell khushi all that.
