I can take her anger but I don't know how I'll be able to bear her hurt and disappointment, especially because I know how much more vocal she'll be about it. She was never the one to pussy foot around issues and tact is definitely not her strongest points", Khushi said, with her a frown marring her forehead. "Don't get me wrong", Khushi added quickly with a guilty twinge in her heart, "I love her, I love her just the way she is. I feel horrible for talking about her like this...". ---- Felt so real Jenny...Khushi's feeling were perfectly drawn out, her angry, sorrow, frustration, helplessness neatly done...

"Of course, you love her, Khushi, just as I love my mother. It's just that we're not kids any more...and our parents are no longer these perfect humans we thought they were when we were children. They are humans...flawed humans just as we are. Our love is still the same... it's just not blind anymore".--- That was wise and a point which I had failed to recongnize. You had put it into words very nicely and honestly.

"We look back at the past with the clarity of hindsight, we can even look ahead at the future and visialize it with glasses tinted with hopes and wishes"."You don't really see present beyond the immediate surroundings. You just live it. One moment at a time, one choice at a time, struggling to deal with, to cope with, whatever life throws at you. In your bid to survive, it's possible that you end up making some selfish decisions...---- very very smartly and wisely put Jenny! I simply loved this part of conversation.

"Constant complaints and criticisms are different from suggestions and advises", retorted Arnav, "And do you know what's the main difference between these two sets of behaviour? The latter carries a subtext of acceptance which the former lacks. ---exactly! I love these bits you put in with the character's dialogues. It so rightly fit.

"But I didn't bring her into my life, serendipity did. One has no control over who enters one's life and who leaves it...".--- very true!

I am simply amazed but glad about Navin's reaction to Khushi's news about Arnav. He managed it pretty well and you did beautifully his character conflict about being a human being, father, husband. Anita was so supportive in her own way and so sweet too. Khushi held it but it was Arnav who stole the show. Astha is insecure while Sujata is secure.

He was dressed in dark jeans, aviators and a white, collared, button up shirt with it's sleeves rolled up to the elbows. And as if that was not enough, a salty breeze blew against him, gently ruffling his hair and plastering his shirt against his stone hard abs.---wah~wah! Dreamy sigh!

I wonder what's Khushi's burning saffron field dream about...So sorry Jenny. I had been out of station and busy with various things that I rarely came to IF. I will be soon catching up with the missed updates..

You are totaly a different writer and in a gud way a very very Talented writer... Saffron field is very unique And smooth concept which i realy enjoyed through out...!!!There is just one thing i want to share' that your english is tooo Much difficult to understand for me i mean the words you choose
Are very unique but i hv to check them on dictionary before
I continue further i dont hv that much vocabulary like you have
