Read the last chapter at last. Am a bit miffed with Khushi's dad's moral high ground, though understand it.
I wish Khushi had told him how painful her decision was to her. I know she's feeling it, yet I wish there was a momentary questioning of those value systems and telling him that she understands his point of view too. She was mad at her father and Arnav for not consulting her, but she did accept her father's decision.
I think I am biased, for my heart is with Arnav. He's never asked anything, yet has had to give so much of himself.
I'm glad Arnav and his mom were able have the much needed conversation and come to an understanding.
The horrible nightmare is an omen of what is to come.
