VALENTINE'S NIGHT
Sharon checked herself in the mirror one last time and thought she was ready to go.She was in no mood to see how her love propose another girl and so she did tried to come out of this mess by calling Swayam in the afternoon saying she had a severe headache only to be to suggested to have a disprin which will make her feel relax.Swayam was adamant on taking her with himself to the party.
Sometimes Swayam was too hard to understand.Why does he want me to come with him?And shouldn't he be going with Rebecca, after all he was going to propose her tonight. . .Does he want me to be his motivator who will give him a speech about love and will encourage him to propose the girl who took her love away from him?arrrghhh. . .Swwwaaayaaammm. . .She realized her head will burst if she thought about this anymore. . . Thankfully her doorbell rang.She ran towards the door and took a deep breath and opened the door. . .There he was standing in a black tuxedo with gelled hairs and a bouquet in hand. . .Sharon was lost in him. . .her heart was pounding in her chest and then he smiled and she went weak on her knees. . .his smile was so captivating. . .his smile can lit up the whole world she thought and suddenly she realized she is saying her own name repeatedly. . .Is it?Oh wait!No!It was Swayam caling her "Sharon?Sharon?You okay?"and Sharon came out from her dreamworld.
"Ye. ..yeah. . .yes I am fine. . ."
"I know I am Charming but if you will keep looking at me like that you will soon fall in love with me"swayam smirked and winked.
Sharon blushed at his comment and realized she was literally checking him out.
"By the way,you are looking Beautiful"
"So are you. . ."
What?Am I Looking beautiful?
"Errr. . .no I mean you are looking handsome"
"Yeah. . .that is why you were checking me out. . ."
Sharon's face flushed and she started looking down in embarrasment.
"kk. . . I wont tease you . . .ok?"
"yeah. . .Thank you"
Both of them looked at each other and started laughing.
"Shall we go?"
"Yeah. . ."
IN CAR
But Swayam don't you think you should have gone with Rebecca?"Sharon said trying to find logic in Swayam's actions.
"Rebbeca???Oh yeah. . .don't worry she is already at the party. . .trust me this day is gonna be the most happiest Valentine of all time for me,for her and hopefully for you too."
Sharon's POV
Oh yes why not this is gonna be the most happiest Valentine for me. . .my foot!I don't understand why am I doing all this taken so much efforts to get ready,come with you and see how my love will be proposing some other girl!But I love you Swayam and If my coming to this party makes you happy. . .if my meeting with your girlfriend bring a smile on your face I am ready to do that too!Your smile is my lifeline Swayam.
Swayam's POV
Oh God Sharon!Was it really necessary to look this beautiful?I am going to propose you tonight in some hours and I should focus on that but how am I supposed to concentrate when you sitting beside me looking like the most beautiful angel in the whole universe. . .please God please let her be mine. . .I will keep her happy. . .I wont let any harm come to her. . .
THE PARTY
Both Swayam and Sharon entered the party and joined their friends.Love was in the air. . .There were people who were admiring the couples and thinking when will the day come when they will be lucky enough to roam like that. . .and there were people who were feeling contended tonight in the arms, in interwined hands of their love and then agaim there were people like our hero who were nervous because it was a big day for them. . .anyhow one thing was common in everybody they were all celebrating the feeling of LOVE.
Swayam and Sharon were talking to their friends when Rebecca came.
"Very bad,both of you forgot me,I am not talking to both of you"
Swayam looked at her and suddenly realizing something excused himself.
Sharon looked at his retreating figure and thought he must be going to do last minute preperations. . .Tears started to come in her eyes but she controlled herself.
"Sharon,he is mad lets go. . .there are some performences going on. . . lets watch them. . ."
"No Rebecca you go,I don't feel like watching it.I will be back in sometime"
Sharon walked to the garden and sat on the bench and started crying lightly. . .she kept thinking about Swayam. . . it ached her heart to even think about that she was going to lose Swayam forever.She was sobbing lightly when she heard Swayam's voice "Sharon. . .?"
"Swayam?what are you doing here?"
"Lets go. . ."
"I don't feel like Swayam. . .you go and enjoy the party inside. . ."
"I am not asking you to come inside Sharon. . .Come with me. . .Will you?"Swayam asked with a different intensity in his eyes.
She looked at him and said "Always. . ."it held the meaning only she could understand. . .
Swayam held her hand and wihout asking Sharon followed him.
"There. . ."Swayam gestured her with his hands and she looked at the direction following his finger and what she saw took her breath away. . .
