Fantastic update Mira...

Conversation between Sumitra and Manorama was very emotional...

Clearly this update belonged to Meera and Mohan...for me it's very difficult to choose between both of them...both are very adorable...

The way mohan said meera can keep half of his papa clearly shows he is a person with golden heart...

Why did mohan flinched by maya's touch...

After reading khushi's thought eagerly waiting to read kailash's looks...

Really enjoying arshi 's night texting...

Hope to see arnav along with every one on this road trip...

Lovely one as usual...manorama and Sumitra sharing and e pressing their pain and the longing to see their children happy

I noticed there are a lot of characters start by 'm'

Meera and mohan ...they gelling together will surely pave their parents "Milan"

Mira ... what an amazing chapter ... specially the interaction between the two children ...

In their innocence they have won each other's heart and trust for life ...

Must applaud you on your ability to write so flawlessly and with such depth

on such a sensitive topic ...

"You can have half of my papa !" was the cutest ever ...

Meera is the best thing that could have happened for Mohan ...

"It would be so easy to pass quick judgments here, sitting on this side. But who knew

what kinds of stories lay behind these decisions and the pain that these people undertook

to make those decisions..."

and rightly said ... who are we to pass judgement on other people ...

God alone knows why things happen in people's lives ...

Another beautiful update...Love the conversation between Sumitra & Manorama. They both are talking about their losses an witnessing their own children dying in front of them...never healing pain they felt as mothers...but what I love the most was Sumitra giving a new hope to Manorama saying that their grandchildren will be filling the gap for their lost children.

It seems that Meera & Mohan are indeed bonded to each other an Mohan wants to share his half father with her. I was so happy to read their conversation. Looks like that Mohan spoke what destiny wants them to do.

Waiting for their Mathura trip.

Such a well written chapter.

Wonderful update!!!..

Glad to see that Meera n Mohan have hit it off!!!!...it was so gud to c Mohan getting out of his shell with Meeras help...laughing with her n also wanting to go with her on the trip!!!..Meera is proving to be good company for him!...Also the astonishment n joy on Arnav n mayas face felt good!!

Hope Arnav gets to go with her ...please!!!...

Love the way they text each other in the night...

Looks like Khushis memories are awakening... Looking forward to the next update... Thanks for the date!!!

Thought I had already added my comments to this chapter and then noticed I haven't. Blame it on the intensity of that chapter...read it almost as soon as you wrote it. so beautiful it sends shivers down my spine. And that can honestly only be said for a few stories we ever come across in this lifetime. This was amazing for various reasons, the progression in the plot...the realization that as the father of an Asperger's Syndrome child, Arnav is just as vulnerable and likely to crack for all his indomitable spirit and facade as the next man...the feeling of being on the brink of a precipice because Khushi begins to realize she cannot keep Arnav at bay anymore...the amazing bonding of Meera and Mohan just like their divine counterparts, only at a more tangible level...the blooming friendship between adults as much as the children which seems to be the kind that can weather the many vicissitudes of time...they will all have to be strong as they deal with all the changes their lives will now experience. So we are all set and seatbelted for the journey to Mathura. Can Arnav come along for the ride...pretty please?!

Second Chances is a fine piece of writing and I am thoroughly enjoying reading it.Mirabell your characters are so realistic that I can relate to them...they are just like you and me or any other person we know and interact with in our daily lives yet they all in their own special way have risen from ordinary to extraordinary. These people are an example that each one of us is capable to connect to our higherself with little more love and understanding towards people we love or encounter on this beautiful journey called life.
Since I read all fifteen chapters one after another because I was as greedy as a child in a candy store...I will start from the first chapter.
Lavanya,Aakash,both their respective spouses their unconditional love and respect for each one of them and them being each others support system is so realistic.They are nothing less than God sent for Khushi and Meera in their most difficult and testing times.
Manorma and Khushi truely are bound by common love and common grief.I love their silent understanding of each other's pain and give each other an equally silent yet concrete support.
Maya and Arnav's relation is something that is intiguing me no end...watching out for that plot to unfold.It is something I have never come across earlier.
Kailash and Maya's understanding again a big mystery.Thanks for creating these gaps...they add to the texture of the story.
Meera and Mohan are so adorable. Also very important to Second Chances...literally.
Now khushi and Arnav...they have ruled and continue to do so my heart for soilong and my belioved writers on IF have given us so many new dimensions to our Arshi and i have loved each one of them.Your Arnav and Khushi have become one of my favourites.
