Beautiful update! What sensitivity in your writing! Amazing...the way you have pictured the interaction between Meera and Mohan. The same goes for the emotional exchange between Sumitra and Manorama. Unbelievable! I had tears in my eyes reading it! Loved every line. Keep up the great work.

What a delightful update, MB. The best moment, the one that I will consider to be the highlight of your story , the moment when Meera drew Mohan out of himself and made him laugh. I loved the picture of the children finding a quite nook, a little world for themselves behind the sofa, and their conversation. I couldn't stop smiling all the while I was reading the update😃

The was something very Jane Austenish about the way a simple trip to Mathura turned into a family affair.

Khushi's response to Kailash is intriguing It would be nice to know some more about him.

Manorama and Sumitra's conversation was very moving- full of sadness and loss yet full of hope of a happy future.

I can understand Khushi reigning in her feelings for Arnav while feeling as disappointed and upset as Arnav that she did not give him the answer he wanted to hear. Hopefully the hospital will give him the time off to go on the trip. Maybe Maya will contrive for things to be so.

It is such a pleasure to be transported into this world of such decent people as all your characters. The aura of warmth that all of them carry which your writing conveys so well is almost tangible.😃

I think your inspiration to write (Meera30) has been a great influence on you. I absolutely love her stories and in many ways I see her style reflected in yours - especially the part about not rushing the storyline and giving all characters equal footing even the supporting cast. This chapter was absolutely beautiful. I was touched by the meeting of the 2 children in the previous update but your unfurling of further interactions between these 2 and the rest of the family members completely blew me away. This was indeed a joyous occasion at Shantivan the way Nani was musing about at the beginning of the chapter. I love Manorama's observations especially the part about not being quick to judge the Arnav-Maya-Kailash situation since she did not have all the info. I love the chat between Manorama and Nani, about their losses but more importantly about being grateful for the joys that are still here in their lives instead of crying about the ones they have lost. i love the way you portrayed the conversation between Meera and Mohan - it felt like I was watching them too along with Arnav, Kushi and Maya. i just love how Meera kept at it with Mohan instead of treating him like he is different, she does not know any better so she does not judge or act differently with him. Sweet Mohan could see her sadness and was quick to offer a solution in his way. I have no experience with children who have autism and I am loving the way you are portraying him. He may be different but he simply stole my heart. I so want to read more about these 2. I cannot imagine the joys that Arnav, Maya and Nani felt upon hearing his laughter for the first time. We just take things for granted sometimes and whereas for parents dealing with children with special needs, each little accomplishment feels like a blessing.
Poor Arnav is still persisting and I am so glad he asked her outright, forcing her to face the uncomfortable feelings be they in the past or now. I am sure he will there on the trip the next day too as I am sure he is not about to give up, not when he has come so far. He walked away once and knows how much it hurt then. She let him go before, will she do it again? are we about to get a peak into their past now?

How exciting, Arnav traveling with khush to Agra !! I hope that materializes despite khushi not being forthcoming in her answer if she wanted Arnav to travel with her. I wish khushi starts acknowledging her feelings for Arnav and not run away from them. Arnav and khushi along with thier families seem to be the perfect antidote foe all the miseries each had dealt in life. Looking forward to the next update. Beautiful writing. 😳
