Blind Trust
Two heads kept moving to and fro from right to left with their mouth hung open. Their eyes went wider and wider tracing the path of the object moving in front of them.
"Randhir bhai... Ye hum kya dekh rahe hain?" The first head whispered.
"Transformers 5" The second whispered back.
"Hain?".. "Aur nahi to kya? Transformers 5 hi to hai.. Ye saala Angry Young Man se Mr. Gladrags mein transform mein ho gaya hai raaton raat."
HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! HAHAHAHAH!
Both the heads giggled as they saw Parth checking himself out in the mirror. The giggles turned into stunned disbelief as he started fixing every strand of his hair.

"Mam Please.. I'll be back by 11:30 PM. I have already given you all the details." Vidushi pleaded to Dean. "Hmm.. Ok. I want you in the college premises by 11:20 and IN.MY.CABIN by 11:30. Is that clear?" came her stern voice.
what. what details? hmmm. I don't know ... something is fishy... or maybe I am just overthinking,.,.
"Yes Mam. Thank you so much." Vidushi squealed with excitement. Turning around she rushed towards the door. "Vidushi", came the Dean's voice again.
"Yes Mam, I have already finished the lab work assigned to me. P..Parth will continue now in the lab." Vidushi turned around and said in one go assuming her query.
"What I wanted to know was why you stole the gadgets in the first place? What you are doing right now to repay, you could have done this before as well?" She asked.
hmmm. she is caught.

"Tchh... Black or Blue. Shit.. Kya din hai. Na kapde set ho rahe hain na baal. Shave karoon kya?" Parth rattled his brain looking at himself in the mirror and scratching his stubble.
"Abe, juniors ke extra lab sessions lene jaa raha hai ya ladki dekhne" Randhir's taunt broke his thoughts. Parth almost choked at the word "ladki" as last night replayed in his mind. "Shit, do they ... Idiot hai tu Parth... Freak.. Sanyuktaa... Kaustuki.. they might have heard something.." came the jittery thought in his mind.
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH! HAHAHAHAHAH! HAHHAHAHAHAH! ... oh my gosh...đł this is hilarious.. I have this huge smile plastered on my face!
Moving towards the cupboard, not meeting his roommates' eyes, he asked.. "K.. Kya Matlab?"
"Matlab ye ke jitni der se tu cupboard aur mirror ke beech up-down kar raha hai.. Utni der mein to main 3 baar nahaake 4 baar taiyyaar ho gaya hota" Randhir rolled his eyes. Jiggy chuckled.
I love Randhir... so freaking much. I love you for incorporating in this. like seriously. I cannot explain it. I love RD sooo much. Like the character... I love him. nuff said.
"Thank God", Parth relaxed and rummaged his cupboard again."Haan Parth bhai.. Itna to kabhi taiyyar nahi hote aap. Chakkar kya hai?" Jiggy teased.
"Chakkar ye hai, ke samjh nahi aa raha hai mujhe... ye pehnoo ya ye. Chalo tum dono bataao." Parth asked them, holding a black shirt against the blue shirt he was already wearing.
"Black"... "Blue" came the responses. Twitching his upper lip, Parth closed his eyes holding himself back from strangling both his roommates, till they gave a common answer. Opening his eyes he glared at both of them. Raising his eyebrow, he threw the black shirt on Jiggy's face and stormed out of the room muttering a curt "Thankss". Good for nothing fellas, he cursed mentally reaching the lab.

"Noo. Not again.. NOW, why are you not here? Did I go overboard yesterday? Is she avoiding me? Of course, she is avoiding me." Parth concluded as he was again standing alone in the lab and the table had all the welding material set up for him. "Vidushi" Parth's mind spoke.

"Parth", Vidushi's mind said. The answer to both the questions was "Parth". She did all that for him. And what she was doing now was again for him. Why she stole? She couldn't lose him. So, Desperate times desperate measures. Why is she doing all this now? She can't afford to lose him now. So, Right times right measures. But Dean won't understand this. So, Vidushi just looked down standing there in complete silence.
"Hmm.. Leave. Be back on time." The dean dismissed her. Leaving the office, Vidushi rushed to reach the place ASAP.
"Great. So now I have to climb pipes for her every day. What does she think? That I am Spiderman and she is Mary Jane? Awesome Parth.. Now you are talking like her." Parth angrily muttered to himself, while showing the students the proper way of welding.
HAHAHAHAHAHH! I LOVE IT. You're sooo great!
"Spiderman to nahi.. Lekin Sir Dr. Octopus ki tarah behave kar rahe hain. Akele akele baat kar rahe hain" One of the students whispered. And the gang started giggling. The giggles distracted Parth from his distraction and he looked up with a murderous look.
hahahahahaha! OCTOPUS! WHAT EVEN! HAHAHAHAHA!
"Daant andar karlo nahi to INHE weld kar doonga. Take the metal pieces and start the work on your tables." He warned them through gritted teeth. The giggling stopped immediately and everyone rushed to their tables like scared chicken. Sparing them one last glare, Parth walked towards the window to get some fresh air. And that upped his Blood Pressure by notches.
I CAN SEE ALL OF THIS!
"Vidushi", he said horrified as he saw her going out of the college. "SHIT", he shouted and turned around.
WAIT SO HE MUST THINK THAT SHE IS LEAVING THE COLLEGE AFTER WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHTđłâşď¸

This is SO not happening, he mentally cursed, as the entire batch of students looked at him with horrified expressions. Clearing his throat, he said "What? Keep working. I have some important task at hand. Will be back in 10 minutes.", and walked towards the door with as steady pace as he could. Behind his back, the students looked at each other, flickering their eyebrows. The moment Parth left the room, one guy commented "Mary Jane ko dhoondhne jaa rahe hain." And the class howled with wolf laughs.
"I HEARD THAT YOU MORONS" Parth roared from the corridor. The lab fell into muffled giggles.
hahahahahahahaha! I love this sooo much! I don't think you understand this!
"A.. AA.. Language Mr. Kashyap" He stopped dead as there stood Maya clearly miffed with his outburst. And that made Parth blush. The same words which he had used for Vidushi were now being thrown at him now.
"I didn't know that a warning is supposed to make you BLUSH, Mr. Kashyap. Missing someone?" she inquired.
"Vidushi", Parth blurted out.
"What?" .. "No.. I mean I was looking for Vidushi, Mam. I needed her help in the lab. I can't find her Mam. Er.. Do you have any idea where she is?" Parth coaxed her. It was Saturday and students were allowed to go out but only with permission. Sure she would have asked the Dean.
mhhhmmm! I understand now!
"Hmm.. Well.. She is out for some important work. She won't be back till 11.30." With that she turned back to go to her cabin.
"11.30.. YOU MEAN 11.30 PM?" Parth screamed horrified.
"Oh yes, Mr. Kashyap. Its 12:00 PM now.. So obviously 11.30 now, would be directly in the night, I suppose" she turned around amused.
HE HAS TO BE WITHOUT HER FOR SO LONG!
"Well.. Yeah.. Umm.. Mam.. If you don't mind can I pick her up from the place she has gone?" Parth asked. Maya narrowed her eyes. "Actually, I'll be going to buy some stuff for myself. So I can pick her up. It's not so safe at that hour. Plus she is my classmate as well as colleague. So it's my responsibility." He again blushed as the last word again reminded him of the other night.

"I didn't know that a responsibility is also supposed to make you BLUSH, Mr. Kashyap. Fine, now BOTH of you be on time. She should be in my office by 11:30. Come to my cabin. I'll give you the address."

Taking the address, Parth rushed to the door. "Parth", came the Dean's voice again. "I can see that how eager you are to fulfill your responsibilities, but I would appreciate a bit more if you first complete the extra lab sessions and then go in the evening. I hope this should not hamper your jumping spirits right now." She smirked.

"Of course Mam! I was going to the lab only. Thank you Mam." Parth managed to speak amidst all the embarrassment.
"Vidushi.. What a day you have made this to be. I should have smacked your other hip as well that night. Mujhe bataa ke nahi jaa sakti thi" Parth fought with her mentally as he walked back to the lab.

"OKKK Enoughhh.!!" Vidushi roared at the top of her voice. "Bachhe hain ya monsters. 4 ghanton mein naak mein dum kardi hai. No wonder, they are paying me heavy for babysitting these devils." Vidushi cursed looking at the twins creating ruckus in the room.
"Dekho... Agar abhi so jaaoge na to hum log shaam ko game khelenge" Vidushi tried to bribe them.
"Hum game hi to khel rahe hain" One of the twins said as he hit the other with the pillow again.
Holding them both she said, "Garden mein khelenge. Blindfold waala game. Main aankhon par patti baandhoongi aur tum logon ko pakdoongi. Okk?" she again bribed them.
"YAYYY.. Ok Ok" Both the kids jumped and finally lay down on their beds. "Finally, at least 2 ghante ke liye to shaanti hui." Vidushi breathed a sigh of relief as she cleared the mess the boys had created.
AWH! She is doing this for him... that's adorable. haha, has to deal with cute bachcha devils! *remembers the song Yaar Naa Miley from Kick... because of devil...* get it? get it? get it? hehehe!

Parth checked his watch as he stood in front of the backyard of the posh bungalow. 6.45 PM. "Watchman se kya kahoonga. Obviously he won't allow any other person. Aaah forget it", he thought. Seeing that the coast is clear, he climbed the wall and jumped in to the backyard. Sneaking towards the garden in the front he hid behind the wall. His legs froze at the sight in front of him.
Memories of him and Arpita rushed to his mind as he saw Vidushi blindfolded infront of him. And then her voice bought him out of the painful reverie. "This is not fairrr. OUCHHH...!!.. Ek baar pakad lene do mujhe, tum dono ki khair nahi" Vidushi screamed in frustration as one of the twins playfully hit her on her waist. Shaking his head, Parth giggled as he forgot everything and enjoyed the scene in front of him. As they moved more inside the garden, Parth tiptoed into the house.
ahh. he still remembers Arpita... goodness... but. the fact that he is laughing about her!
The next 15 minutes were a roller coaster ride for the twins and Parth. Vidushi got hold of the pillar, trees but not the boys. They pulled the hem of her t-shirt and hit on her waist to tease her even more. Her "What the HELL?" made the boys laugh like maniacs. Parth couldn't remember the last time he had laughed so much. Clutching his stomach, he bent down as it hurt now from so much laughter.
HER FAMOUS LINE! WHAT THE HELLL! hahah!

His eyes snapped open as he heard Vidushi's scream, "AAAHHH". He looked up and the garden fell into deathly silence. "Vidushi. SHIT" he whispered to himself.
And then, the garden roared with laughter. The twins rolled on the floor, pointing fingers at her. Parth glared at the boys for laughing at her, but the moment Vidushi turned around he cupped his mouth and giggled uncontrollably with eyes tight shut. She had fallen down and was smudged with mud. And boy, she was a sight to watch.
awh! hahah! that's sooo adorbs!
Taking off the blindfold, she looked at the boys and started giggling as she saw herself in the glass door. And that stunned Parth. The girl who never took any comment from anyone in the college was taking up a funny situation on herself, and on top of that enjoying it. Indeed, he needed to know a lot about her. No wonder, she intrigued him.
awh! THAT IS PERF! She is laughinggg!

"Ok.. Very funny. Chalo now go to your room. It's dark. Main ye sab clean karke aati hoon." Vidushi told them. The boys ran inside giggling and Vidushi made her way to the washroom. Keeping the blindfold on the basin, she opened the tap.
"What?.. Who the hell?" .. "Shhh.. It's me".. Parth whispered in her ear from behind her, as he again blindfolded her.
*gulp* he blindfolded her. naughty thoughts.đ˛
"Parth.. " She gasped. "Tum yahaan kya kar rahe ho" She asked horrified. Nuzzling his nose on her nape, he whispered, "Do you trust me?". Vidushi gulped and exhaled slowly.
Kissing her earlobe, he chuckled "I guess this means YES". Tracing his index finger down her arms, he took her hands in his palms. "Don't move" he again whispered as Vidushi titled more towards him. Taking the hand wash in his hand, he rubbed their foamy palms together. Vidushi shivered as he moved his hands slowly up the elbow and down to her hands. The torture ended as he finally cleaned their hands with water and dried them with the towel.
Turning her around towards him, he whispered against her lips "Few more minutes". Vidushi's smiled, as he softly wiped the mud from her forehead, nose and cheeks with the foam and then with his wet fingers. Her breathe hitched as he moved his thumb along her lips. "Parth" she breathed. "Bas ho gaya", he said and dabbed the towel softly on her face.
Catching her breath, she moved her hands up to remove the blind fold. Stopping her midway, he put her hands down again. Cupping her face, he kissed softly on her forehead. "Thanks Vids", he said as he softly kissed her cheeks. "For what?" Vidushi whispered. "For making me so happy today." He said stopping against her lips. Sensing his hot breath, she leaned in.
"Parth", Vidushi opened the blindfold not feeling his lips. He was gone.
ahhh! She made him happy... and he left? Why? Because he remembered Arpita. Danggg. it was a hot scene man... ahhh!

Walking towards the college, on the deserted road, she cursed herself for being so stupid. "What were you thinking Vidushi. They offered to drop you back to college and you refused. Ab itni raat ko auto kahaan se milega?"
"Why didn't you tell me about this job?" Parth's voice made her jump as she turned around to see him leaning along the street light. Feeling relaxed, she said "Wo.. umm.. I thought ke I should tell you. But then I thought.. Ke kya zaroorat hai. I mean I have to repay the money anyhow. There was no point dragging yo..."
"PARTH KASHYAPPP... I WILL KILL YOU.. PUT ME DOWN. YOU MORON.. YOU JERK" Vidushi screeched as Parth had flung her on his left shoulder.
AHAHAHAHAHAH! AWH!!!
"I TOLD THE DEAN THAT I WILL PICK YOU UP" he laughed like a maniac.
"ASSHOLEEE!!!", Struggling violently on his shoulder, she hit his back hard with her fist.
"ARRGHHH... STOP IT", he roared and smacked her right hip hard.
"OUCHHH.. HOW DARE YOUUU... PUT ME DOWN. YOU SCOUNDREL."
"STOP THIS ABUSIVE LANGUAGE"
"STOP BEHAVING LIKE AN APE. WHAT DID I DO THIS TIME NOW?"
HAHAHAHA! AWH! THEY ARE SOO CUTE!
"WHAT DID YOU DOOO? YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS JOB. MY DAY STARTED LIKE HELL. MY ROOMMATES, THEY MOCKED ME. THOSE BLOODY JUNIORS WERE MAKING FUN OF ME. AND THEN I SAW YOU. I AM JUST FREAKING 19 AND I GOT A MINI HEART ATTACK WHEN I WATCHED YOU GOING OUT. I THOUGHT YOU LEFT. ON TOP OF THAT, EVEN THE DEAN MOCKED ME. SO YOU RIGHTLY DESERVE THAT SMACK. AND WHAT WERE YOU THINKING COMING BACK ALONE AT THIS HOUR?" He roared and smacked her again harder this time.

"Youuu bloody .." she was again stopped as Parth had put her down and kissed her lips softly.

"Now, that's a good night." Parth grinned and ran towards the gates leaving behind a flustered Vidushi rubbing her butt.
