Chapter 27: Mission Milaap - Round 3 (Ting ting ting)
Next morning, VidArth and WanKit were ready to go to the station well before time, as they had to collect their luggage only there. But the Suryavanshis had a different plan, they wanted to delay them to the core so that they don't get time to talk to anyone but just board the train.
As planned by Vardhan and Niharika in the morning, Vardhan acted as though he had a severe cramp in his stomach, because of which he created a scene. He continued his tantrums for about an hour and thus was successful in delaying the 4 of them.
Vardhan: Arey am so sorry, meri chakkar mein tum logon ka train miss na hojaye! Yoyo will drop you guys. Now leave. I want a full report from the girls when they are back. Got it? You will meet Mr. Madhav Hande at the station who will help you guys out.

Soon the four along with Yoyo left the Suryvanshi mansion and reached the station at the nick of the moment. SanDHir and JiKi had already placed their luggage at their places and just waited to see them off. The moment Ankit and Parth got on to the train, it started chugging out of the station. all of them kept waving until they were out of sight. JiKi and SanDhir returned to the house.
JiKi were preparing lunch for them, while Sanyukta was busy with hanging the clothes to dry, and Randhir was sulking as he could not talk with Dhwani about his "discovery". Though Sanyukta noticed this, she never spoke anything to him. Randhir could no longer restrain himself from talking with her, he had decided that he would start talking with her from lunch.
In a while, all of them were sitting at the dining table and were having lunch. Randhir tried to start a conversation with Sanyukta but he failed miserably. Now he had to calculate a lot of things before he spoke or did anything. Soon after lunch, the four of them went to their respective rooms. (Randhir took Parth's room, while Jiggy took Ankit's room) .
Randhir's POV:
What do I do now? Until I tell Mish I cant talk to Basanti. As in like that way! Usually I can talk na. But why do I fumble when am with her. Especially after I've found out about her. Ugh!! Don't get caught RSS. Now I understand why I kept on getting attracted towards her! Lekin what happened to her eyes? Why is it grey? She's wearing lense? If so why coloured? I've to find out.
He was brought back from his thoghts when his cell beeped. He had received a mail from O&S Industries - "We are glad to inform you that our new CFO will be taking up her office from tomorrow. A small party has been arranged in this regard and we cordially invite you for the same. Thank you.

Randhir(muttering): Party? Aur Western dress? I've never seen her in a dress. Will she have one? Or should I get? Arey beta randhir you are just a friend to her nowl. Zyaada soch mat.
Soon he heard a knock and he turned around to see Jiggy standing there.
Randhir: Haan Jiggy bolo na
Jiggy: RD! Mail mila kya?
Ranhdir: Haan haan! Kal shaam ko party hai!
Jiggy: Yup! But we have to go to office too. We are meeting up with the other 3 members of our project.
Randhir: Good. Schlieblich! Perfekt! (Finally! Perfect!)
Jiggy: Yea! Kommt zum abendenssen?(Coming for dinner?)
Randhir: Jawohl (Yup) Sie mitmachen 5 (will join you in 5)
Randhir came down to see JiKi and Sanyukta discussing about the party. But once he came Sanyukta stopped talking and started having dinner. The rest of the dinner went very silently. JiKi went away for a walk leaving behind SanDhir. They had noticed that the two of them wee on a cold war and could be sorted only when they were left alone. He wanted to congratulate her but he also knew that she wont talk to him properly. Though he was angry with her for avoiding him, his love for her overcame his ego and he started talking to her.
Randhir: Erm. Sanyukta?
Sanyu: Haan?
Randhir: Woh actually hmmm..
Sanyu: Kya hua? Kuch chaiye?
Randhir: Haan.. nahi, haan!
Sanyu: Pehle decide karo ki what you want!
Randhir: Sorry!
Sanyu: Kyun?
Randhir: Hmmm I didn't talk to you properly in this one month.
Sanyu(mind): OMG! Yeh kya ho raha hai?
Sanyu(heart) : Then even I have to apologise na now!
Sanyu (mind): Kya boloon - I will tell I was busy with resignation.
Sanyu (heart): Tum jhoot bolegi?
Sanyu(mind): Jhoot kahan? Sach bhi tho hai! Yahi sahi rahega?
Randhir meanwhile had called her a number of times but she had not responded at all so he shook her shoulders which sent jitters down their bodies, because of which Sanyukta jumped a little.
Randhir: Kya hua? Kahan kho gayi?
Sanyu: Huh? Hmmm.. am sorry too. I was actually very busy with this resignation and handing over stuff.
Randhir: Hmm. Ok.. accepted! So big day tomorrow?
Sanyu: Haan!
Randhir: Nervous ho?
Sanyu: Nahi! (started biting her lips)
Randhir: Jhoot bol rahi ho!
Sanyu: Kya? Mein jhoot kyun boloungi?
Randhir: So that I don't tease you.
Sanyu: Tumhe kaise pata chala ?
Randhir: Instincts darling!
Sanyu: Don't darling me!
Randhir: Kyun na karoon?
Sanyu: I don't like. Hmmm waise you've not yet told how you knew?
Randhir: Later Sanyukta. Jaake so jao! Subah milte hai! You need to have good sleep!
Sanyu: Hmmm.. ok. When are you gonna sleep?
Randhir: After the lovebirds return! I don't think Kastu took the keys!
Sanyu: Ok. Good night. Sleep well.
Randhir: Good night. (in mind Basanti)
Sanyu turned around, stopped for a moment and stared at him, when he raised his eyebrows she nodded her head and left from there.
Sanyu(in mind): I felt that someone called me Basanti. Kahin... Randhir gabbar hai kya? I gotta find out. Par abhi nahi! Kal karoongi. Party ke baad!
Soon Sanyukta was in deep slumber with her room lights on. Kastuki came and switched off the same after Randhir had reminded her! As morning crept in, Sanyukta woke up and started with her usual routine. She noticed that the main door was unlocked and realised that Randhir would have gone for jogging. She prepared breakfast and arranged the same on the table and went to get ready.
After about an hour she came out carrying her laptop and a file. JiKi were at the dining table waiting for SanDhir to come. Just as she came out, Randhir too came down and both of them were looking at each other. He shamelessly was checking her out She was clad in a beautiful blue and black saree with a black blouse. The saree was very simple but at the same time it was elegant. Her hair was left open which was completely starightned. It made her look like she was an experienced professional. In short she looked like a business woman in traditonal Indian attire which enhanced the beauty and the culture.
Kastuki came to her and adjusted her saree a little thus making her look more beautiful and dignified! Sanyu and Kastu came to the table and settled themselves, while randhir had broken the eyelock and settled himself when Kastu intervened. Soon after the breakfast, SanDhir and Jiggy left to O&S Industries while Kastuki left to AS & Co.
As soon as she entered the building, she was warmly welcomed by the board members and she was asked to sign a few papers after which she was declared to be the CFO of O&S Industries and its group all over the world. Since she was previously the auditor, she had a good rapport with the accounts departement and also with the other employees. She immediately got to work and had started planning to reorganise the accounts department according to her requirement.
Meanwhile, Randhir and Jiggy had met with the other 3 members who were selected for the project. The project was to be supervised by Yoyo and Kruthi. The entire team - Randhir, Jiggy, KruYo and the 10 members were busy with their works and presentations.
At around 5 - Sandhir and Jiki were leaving home to get ready for attending the party, but Vardhan had called them. He informed that they will have to go to Mumbai next week and also that by next week the board will like to have draft of the project. So Randhir and Jiggy had to work extra hours now. As they left Vardhan thought to himself "Ab tak I've kept you away from Dhwani, I hope this work will also keep you busy and make you forget to inform about you'discovery' to Dhwani. Oh God mera saath dena"
