Well, I truely understand Akash's pain and frustration.
But I also believe that Arnav didn't mean to appear the way Akash sees him. Yet, it is undeniable what Arnav and Khushi share. I wonder how Khushi will talk to Akash now. It was a very Akash centered chapter but I loved it. I kept thinking, what will Akash's reaction and now I know...great...All the best for your exam. Once done, do update soon...

Superb update. .

I understand Akash... His insecuries, and all bottleup emotions came at front seeing that article... He had no control over him after that... So I don't blame him... Rather i feel terrible for him... His situation brought the worse of him... I just hope he is fine...

Arnav on the other hand was too shock to say anything. .. First hearing what Akash feels all these years... And maybe there was guilt too... Somewhere he knows what he started feeling for khushi. . He never wanted that but it happened anyway... And now everything is so messed up...

I guess this would have happened inevitably, except that Arnav bore the brunt of it!

Yes he may have fallen in love with Khushi but he has done nothing, well almost nothing to pursue Khshi or reveal his affections to anyone...

But for Akaash it is not as much as this betrayal as it is resentment against his parents, all through his growing years, finally finding an outlet. all that he wanted to say all these years but couldn't and this provided a perfect opportunity...i want to see how he reacts when khushi tells him that she doesn't love him!

And I don't think Khushi is the love of his life. she was someone who was a non-conformist, who shunned the accepted notions of love and family, a maverick - someone whom Akaash found similar to himself and formed a bond with. Plus she was someone whom his family had no connection with and so was all his. If you see their interactions, its him trying to push their relationship rather than Khushi.. and even then their interactions are hardly those of a lovey dovey, much in love couple. Its a relationship born out of a convenience that serves both their purposes.

While it may seem heartless, its better for Akaash to have his heart broken right now than later - Khushi would have never been happy with him knowing what she felt for Arnav.

I disagree that Khushi is like her father. She has decided to be honourable and come clean with Akaash before Akaash actually gets more serious. Whereas Shashi walked out of a committed marriage when he had children and had no qualms aboutt them being branded bas***ds and his wife a loose woman.

Didn't see this coming... Akash's reaction is a bit surprising but given his past and the situations it makes sense... but I didn't know he would blast Arnav that way and Arnav just stood there iterally shocked.. Anjali is the best... she didn't judge anyone and supported Arnav... even though shes close to Akash... I know it must have hurt Akash but without knowing the truth he reacted... he needs to learn so much from Arnav like how Khushi learnt. I'm really not sure what Akash calls love is actually love... well thats what he thinks and lets see what he does for his love.

Now Akash is going to shout at Khushi also... well she getting that is justified... she should have broken up with him and just remained friends but she didn't... now its kinda late... Akash will only misunderstand her and Arnav more... gosh such a mess

fab update..Akash's ouburst was quite justified.arnav not speaking was the biggest mistake. But he to is stunned by his own brothers pentup frustration!!!

Archi, this was indeed a very emotional update which felt so close to reality.

It happens in almost every household in India, where one child is compared to another or to a cousin or to a neighbor and the child is always said "Look at her/him, how good he or she is. Why cant you be like him or her".

These above sentences are so common that we take it as a way of life. Even I have heard it when I was young and probably said it to my son too. But we never realise the consequences of it at that moment.

Mind is probably the most difficult thing to understand in this whole world and how it reacts to different situations is totally unpredictable.

Akash had the bitterness in his mind for ever due to the never ending comparisons to his brother. And today when he saw that his first love chose his brother over him, all the dams broke.

He lashed out at his brother and brought out all the pent up feelings since childhood. And in his anger and frustration he did not give a chance for the other person to even talk or clarify their stand.

What's going to happen next??? Arnav probably is heart broken listening to his brother's talk and the kind of animosity he has towards him.

What about his relationship with Khushi, will it get effected?

How about when Khushi finds out everything that has happened?

Oh man, what a mess!!!!
