Lot of people do not get at least 10% of the opertunities she got. Look at Khushi, She lost her loving parents, bacame a orpan, had to marry a stranger who told her he could never love her and need to face taunts from her mother in law everyday.
I was kind disapointed the way Arnav gettig his closure. I thought he was going to realise and was going to get his closure before Lexie died. Luckly for Arnav, for Khushi and even for herself Lexie died before suffering even more. What if she did not die? So is he going to suffer and won't give Khushi the love she deserve? whenever he got a news about Lexie's suffering, is he going to suffer and shut Khushi out and behave like jerk? Another lucky thing is Lexie news fit Arnav's schedule and happed inbetween election and results. What if it happen while the campain going on or after results come out? Lexie died only 10 days after Arnav came. What if she stays in same position for months? Is Arnav going to stay there and abonded Khushi?

He got peace from her presence and he enjoyed the caring she used to give but once he got a call about his so called true love he throw Khushi's care at her face and never think about her until Lexie brought it up, even after that also he did not feel about it. He did not show the responsibilty and guilt where those really need show and wasted on the un deserved person.

yes..exactly what I felt. Though, respecting your opinion, I just disagree with only one point here, about calling Lexie undeserving. She was abondoned by her parents, her friends too later. Her beliefs of living a life turned more bigger in dimensions once she started following that cult. Eventually she turned to a way of life that didnt require anyone as a company only. In that only one person was still left, standing by her but she surely belittled that companionship and love too. You can only help a person who wants to be helped. Still putting tgem as undeserving is too harsh a word and someone like Lexi doesnt desrve to be called undeserving. Just my opinion. :)

Lexie life shows some people don't enjoy the gift of life and ruin everything for temporary enjoyment, attraction and addictions. I doubt Lexie every reciprocated Arnav's love?. She might have shared her free love spirit with him too. Arnav don't even remember Kushi until Lexie said her name...really???? How can he don't even remember her once in ten days?. Is he not speaking to Aman or anybody in India?
Kushi on the other hand went through so much trauma in her life but stood up and faced the challenges and trying to build her life for better tomorrow. "Hope" is guiding light for Kushi. Arnav, does he have any hope for tomorrow?. Kushi, don't she expect his call? Is she not worried Arnav may not ever come back?

You may be right but still I could not help feeling like that way. Yes her parents abonded her but her friends only abonded her only after she abonded them. She is the one who start belittling their concern. She is a good person but she is kind of selfish thats why she did not reliase the way she is causing the pain to a selfless lover and only cared about her so called happiness. she believed in free love and no attachements then how can she expect any attachements from the people who she thought she gave the love. The person who thought the true love Arnav is giving will be sufocated does not deserve it in my opinion. Even at the end she felt about the love she lost because her beliefs but not the pain it caused to Arnav.

In a way Lexie is better than Arnav. She gave love to everybody but did not use anybody. She just did not take whatever Arnav offered her. She never throw his love or care in his face even when she was with other people. But Arnav used Khushi and enjoyed her care and behaved like a jerk when he thought about his so called love.

An emotional update..
So Arnav did not leave Lexie contrary to what I thought.I actually feel bad for Lexie. Pity that she could not figure what was right and wrong and sadly her only true love was so lost in that bargain.

Coming to khushi for still loving Arnav (even after knowing that her husband loved someone else and may or may not love her back the way she does)is not surprising. She knew from the very beginning that he does not reciprocate any feelings towards her(which I think he actually does)and she had accepted it.and Arnav has always been clear with his intentions.I think Arnav will be surprised to see Khushi still waiting for him and that will make him realize that her love is truly selfless.

I think the chapter said the parents only abandoned her after Lexie stopped attending classes. Maybe they thought she would turn her life around. She seems to just rebel against norms not for good of society but just to escape unpleasant things that are part and parcel of life.

Then you have Khushi. Who meets unpleasant things of life head on even though she lost her parents in horrendous manner. The man who is her only family told her he can never love her. I do want to know how can she be so nice that she want to heal Arnav and forget that she has suffered so much.

Bang on. I am feeling bad about the way Khushi is feeling now than the way Arnav treated her before he left. I can not take it if he is shutting her out after he comes back and khushi tries to reach him. This will be like another Lexie and Arnav story.
