TaaRey Two Shots: Our Special Day

Feb 13th 2015 8pm in Taani house

Taani was cladded in beautiful red saree. She was waiting for company cab to pick her, tonight for Valentine Party. She refused it first but as personal Secretary of Mrs.Singhania her presence is much needed. When Taani was in her deep thought, her phone ringed showing caller id "Lawyer"
TAANI: Hello
LAWYER: Hi Mrs.Tanni. I have called to remind that tomorrow u have to appear in court, has final judgment for ur divorce case.
TAANI(tears started to form, composing herself): S I know. I will be there on time
LAWYER: Ok Taani. See u tomo. Bye
TAANI: Bye
Tears started to flow from her eyes, in this one yr her whole life got messed up she don't know whom to blame, whether god or her fate. For others its Valentine's Day, but for her it's much more spl bec it's her Wedding Day. Yet again her fate started to play its cruel game, on same day of her marriage her divorce going to happen.
Tomo Officially once again Mrs.Taani Reyaansh Singhania would be Miss. Taani Shekhawat.

Taani was seated in huge king size bed, her beautiful wedding lengha was speared around and veil covering her face. She was feeling nervous bec it was her wedding night. Like every girl in this world, she too had some expectation and dream of her married life. She never thought she would marry her boss son, few days before Mrs.Signhania asked Taani in hands for her Son Reyaansh. Taani refused but her Step mother agreed for this marriage by getting some money from Singhania's. Taani never longed for luxurious life but simple and happy family, her own family.

But all her dream shattered when her husband come boss Son declared he did this marriage only for name sake and compulsion of his parents. He made clear that he cannot fall in love with middle class girl like her, who married him for money and lavish life. For world Taani is wife of Rey and daughter in law of Singhania but for him she is just a thing which never belongs to his world. Mrs.Singhania many times tried to make him understand that it's was not Taani's but her step mom who took money and Taani is not that type girl as he thinks. But Rey never listened to her. As days passed their relation grew with much more hatred, Rey started throw words on Taani. One night after 5 month of their marriage life Rey came home drunk, he was damn anger on Taani, bec of her his friend Shivam made fun of Rey that he(Rey) married middle class girl who cannot cope with this high class society.

Rey stumbled to walk, seeing his situation Taani came forward to help him but he tightly held her hair and pinned her to wall.
Getting closer to Taani, Rey once again started to blame her. But due to their proximity Rey started to lose his sense, his alcohol took over his sense. When he was about to kiss her Taani pushed him away, which even more added fuel to his burning anger. He held her wrist and pushed her on bed. Rey in dangerous tone "U r my so called wife oops no no my mistress bec my parents bought u for me. So you have no rights to stop me", by saying this he placed his lips on her neck and started to kiss her madly. Taani got shocked at his statement, "Mistress" those words kept running in her ears when Rey forcefully made love with her oozing out his frustration.

Next day when Rey woke up with heavy head last night incident started played before his eyes, he felt ashamed for behaving like animal to her. He banged his hand on wall in anger unfortunately sharp material tore his skin blood started to flow, that time Taani how came with coffee for him(daily routine) started to panic seeing blood and took first aid box to treat his wound. But Rey pulled his hand away from her, in sharp tone "no need for ur fake concern and whatever happened between us last night is just a mistake" and stormed out of room. Taani went on her knees and started to cry.

Again 3 month passed, exactly like strangers(bec somewhere Rey was feeling guilty). Rey placed divorce paper and huge amount of money on table in their bedroom, asked her to sign it and leave his house. Rey went to freshen up. Taani composing herself signed those divorce paper as he wished and left his home without informing anyone. When Rey came back after freshening he was shocked to see that she has signed(he thought she would create some scene) and more than that she not even took single penny from him. She removed and kept all her expensive jewelry (including her diamond mangalsutra). Rey was confused but he threw his thought away and went to sleep peacefully(without knowing this is going to be his final peaceful slumber).

Another couple of months passed, it was first day of their divorce case in court. For past two months he has not even met her once. Mr and Mrs. Singhania too present in court. After Taani left their house, Mrs.Signhania stopped talking to her son who does not know to validate relationship; she came to meet her daughter in law who was suffering bec of her deeds.

But when Taani entered into court Singhania's got shocked bec she was pregnant (may be 5 or 6 months), most shocked one was Rey he stood numb just staring at her. Taani was feeling nervous seeing their shocked face and lowered her head. When Mr & Mrs. Singhania went near Taani, she tried bent down to take blessing but Mr & Mrs. Singhania stopped her in middle and blessed her. Mrs.Singhania was literally in happy tears that their heir is growing in her (Taani) womb. Mrs. Singhania asked how many months and how well baby is doing. Taani replied with small smile that its 5 month now and baby is fine. Rey was silently listening to their convo, unknown feeling of happiness started to bud in his heart. Case was moved for another two month since they have not completed one yr of their marriage life. Mrs. Singhania again offered Taani as her personal Secretary, as Taani was working in Call Center which is not good baby as well as for her. Taani refused to rejoin but Mrs. Singhania pleaded her so with no option left, she accepted the offer.

Taani's chain of thoughts broke when she heard horn sound of car and she got into it. After 1 hr she reached RS Hotel where Valentine Party is going on, before entering into party hall Taani took a deep breath and promised herself not to breakdown before him. After rejoining Singhania Industry, his(Rey) behavior towards her was different from usual one, but she was scared to face once again rejection from him. Taani just stood beside her MIL. When it was around 11.15 pm Rey and Riya (Singhania's best friend daughter) called on dance floor. Taani tried hard to hold her emotion even though every thread between them going to end tomo, her love for him never ends by those stupid papers. But she was completely broken, when she heard her colleague talking that Rey and Riya r getting married. Unable hold her emotion Taani ran to terrace, to let her heart out and sat on floor started to cry as much as possible hiding her face inbetween her knees, holding her baby bump protectively only life which belongs to her now.
