CHAPTER 38HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF : PART III


New Year's Eve
Vasusen decided to get ready for the party while Vrushali was clensing her face. The moment her opwnwd his box, the call rang up. "Bhai, strong energy signals from West London. We need your help here!" It was Paarth. Leaving all things spread around, Vasusen left instantly for help his brothers.
"Bhai? Where's he leaving at this time? He looks to be worried" said Paarth who saw Vasusen rush with his car. Unfortunately, Vasusen could not see Paarth and hence left in great hurry.

Shubhi got off the car. "Finally! I reach the Central! Let's check this party now!" Said Shubhi who was drenched in gold from head to toe and was wearing a heavy Indian attire. She was looking exactly like Subhadra, her of past. Shubhi too was for once worried when she saw herself in the mirror and recalled her past. But, thinking of all that to be a mere coincidence she rushed to the hotel alone without any of the members of the family.
Entering into the hotel she felt some winds of past blowing towards, she felt an instant grip of past which was constantly pulling her towards it. And the moment she kept her first step into the hall, memories of past flooded her eyes. Every single moment she spent in her previous life, she could see time repeat itself to each moment she kept ahead. The hall which was exactly like the faded past which was lost in the joy of her new life, she could not take all the memories together.
But her brother, the Almighty, Govind arrived just on time to help his sister and support her. "Bha...bhai! This..." She pointed at the hall, the court of Hastinapur. "Some things have to happen Shubhi. This is the time when all of us should come to know about the truth." Said Govind who too, was dressed as Krishna of past. "The one who has organised this has some intention to hurt us all." She said wiping her tears, controlling herself. "No Shubhi. The person who organosed this has no intention of hurting us but has the intention to uncover the past which was hidden from us since long." Govind explained her with great care.

The hall was full of people. All of them dressed like their forms of DwaparYuga. But of the member present there Vrushali was worried for Vasusen. The environment all around the hall was constantly reminding her of some faded past but she was worried about Vasusen too, who had not arrived in the party till now. The whole family was there except Vasusen.
Each one of them present there was witnessing some memory of their past, incomplete, undone. But only Shubhi knew the whole past. "Once and for all I want to meet the host?" She argued with Alice. "Sorry mam! I cannot help you. The host of this party, she hads not arrived and I have been strictly told not to disclose her identity till the time she arrives." Alice told her the last time. Shubhi's last trial of repuesting to went in vain.
"Where's Paarth?" Shubhi asked Nakul. "Not here. He has not arrived till now. I think he has gone to bring Panchi here." Nakul told her. "Not arrived? Paarth is the most hurting chain between Panchi's past and present." thought Shubhi who was worried at the very thought of Paarth and Panchi entering the hall together.

Duryodhan was finding it has to resist the fabric of the dress he was wearing. Shakuni was excited for the party they were going to while Dushasan and Bhanumati were confused on the invitation they were sent. "Left from that room. That is where the hall for this party is!" The manager told them before they asked, probably because of the costumes they were wearing.
Entering into the hall, Shakuni was shocked out from all his senses. Only two word found the way to his lips. "Dyut Sabha!". "What?" asked Duryodhan. "Nothing. All of you go ahead. I have to tackle with some problems." Shakuni told. "Sure. But don't take an year to join us. Especially when this one is going to end. And also because I feel like being prisoned in this environment." Duryodhan told him.
Following them entered Paarth, who was already troubled by some memories which frequently, were playing in front of his eyes. "Paarth!" shouted Shubhi. "Hey Shubhi!" He replied. Shubhi sighed relief on seeing Paarth enter alone. "Come. We were waiting for you." She said as she held his hand to let him in. "But Pa..." Party was completing when Shubhi cut in "...Panchi will come herself." She told him.

"Sabhajano!" the sound of a lady rang in the hall. "Satya hi kaha hai kisi ne, Samay swayam ko dohrata hai." the sound deepened. "Well looks like I went a bit too Mich into the environment of the party." the spotlight lit the first step of the lady she kept into the party hall. "Well all of you might not have noticed the unlit stage. Well let me reveal the surprise I have prepared for all of you." She told as she went ahead near the stage, her outfit being highlighted by the spotlight.
Keeping her first step on the stage her black, long hair were focused on by the spotlight. "Lights please." She said. "This voice. It is of..." Paarth thought. "Panchi!". Finally the lights revealed her face. Dressed in the royal attire of the Samragyi of Aryavart. Paarth memories wne tdoen the lane to remind him of every beautiful moment of their life which their spent together and that very moment a word escaped his lips, "Panchali!".
"For those who know me I am Panch...i . Looks like you all were expecting some other name!" Panchi said as she saw the eyes of the audience pop out. Her mission was succeeding. "So you all might be shocked to see this casino table behind in this royal setting. Well today we have some special guests who, I would like to tell you like to try their hands in casino gaming of bids. They are Mr.Shakuni and Mr.Duryodhan. The very powerful and rich industrialists." She announced.
Paarth's memory took him back to the scene in the court of Hastinapur where his brother bet his wife's dignity in the dice game. On returning from those memories, a tears escaped from his eyes.
Shakuni's greatest of his life was turning out to be true in front of his eyes. He could see Draupadi take her revenge in front of his eyes. He could feel all his senses going down the drain and feel his soul break.
"So come gentlemen. I challenge you to have a game of casino bidding with me. A game which I bet will change your life. A game with me." Panchi invited her culprit to fall into the trap she had laid for them. The same trap which they had laid for her ages ago.
